I took 1 bite of the 5 layer burrito, I ordered no beans, it tasted like it only had tortilla. I opened it. There was very little beef, almost no sour cream, and 5 strands of cheese. I didn't see any nacho sauce, but I did find a little in the last 3 bites. She asked what I wanted to drink. I said large diet, no ice. She didn't get either correct she gave me a med. with ice. When I said I ordered a large she said that it came with a medium. I've ordered a large before and they just charged extra. We 3 flatbread chicken melts. She only put 1 on the order. We ordered nacho fries. We were charged for them but we didn't receive them. So we had to return for them. Nothing done to show that they were sorry for our inconvenience. When they packed our food they didn't wrap the tacos well. Then they put them in the bag open side down. The cheese fell out, so I had taco with no cheese and very little of the other ingredients. When we finally got the melts, we had to order them again, they had very little Chipotle sauce. Also we ordered a crunch wrap supreme, no lettuce or tomato and substitute the cheese blend for the cheese sauce. First I wasn't told that they wouldn't substitute the cheeses they would just take off the sauce and charger us for the blend. When it was received we couldn't find any cheese blend even though I paid extra for it. Also 1/2 of the wrap was empty. Lastly the Cinnabon bites were partially stale.
