If I could give a lower rating, I would. Literally every time I come here my food takes 20+ minutes, and I never order more than 3 things, I work next door and I went here for my break and it took the whole 30 minutes of my break to get what I ordered, which was only 2 items, and this isn't the first time that it's taken ridiculously long for me to get basically nothing, I've worked at McDonald's before so I know for a fact it doesn't take that long to make what I order, not to mention they prioritized customers who ordered AFTER me, when I should've been served first, I ordered first, and once again my order was two items. The workers are super lazy and would much rather talk amongst themselves than serve you, take your order, or even take your money, I've had workers straight up ignore me and avoid eye contact when all I needed to do was pay for my food, so many times I've come here and had to wait super long for service because the workers were too busy laughing and talking, I did not get to eat this food on my break because it took the whole length of my break to get it, and when I clocked out for the day, it was all cold, and got thrown away, a waste of my money, time, and patience, I will never eat at this location EVER AGAIN, and if you value your time, self worth, and your sanity, avoid this location at all costs. read more

One of the worse McD. Happy Meal had no Pokémon cards had to go back and I just gave them the food back. But it's just not this one time we have had problems before, get home and part of the order is missing. We thought maybe they had improve but no. Had to wait to get money back while the workers finished their conversation. A promise to never visit it location ever again. read more

This is absolutely the worst McDonald's I've ever stopped at. Stopped for breakfast a couple of weeks ago and had a terrible experience but stopped again for a late lunch yesterday and it was worse. Made to pull up to line after ordering from drive through. Easy order, nothing out of ordinary. 20 minutes later I finally got my order and politely asked if my bbq sauce was in the bag . If people still go there it is incredible. A fish fillet sandwich has a over cooked bun and the cheese is so dried up from either being under the heat lamp too long or being overcooked. They seem to want you drive in they so one does not take time to see that most orders are not correct. Beside from this the time one gets to their location, the fries are cold and the burger has little favor. Better to go to Taco Bell beside it or Wendy's down the road. Ordered 4 biscuits in the drive thru, 2 egg biscuits and 2 bacon/egg/cheese biscuits. Checked the bag for quantity, yep 4 biscuits present and accounted for. Got home and all 4 were just plain biscuits. It's ok, we all make mistakes. Went back and went inside, the guy at the counter was helpful. It was the rude woman that appeared to be running the back that is a horrible employee. Made rude comments about how "I better have my receipt etc". Really? Is that my scam? Order plain biscuits and come back and complain to trick you into free toppings on my biscuits? Disgusting behavior. Maybe she is just mad at the world for having to work at McDonalds as an adult. I don't know what happened to this store but it went to pot in the last six months. I consistently get an incorrect order or something is missing. DO NOT RECCOMEND. me and another car were in the drive through, they mixed both of our orders together and then gave it to us. not only were our orders mixed but they were wrong. even when they fixed it, it was still messed up. our mcdoubles didn't have anything on them but the patty even though we didn't change anything. we were missing all of our drinks and we got the 6 piece meal but no 6 piece. overall this sucks because we just came from the pool and were looking for a nice meal. took over an hour to get remotely decent. read more

I came in today (Saturday) for lunch with my wife and I had a blast! I can assure this is the best McDonalds in the upstate. I've tried a lot of other places around and they all are terrible. I was giving McDonalds another chance and I'm glad I found this place. The staff was wonderful, the service light-speed fast, kind. The food was delicious we started with one order and ended up ordering 3 more times same lunch. The place was flawlessly clean, the music was cool. Totally recommended. Good job crew!!! read more

No paper towels in the bathrooms, which needed attention, but the fries we ordered were freshly made and McDonalds good. The store appears clean, tables were wiped, and the counter people were polite. This is McDonalds, not the Ritz. Don't aim high. read more

We stopped by for a quick snack on our way from Georgia to North Carolina. Late on a Wednesday evening, it was surprisingly busy. Overall, we had a good experience because our orders were filled fast and the customer service was good. We ordered: 1 medium chocolate milkshake - $2.29 2 McDoubles - $2.38 1 small French fries - $1.19 1 large French fries - $1.59 Tax was 6% so our total was $7.90. A McDouble is like a McDonald's cheeseburger except there are two beef patties instead of one. It's meatier. Also included is a slice of cheese, pickles, onions, ketchup, and mustard. McDonald's shakes are smooth and creamy and can easily be sucked through a straw. McDonald's fries are almost always reliable. I like them a lot. Drinks, including water, are self-serve out of two Coke fountain machines. The restaurant, including the men's restroom, was clean. Free Wi-Fi. read more

You would think the management would fix the giant potholes behind the place! Someone is going to break an axle back there. The service is friendly usually, but often slow. The food is still pretty unhealthy at McDonalds, and there are so many better choices for food in Powdersville. That being said, my teenagers still like getting things there occasionally. As I had received my food I got home and went to start enjoying it only to find a lump of hair in my fries lack of one of the fries I had ordered one of the burgers I had ordered did not have meat just a bun and sauce with pickles. When I called I spoke to the GM I think he said his name was Brett he had an exceptionally snappy tone and acted as if he didn't care about the fact that the food I was eating was made by people not using proper hygiene I would recommend staying away from this establishment until the leadership actually cares about the customer as well as the hygiene of the restaurant. read more

Went to this Mcdonald's location around 10:20 Pm. My order was 2, 10 piece chicken nuggets meals. When I looked at my order and bit into the food, the fries were greasy like if they tried to reheat them including the nuggets aswell. The sweet tea was very sweet aswell. Absolutely the slowest McDonald's ever. Drive through always has a line on both sides and they move at a snails pace. Then when you get to the windows they play "is this your order". They try to charge you for the wrong order, so pay attention. Then they will give you the wrong order also. Don't pull away without checking your bag. read more

i am not one to write a review but this felt necessaRy. I went here for breakfast this morning and ordered an egg McMuffin. First, when i unwrapped the sandwich raw egg whites dripped down onto my shirt which was gross enough, then as i was trying to inspect the sandwich for the raw egg whites i came across a LARGE egg shell. I went back and told them hoping for my money back, which was never offered, but instead received another sandwich. This McDonald's is probably the worst I've been to I ordered a coffee and it had a big crack on the cup, then my little brother ordered a plain cheeseburger and it had catchup and pickles on it. I observed serious quality issues at this McDonald's and would not recommend it for highway travellers. Where to begin? My combo meal was made into a large order without my asking, so I ended up throwing away a lot of the french fries (which were barely warm anyway). I also got an apple pie that I didn't order. The coffee was warm but not hot. The napkin dispensers by the soda machines were filthy, covered with what appeared to be soft drink syrup residue. There were flies buzzing around the trash can. The unbelievable consistancy of an order being wrong, item or items forgotten, out of food or containers or machines broken.
