Late night shift always gives me fresh food and my cheese is melted hard workers never unhappy at plainfeild good staff late night

My friend and I have been coming here most nights, ordering a drink each, sometimes food, and then sitting at one of the tables and playing card games. When we came in tonight they immediately started complaining about us. Complained about how we always sit and play card games until 11 when the inside closes. We are always super nice to the staff and never cause any issues. It's insane how the staff just openly talk badly about their customers. Drive-thru line was really long so I decided to go inside to get my order I stood at the front counter/register for over 10 minutes. Manager when I first walked up said she'd be right with me she was more concerned about drive-thru and all the other workers were more concerned about drive-thru then tending to me and the other two people that were in line in the restaurant. read more

Pink undercooked burger and fries that aren't just cold and soggy, but also tasted like what i'd imagine grass taste like. Essentially spent $13 on a drink since it was the only thing edible. Front staff were nice though so I guess it could've been worse. My advice is if you got the money to be buying McD's you might as well spend the extra $3.50 in gas and just go up an exit to the next McD's. read more

Really don't even deserve 1 star. The employees here are slow, none of them wear gloves, or any PPE while handling your food. Walking in the door nothing worked, none of the Kiosks were working, and the 2 Cash Registers in the front were down, essentially doing drive thru only. They don't have their priorities straight. The lady took my card, rung up my order in the back, was not quite the experience I was looking for. There's a kid that works in the back, asking the manager if the fries that he was making if they were done or not! Ridiculous management, I called the Health Department- they said technically they aren't required to, but all positions i've had working with food I've always had to wear gloves!! In such a time like this, I was surprised... Certainly won't be returning! - I see other negative reviews for here, certainly isn't just a ME issue! read more

It was a Saturday, 63 maybe 64 degrees out, and not a cloud in the sky. As I watched TV my stomach unleashed a rumble that would rival any west coast earthquake. The cabinets were bare as could be so I decided to go down to the best burger joint in town, a place locals call McDonald's. As I approached the store my car filled with the sweet smell of French fry oil and cooking beef. With that my stomach unleashed another godly roar and it was time to feast. As I walked in I was immediately greeted by a pleasant young man by the name of Chris. He was a blond fellow, glasses resting on the tip of his nose, clean shaven, and a big smile on his face. Chris was helpful and kind. He was the kind of guy who would spend an entire day teaching me how to do a cartwheel and not get annoyed when I am incapable of doing it because I only have one leg. I wish I could give this no stars. I went through the drive thru and just ordered a meal. After waiting forever I got my order and headed off on my long drive home. It was probably my fault for not checking my order before leaving but then I noticed there were no fries once I was already on the highway. Ok. Fine. My bad for not checking. Then I go to eat the burger and the entire thing just falls apart and goes everywhere. There were so many condiments on it that the burger slide everywhere. But I should thank you. I had a moment of weakness during my diet and really shouldn't be eating that crap anyway. Oh and almost $11 for that?!?! read more

For a McDonalds it's the fastest line I can recall. Most of the other McDonalds have converted to two lanes and it's a nightmare wait and the orders get messed up. Especially with a 2 month old that doesn't like when the car stops. Thanks for the prompt orders. Only negative was I had a small cone once and there was hardly any ice cream in it. The kid at the window laughed and said he felt bad for me. Maybe next time offer to give someone more ice cream? Just a thought. read more

I'm not sure where all of these terrible reviews are coming from. I went here on the drive home to Massachusetts, and the staff was nothing but kind. The manager Ed is always extremely rude to me he will look at me whenever I come in & just walk away for 5+ minutes at a time and when he returns he never apologizes. This establishment is simply inadequate. My beloved girlfriend ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget and they failed to inform us that they were not serving breakfast, although the lunch menu was up. On other occasions they forgot our food. The management sucks, as does this restaurant. 1 star read more
