Can you rate 0 stars? We cave here for a birthday celebration. After sitting for 10 minutes, a server asked if we'd been served yet. We said no and placed an order for drinks-nothing complicated. A few beers, soda, water for all. 15 minutes later and the drinks started trickling in, one at a time. Half the tables had empty salt shakers, the air conditioning wasn't working, there was only 1 bartender and 1 server. The server informed us that there was an ownership change (which we were aware of) and all the staff quit. We asked for the check and left, walked across the parking lot to Kobe. MUCH BETTER!! But it still took 15 minutes to get change ($10) for the check. We won't be going back. read more

Where to begin? I suppose laying everything out in chronological order works best, so let's do that. Firstly, I make the drive over to Grazing Here in an attempt to reserve a table for the live entertainment they were offering on this date. I would have called, but in the past we were told they didn't accept reservations only to show up and find all the tables near the stage reserved. I wanted to speak with someone face to face and confirm, if allowed, a reservation. I was indeed given a reservation, with my last name taken, # of guests and time we would arrive. Awesome! We wouldn't have to stress upon arrival, wondering, hoping if a good table was still available, right? Wrong. Upon checking in, my information was no longer there and we were told all tables had been reserved prior to my request. Was given the ol' "Well, that person is new and just wasn't aware of this" excuse. The owner cobbled together 3 high top tables for us, several rows of tables away from the stage, which was not terrible, but not what we wanted, either, but would have to suffice. To expedite our drink order, a couple in our party went directly to the bar to get our first round. Some of the girls in our group were drinking the flavored vodka drinks so they ordered a bucket of them and requested the pineapple flavored ones. The bartender, obviously pertubed by the request stated, "I'll do it this time, but it's going to get busy tonight and then you'll get whatever flavor i give you." Does this guy know how to make a great 1st impression or what!? Having returned to our seats and trying to put this fiasco behind us, we all began to notice how warm it was getting. As the crowd grew, the temperature rose accordingly. It was then we noticed all the floor fans (some actually working!) and a portable A/C unit, scattered throughout the building. It was apparent the air wasn't working, but I have no idea how long it had been out. Needless to say, it got quite miserable in there, with customers everywhere using menus as fans. The service was terrible, with our drinks taking 30 minutes or longer to arrive and on one occasion not being correct, which created another lengthy wait. I do not blame our server, though, as I feel she was simply overwhelmed and doing the best she could. To cap off the night, the band pulled the owner onstage, to which she offered no apologies for the lack of air, thanked the band for an awesome show (which it always is!) and to let the patrons know of all the "exciting changes" that were in store for us all! Some suggestions from a brief survey of last night's crowd indicate customers prefer working, climate controlled buildings, knowledgeable, courteous staff and competent management. While I realize these are radical ideas, they may be worth looking into. All in all, it takes a tremendous effort to create a horrible experience from beginning to end and all points in between, but by God, Grazing Here did it! Kudos!! read more

Great experience. We went on a Tuesday night for trivia. The restaurant was about 80% full. Our server was very attentive as she made sure we had everything we needed. Our food was also very good. My wife ordered chicken wings that were better than average. My hamburger was cooked to a flavorful medium rare. The onion straws as a side were good, but not real hot. I would still get them again. I didn't hate this place. The food I ordered were cooked exactly how I requested (6 naked wings, no sauces and a side of grilled salmon - no butter). The wings were crispy and juicy and jumbo (only one flat, which is a WIN in my mind) and the salmon was perfectly seasoned! I legit had no complaints! That being said, the two others I was eating with... They legit HATED their meals. One of them ordered the same thing as me except he got his wings in sauces that apparently were so insanely salty.... And the other one... Didn't have anything specific to say, he just said it was all horrible (he got a ribeye steak and wings). Our trivia team has been playing at Grazing Here for the last couple of years. A few months ago and then last week, I ordered a hamburger that was served to me very very very rare, and only slightly warm. I told the server about it and sent the hamburger back to the kitchen. Though she offered to take it off, the check, I did pay for my food. The first time this happened, I called the manager and talked to her, and she apologized and said it would not happen again. Last week, after I got sick, I did not call the manager but I posted something on the company website comment section. It was not a public post. The manager called me and told me that it was their practice to serve hamburgers "medium rare", (news to me) and that she saw the hamburger returned to the kitchen, but no one came out to explain this to me at the time. OK so we go forward and I don't order hamburgers again, right? But when I called today to make a reservation for trivia tonight, the person who answered, the phone, told me that they would not take our reservation. In other words, our team of 8 to 12 people who spend hundreds of dollars every week at Grazing Here, has been BANNED. All because of my (not public, until now) complaint which was made directly to the company via their website. This is truly their loss. Because we'll find another place to play trivia. Tried this place again for lunch. Had a burger last time that was edible, but not that great. This time went with a pico de Gallo, hotdog of some sort and fried pickles. Pickles were so so it seems like they were fried too long. The hotdog was cold and the pico de gallo salsa they put on there looks like it had been made two days ago and the bun was also cold. Where do I start? Every time I go, the bar service is ridiculous. They purposely have tunnel vision and have the worst service attitude. I don't think I've ever seen any of them smile. When they do greet you it's barely a nod meaning " what do you want". They will walk past you - on a dead night- to get change for a customer and not even acknowledge you and be gone for 5 whole minutes ( the standard is to be acknowledged within 30 seconds in the industry- I know because I've worked it for over 30 years) - Seriously can't even clean off the bar - and it's dead. We have ordered the chili cheese fries and the triple dipper combo and both were fine. I used to love this place. I've been back three times since Covid and each time I hope it was just a fluke that is sucked. Their menu and their brand suggests a great burger. They claim high quality farm to table standards but the food should really be served with a side of Lipitor. It strikes me as a sports bar with an emphasis on the too many TVs and very little attention to food quality. If they just changed their sign to Taco Mac, it would be less confusing. read more

I was very impressed by the talent Grazing Here is able to bring to Peachtree City. If I lived in PTC, this would be my local spot for hanging out and drinking. The food is basic pub/bar&grill food. I had the BBQ chicken salad. The BBQ sauce tasted like it was bought in the store. The salad wasn't anything that I couldn't easily put together at home. Tasting from the other plates out our table, the other dinners outperformed my salad. The sweet potato fries are the STAR. They are topped with cinnamon and brown sugar. They're addicting. We will never be back. If the owner reads Yelp, seek help. Your server was super sweet and helpful, but the food and drinks were horrible. A 3.2 rating on Yelp says it all. The soda gun had NO carbonation and the bartender had no idea how to fix it. The wings were average and "edible" at best. The celery and carrots were sub par (old).
