I came here with my mom and 2 kids. My daughter and I both had the Trenzado- the pink one. We were going to share but ended up fighting over it because it was so good. My mom had a cinnamon/ sugar pretzel which was also delicious. My daughter also tried the matcha tea with strawberry flavor and I had an iced latte. It was very comfortable inside. We decided to sit out side while my 4 year old played at the playground at Grand Prairie mall. I would definitely recommend this cafe and bakery.

Cute little coffee shop nestled in the outlet mall. Employees were nice, prices were fair. The bakery and food items are really the highlight of this place. I got a nutella and sweet cream empanada and a concha. All of them were spectacular. If it was later in the day, the cakes in the case looked spectacular, especially the tres leche cake. The coffee was nothing spectacular it was a typical latte. If I were to go back I would try a matcha or something else. If I were to say one complaint I ordered a 20 oz latte but she thought I said 12 oz, however everyone's human and she must have misheard me. Overall I recommend!!!

This is the best coffee shop in town. Would definitely recommend you try it out. The service is really nice and the drinks are even better. They also have nice pastries.

Pastries and drinks are great. Staff are always kind. Wish there was a little more to the seating area.

When I asked about it they said "we never sold chocolate, i don't know what you're talking about" (The chocolate was back today) Today it was asking about their canned coffee because the fridge was empty (they have a shandy coffee/lemonade that is killer) They looked at me like I was an alien for wanting to buy a product they've had in cans in the past. They assured me they still have it to make but don't have it in cans sell. When I asked if they knew when it would be back the barista was frustrated and repeated that they had it to make. Ok fine, but I'm driving an hour home and liked the cans? Just a weird thing like it's a pain in the ass that i know what products they have and am interested in them. The Huckleberry Sage latte was great, the Barista was great for suggesting it iced. I'd have it again. I'm just giving up on expecting clear answers about what they carry.

This was my first time trying out Kickabrew Coffee so I didn't know what to expect when I went inside. We had been outside for a while so I was looking forward to trying out a nice hot coffee! I got the white chocolate coffee and my husband got a hot cocoa. While we waited for our drinks we took a look around the coffee shop and I have to say, it's quite charming! I was not expecting the back room at all, not to mention all of the seating and the log cabin look that it had to offer either. It felt like the seating options were endless including couches and designer chairs. There's even an upstairs loft as well which is a great place to hang out with friends! It's so cute! A few moments later, they called out our drinks from the side window, it's located in the hallway leading to that cute log cabin looking back room. I think more places should have a side window by the way. It was nice to be able to step aside and not be in the way while other people are ordering. There were lots of people coming in and out so I think it's a popular spot in town, I don't blame them! Time to try out our drinks! They were great and we warmed right up! I would definitely go out of my way to come back and try this shop out again. I'd like a little more time to look at the menu and see what else they have to offer. I hear they have some yummy snacks so I'll have to try one of those next time! To the owner: great job on your coffee shop! It's super charming and I love it!

Review Visit: March 27th, 2018…read more Does The Spot Coffee hit the spot? The Spot Coffee started out as a mobile coffee truck, making rounds here and there, delivering caffeine to the residents of local central Illinois since 2016. Due to a growing fan base, they set up shop and opened in February 2018. On a dreary week day, my friend and I rolled in during lunch time to a fairly packed place. We were greeted promptly by a nice staff that took our orders and served up our drinks quickly. I ordered a hot Salted Caramel Latte and my friend ordered a cold Banana Bread Latte. This is the first time I've ever seen Salted Caramel offered and I must say, it was delightful. I'll need more if it in my life. My friend let me try her drink and it was also pretty good. The interior of The Spot Coffee is fairly small, so if you have a large party, plan ahead. If it is just you and a friend or two, they can accommodate you no problem. For being small, it didn't feel claustrophobic and it felt like it had a nice level of coziness to it. I give props to whoever designed the inside for doing great. They even have a spot to sit at and look out the windows while you sip a coffee on a cold and dreary day. A few other things offered here is a back room for kids. While my friend had her son with her, we didn't utilize it due to it being full. There is also a drive-thru if you are in a rush and you need that caffeine fix to go go go! They also have a small baked goods section. I didn't get anything this time but I will definitely try a cookie on my next visit. Other than that, there isn't much else to say about this lovely place. It definitely hit The Spot for me ;).
