On Nov. 5th at 4:39 pm I placed my order for 2 Filet O Fish Sandwiches and a small Sprite at the Drive Thru. When I drove to the Pay Window no one was there, so I proceeded to drive to the pick-up window. The young lady at the Pick-up window asked me to back up to the pay window as someone would have been there to collect my money. I did so. Then drove to the pick-up window where I was asked to pull into one of the four parking lanes identified for Pick Up. There were three other vehicles awaiting notification as well. On three different instances an employee brought food orders to my vehicle which were incorrect. The Manager on Duty came to me and apologized, The Manager asked if I would like another drink, maybe fries or a desert to appease Me. I asked for only my 2 Sandwiches. At 5:16 pm my food was finally delivered to my vehicle. THIRTY-SEVEN Minutes from time of Order to getting my 2 sandwiches. I would not call this Good Customer Service. Placed an order from this restaurant on doordash for myself and my girlfriend. Fries were border line uncooked, and soggy, and had no salt whatsoever. Ordered a vanilla shake, and was given one that was blue and tasted like it was mixed with blue raspberry or something??? Not sure how that even happens. Didn't receive one of my items in my order, didn't receive the sauce I asked for, and the burger that clearly said "no onions" looked like it was given extra onions. Absolutely the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Don't go here if you want to get edible food. The orders are always wrong . No one at this location can read. The staff is rude AF every time. You order from the app , at the window or delivery service and it's still wrong. The number listed for the store is not in service. The owner needs to pay attention or just fold . No responses to any emails. Not sure how they are still open with 1.6 stars on yelp. read more

Ordered a double cheese burger. Two THIN Pattie's, thin bread. No sauce? Went inside. No mustard in at the condiment station. Went to counter. Two clerks couldn't find any there. Third (Manager?) found an brought two . The sandwich was still dry and barely edible. We moved here from Cincinnati where McD. was done well. Eg: burritos were made fresh and well proportioned. Here they are TERRIBLE! Miss-folded pasta with little filling. Asked for two hot sauces. Got mild. Threw it out. This is the home of ChicFilet . maybe McD has given up to competition! read more

I have to give this location one full star for consistency. It is still substandard, and again, I feel bad commiserating with alot of other visitors here. Cold fries, chicken sandwich with all the pickles lumped to one side of the bun. I ordered McNuggets, which arrived way too brown, and although I reiterated to the cashier that I wanted Hot Mustard Sauce, more than three times, I found 3 packages of Honey Mustard Sauce in my bag. I should have trusted my previous experience and avoided them, but the coupons were attractive. They remodeled the premises, but sadly, have not remodeled the staff and management. :( read more

Unlike most people it appears, I love the McDonalds breakfast items! This specific location just renovated the whole restaurant including their play area for kids. Everything is so new and clean! My kids love going there now and playing/eating! On a not-so-good note, the service is still just as poor unfortunately. If going inside to eat, the employees are more concerned about discussing weekend plans with the rest of the crew instead of taking your order. Want to go the drive thru route? Even slower than going inside. Last time I went it took 16 minutes and there were only 3 cars! All I got was a Dr. Pepper. I guess at some point I should quit giving this location another try, as they have proven themselves to be an unsatisfactory place to dine or drive-thru. read more

It's Mcdonalds, so I don't expect a lot, but for the past few months, they hand stopped me from getting my late-night snack. I usually come around 8 pm or 9 pm, but it seems they don't give set hours. 2 weeks ago I showed up around 925 and they said, sorry we are closed. I thought this a little unusual and asked what time they closed since the information on google was incorrect. The associate said they close at 9:30, which was 5 minutes later lol. I decided to go home sad and hungry, but I vowed id make it next time. Today, I decided to go 30 minutes prior, I should have known. They are closed at 8:58, the grills are shut down, says the associate. I guess if I want a late-night snack, I should probably show up around noon and hope they are feeling up to running the store. I've tried coming to this location two more times since my last review. Both times I've gotten to the drive-through and have been greeted with a dry "hold on." Both times I waited for ~2:30 minutes before leaving. Both times as I was leaving there were 2-3 vehicles parked or at the last window, waiting for their orders. This was definitely the worst McDonald's experience we've had in a long time. The floors and tables and drink area were a mess. The french fries tasted like they've been fried in old bad oil. They had no side salad at all. My wife's fish sandwich was a terrible example: cold fish, tiny portion, barely any sauce on it at all. The staff didn't seem to really care for the customers even though we were practically the only ones inside. We asked for a replacement for the fish sandwich and it was begrudgingly given after a longer wait then necessary. read more

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. We got there at 8pm and wanted to eat inside but the doors where locked. The Inside was supposed to be open until 11pm. There was a lady inside yelling at us to go through the drive thru. So we did. We sat there for a long time and the customer service sucks. The lady who told us to go through the drive thru was so disrespectful. She was yelling at this man, and his wife while their child was in the car because they asked why the inside was closed. The worker was leaning out the window throwing her hands up being super loud while the other workers where on their phones laughing and doing nothing. The worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I don't have the highest standards for fast food in general but this place is awful. There equipment is never working so you can't get menu items. The drink machines are always down, the ice cream machine doesn't work and they want to charge extra to get any drink option that is available when the soda machines are down. This McDonalds on 54 in peachtree city orderd a NEW fresh ground beef QUATER POUNDER made when you order it. FALSE IT'S A SCAM, my quarter pounder devoid of any grease it was lukewarm at best the patty was NOT FRESH! The bun was stale most likely a hold over from yesterday this Mcdonalds has a long long problem with service and stale buns. But my wife was there earlier in the week at a slow time hers was fresh just made. So this was lunch time alot of customers so they make a bunch before lunch time and you get warmed stale lukewarm quarter pounders. I'm considering a false advertising claim. read more

Eh...it's Mickey D's, what can I say? They are great for a quick hunger fix when you are in a hurry or don't feel like going somewhere healthy or cooking. This particular location is notorious for running out of items or certain machines broke so they can't make other items. Also I have attempted to do their drive through later at night and they have close 15-30 minutes early on several locations. My family and I have gone to this McDonalds twice now for breakfast and to let our child play on the "play place" playground. The second we walk in we are greeted and both times we had had a staff member come check on us while we were eating to ask if we needed anything else.
