I ordered a #9 large with no onions but extra pickles n a large sweet tea. What I got was one burger was correct n the other one had onions. I was under the impression that when you ordered a meal it came with fries but I didn't get any fries. Very disappointed. Ordered two #2 meals, and they charged us $5 for orange juice and I thought it was included in the meal. They also served us frozen hash browns, they were completely frozen on the inside. The service here was great. Every time I've been here. I'm not from Perham, so I'm not here regularly. The store was clean and the food was fast and tasted fresh. The only thing I was disappointed about was their lack of selection of McDonald's app coupons. The total offers were only four. I just checked the app now and that has not changed. Will not ever go to this McDonald's. Wrong orders, someone is always swearing. Some one brings their kids to work with them. I didn't realize McDonald's was a daycare. So I will go to DQ. They are at least polite and not running a daycare at the same time. read more

went into the store and me and my bf got our order taken by a very nice women (excellent worker) and she tells this very unhygienic looking male to take our order because she was working fries drive thru handout and bagging, he tells my cousin to wait and goes to the bathroom ? and leabes her there. after a while of waiting my cousin asks the women if she can take her order and she does without an issue. we also found out the unhygienic male was there manager... man do i feel sorry for that crew but i confronted him about how she (the employee) shouldn't have to do all that shes doing because she has to tell him ("the manager") to pull cars or to hand bags out when the manager should be the one telling her! anyways i confront him and he gets visibly upset and so we wait for our food then leave. the fries for our food were already ready and he goes over dumps them out and puts less in them. now i don't say anything cause i already know i was writing a review. we get our food and leave, but realize that we got a medium instead of a large so go back. as we pull in the manager was leaving and he saw it was us and started yelling as walking away and kept looking back at us and throwing his fists in the air until we could no longer see him. we go in and i apologize to the women for having to deal with such horrible management. employees are great tho! amazing and kind workers.
