Had a migraine so stopped by for fries and a Coke (iykyk) and the fries were barely luke warm. At 12 noon there is no excuse for cold fries!

The buns on 1/4 pounders are old and stale. This is a bad way to treat carry out orders. Also the young lady taking orders needs to pay attention to customers. She allowed 2 workers to interrupt me while I placed a very short order. I had to tell her my order for only two 1/4 pounders 3 times. She allowed workers to interrupt her for other customers as well. read more

Absolutely horrible I pulled up to the window 8:53pm a female said we are closed. I asked what time they close she stated 9pm. I let her know the time and all she said is we're closed. I asked for a manager she stated she was the manager. I asked her name and she went radio silent on the intercom and wouldn't say anything else. I then proceeded to the window so I could call and follow up with her name and there was a van in line waiting for their food. No one came to the window and no one answered the phone. This newly renovated McDonald's is completely filthy. The air temperature was about 86 degrees. The staff is horrible. The food is a D minus. They somehow managed to mess up the perfect Coke mix that is unique to McDonald's. There was no ice in the ice machine. They wanted to charge us for a small cup for water for our grandson. There was only ONE high chair in the place. I will be contacting corporate, but this franchise owner has never given a damn about this place. They don't have the stuff to handle the business they get on Sunday because CHICK FIL A is closed. Oh my God, I would have no faith in corporate America if it weren't for CHICK FIL A. read more

I don't eat McDonalds often, but when I do I don't expect to pay $9 for a combo, let alone one that's completely wrong. Every. Single. Time. I've been here and ordered a combo my order has been screwed up in one way or another. The last time I went, I purchased a grilled chicken combo, and received a beef burger. I rarely eat the "high end" burgers at McDonalds because they contain something like 1000 calories each. So I try to order chicken when I knowingly decide to take days or weeks off my life and existence by eating the food at McDonalds. McDonalds franchises don't really have many redeeming qualities aside from their consistency. I generally assume that when I go to McDonalds, I know I can get a cheap, gross, heavily processed meat sandwich for a certain price, and I justify the lack of quality in the food for the competency and rapidity of it's delivery. However, over the years McDonalds has become a fast food joint that is priced as though all the food isn't frozen, heavily processed, and made by underpaid people who's only culinary talent is sticking pucks of meat in a microwave, and dropping a bag of frozen fries in hot oil. (That is not to say that those people don't deserve a living wage. They do.) But the notion that I'm going to spend $8-10 of my money on a McDonalds combo for food I know is garbage is patently absurd. Simply put, I don't eat here anymore. And it's not because the food is bad. If you eat at McDonalds you are making a conscious decision to eat bad food. I don't eat here because the staff routinely can't even deliver on the basic element that makes such a terrible restaurant worthy of patronage. read more

The service here is great but the wait is long and their is an odd odor that I always notice when walk by to come into Walmart and when I last ordered food I realized it was this McDonalds and it makes it hard to eat the food. The area to get drinks is wet on the floor and all around it and smells like a port a potty. This place is more of a concierge MCDonalds not a place I would seek to go . read more

Hard to imagine service this awful. Missing items that I paid for, crappy customer interaction, the 'specialty' parts of our order were not correct either. I wouldnt reccommend this place to somebody I didnt even like....nobody deserves such an experience with a corporate giant when theyre paying good money to have these occur nearly everytime you decide to give them another chance. O-M-G. Not only is the McDonald's awesome because it's at a Wal-mart, it's a prime location to wrangle, drug and then seduce your very own alpha-male with a two wolves moon tee. Let me tell you - one day I was lucky enough to spot a real keeper in a THREE wolves moon tee. Fortunately for me, I was sporting my brand new, Hannah Montana, glitter-jump-suit, enjoying a Big Mac and the best hazelnut-iced-coffee-with-extra-nut-flavor ever, when I spotted a bitchin' dude sitting, arms crossed in the booth next to the bathroom. Some force was drawing me to him. When he turned to me and uncrossed his arms, I knew right away that the wolves were the source of the magical power that drew me into the McDonald's in the first place. After he polished off his McGangbang (spicy chicken sandwich inserted inside of a double cheese) we made off on his scooter to buy some poly-grip for the nights festivities. This is the best McDonalds ever. pros: nice selection of men. cons: french fry's would be better cooked in beef grease, could use more salt on everything, could use bigger ketchup packets. read more

Pretty sure this McDonald's is the worst one in America. I wish I could give zero stars. I paid for a regular sized Oreo mcflurry and they proceeded to hand me a snack size version LIKE I DIDN'T KNOW THE DIFFERENCE! Smh then they proceeded to tell me that they were out of the cups so that's why. To top it off I pull off and my sprite was lacking the sweetener. I can't with this location anymore. I only go to McDonald's because my son likes the McFlurry. This isn't the first time they've jacked up an order unapologetically. We've giving this location numerous chances to improve since it's within less than 10 miles from our house. Last 2 visits have resulted in just terrible outcomes. Earlier visit was just a simple burger & fries. Who can screw that up, right? This location did. Cold burger, fries over salted and also cold. Tried to call location, call went no where. Most recent visit was last night. Decided on an easy quick meal. Let me do 2 egg mcmuffins and orange juice. No way this is going to a good quick meal. WRONG! Egg Mcmuffins were thrown together. One wasn't even close to being together. The other Egg Mcmuffin didn't even have any Canadian bacon on it! The medium orange juice was barely filled up past half way. Here's my conclusion. Avoid this location in Peachtree City Georgia. I've dealt with the owner in the past, he's lacking any customer service skills. Doesn't follow through with promises and clearly doesn't care about the product being delivered to paying customers. We'll drive to Fayetteville in the future if we ever decide to give McDonald's another chance. read more

I walked in with a friend and walked right up to the counter. Two people were working and absolutely saw us come in, did not say one word as they continued to walk by several times and continued to do whatever it was they were doing. I said "Excuse me" and was given the ultimate stare down by the girl who was working. She just stared and continued with "Ya?", and we both realized at this point it was time to go. April 9 2017 11 a.m There was only two women working in the store. Both were rude as if they did not want to be there. There was no straws or napkins in dispenser . they were cooking the food when it was ordered. I stood waiting for my food a long time. In the dining area it was stacked high with food that needed to be put away. No one was there to put it away. It made me wonder it it was food that needed to be refrigerated . the store was dirty from the counter to the floor. This was a mess that i had never seen before at McDonald. read more

For about the 5th time I attempted to buy a hot mocha and left empty handed . The people there either don't know how to use the mocha machine or the machine is faulty . On this occasion , the people opening the store , apparently didn't set the machine up to operate . There were two people there . One walked around working while on her cell phone the entire time . The other who said she was a manager couldn't operate the mocha machine . read more
