Very nice, helpful staff........it is appreciated. My driver had a tire blow out. It smelled or burning rubber. We pulled into McDonald's lot. The lot was very clean. I saw employee cleaning. I had my pet carrier, suitcase etc. Traveling from out of state. I left belongings on front picnic table. I went in, bought one water. Outside at table I took a bit of time contacting another Driver. I hope corporate reads these reviews. I am utterly disgusted with the poor customer service and unsafe practices at the Pennsville NJ location. I was there at 6:49pm to retrieve my mobile order # HN48. This is the 6th time this exact incident has occurred, and I am sick and tired of it. The girl at the window gave the car ahead of me my order, I clearly watched the man rummage through the bag (I ordered 3 Large fries and 1 medium fry) He pulled out the medium fry with his hand over the top of the fry and said this isn't my order. The young lady replied, "I'm so sorry about that" She then gave him the correct order. Then he said, 'Well you might as well give me the fries that I touched all over", so she gave him the medium fry. I guess she put another medium fry in the bag. I get to the window, and she hands me the same bag. I said I know you're not giving me this when that man's whole hand was in this bag and the bag was in his car. She said "Yeah, but he gave it right back" I gave her the bag back and told her to get the manager. He comes and try to give me the bag back, I then try to dump it out he grabs it and said I can't let you do that and that he would dump it I told him I need to see it dumped. I told him in the age of Corona virus and people planting drugs such as Fentanyl and lacing snacks with marijuana, how dare they put my child's life at risk. He finally gets a trash can and dumps the fries. I had to pull over and wait for new fries to be made. I don't anyone there has OSHA training, and the servers are rude and disrespectful. I honestly wouldn't go there if not for my son who has Autism, he wants their fries every day. I go there 7 days a week (because I have no choice) I spend average minimum $15 per day Maximum $29 that's 365 days a year spending a minimum average of $5000 a year at a restaurant that has yet to provide satisfactory service. I even own stock in this subpar restaurant. If it's not the poor customer service, it's the unsafe practices or the mobile app glitching and on several occasions extracting unauthorized funds. Corporate needs to do something about this, perhaps do some secret shopping themselves, and see if they appreciate the rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, unsafe practices and services. By the way the system will not allow me to give zero stars. So, know that this location is very undeserving of the one star given. read more

I was sitting here for 10 minutes before I ordered then after I ordered at least another 25 minutes. I would recommend every single employee that was on staff from 2330-0020 July 14th-15th be fired and sued for loss of revenue because they are the worst employees ever. I think service has improved quite a bit, but I can really only speak of the morning crew since I haven't been here in the evening. I took my son here on a friday after noon & the staff we're so friendly & helpful! My son in only a year & a half old so my hands were full carrying him & chasing him around. The staff noticed & were so persistent on helping! not to mention how friendly they were too my son as well! They told me to just take a seat & they'll bring everything to me. One young gentleman even went & got my drink for me coming back to see how much ice i would like to make it just right! they carried all of our food to the table for us & brought over the high chair for my son. When we were ready to leave, I was packing the remaining of our food up in a bag, and one of the employees came over & offered to help. she helped me get everything together & even took my tray & threw our trash away. This experience really made my day! what a great environment, experience, & wonderful people! i wish I knew the names so they get the recognition they deserve. all the food was made fast, correctly & it was warm upon arrival. read more
