I placed a drive-thru order that included a hot fudge sundae. After receiving my order and parking, I realized I was not given a spoon. This wasn't a major issue, so I went inside to ask for one. The employee told me they did not have any spoons and handed me a plastic knife and fork instead. I asked why customers weren't informed about this when placing an order that clearly requires a spoon. The employee smirked, shrugged his shoulders, and turned away without responding. While running out of supplies can happen, the lack of communication and dismissive attitude were disappointing. A simple explanation or courtesy would have gone a long way. read more

I strongly urge never to go to this McDonald's. They are not professional. They curse at you at the window. And they have no clue what's going on. I ordered a simple meal of two kids cheeseburgers, plain with a Coke zero and a juice box, and two snack wraps, ranch large size with a Diet Coke. When I got my order, they were trying to give me a Dr Pepper and a sweet tea, and the value meal was not a large, it was a medium. My fault for not checking, but when I got home, both of my kids meals were fully loaded cheeseburgers therefore, my kids did not eat them. The fries were ice cold. And there were no apple slices in their happy meals. When I went to eat my meal, they were spicy wraps, and I couldn't eat mine as well. Either my fries or ice cold as well. When I called to complain, the manager hung up on me. I called back to see if I could get my money back as a single mom with no money and wasted $20 on a meal and she hung up on me again. I waited in line for over 10 minutes just to get my order taken and then it took another 20 minutes just to pay and get my food because as soon as I went to pay their card, reader wasn't working so she had to reboot it which created a traffic jam in the line and I work in fast food so I know how these things work then I get to the window after spending 20 minutes in the line and they to park and wait for my food and as soon as I park, they run my food out to me so I'm confused on why I needed to park in the first place then I get home just to see that they gave me the completely wrong food so I had to go back after I had already just spent like 30 minutes doing that whole process. I feel like things could be done way more efficiently if they actually hired people who cared. read more

Don't go here unless you want to waste your time and money. The wait is usually 20+ minutes, the orders often wrong, and the fries cold. Last night, I got nuggets that were old and dropped back into the oil. They tasted hard and gross. Was like breaded nugget jerky. They also jacked up my order, and I needed to drive back to get my fiancé's dinner. My order was completely cold - burger and fries. For 32 dollars - I expected a warm dinner. While McDonald's isn't a 5 star, they could at least provide customers with fresh food to the best of their standards. I'd leave 0 stars if I could. Get there at 4 am and it's supposedly 24 hours. We pull up to drive thru and when we receive a response it appears we've woken someone up. They answer the drive Thru stating the system is updating and it takes 15-20 minutes. My daughter (driving) was super hungry and wanted to wait. So she tells the guy we'll wait. No response. Wait 5 minutes and ask for an update. He responded it will be another 15-20 minutes. I told my daughter the guy doesn't want to make anything. Eventually we leave. No apologies no nothing to make it right. Employee has a deep voice Caribbean accent. Mad no attempt to serve us. (Usually about a $40 order for 7 people) Today- the drive thru computer is down and they can't take orders- "But you can come inside and order". isn't the headset mobile? Avoid this location at all costs! HORRIBLE! The Haitian woman who is the day manager is the WORST example of leadership and customer service I have ever encountered. Her attitude, her sour grimace and the way she verbally mistreats customers and employees alike is untenable! If the ownership ever made a visit to this location, they could immediately see why this woman is ruining their brand, their reputation, their profitability and the very essence of the term 'fast food'. Besides waiting over 20 minutes for a Sausage McMuffin with Egg that was literally inedible, I also shared that the brightly lit screen at the drive thru advertised a "1/3 Pounder" that offered a Mushroom & Swiss option...but that the person on the other end of the microphone was unaware of this option. This Haitian woman got into an actual argument with me claiming there was no such ad! I took a photo of it to prove she was wrong and she had the audacity to tell me I was lying! Whaaaat? In my experience, great service rises & falls with the leadership and the Haitian woman who is the manager there (who refused to give me her name when asked--and cleverly was NOT wearing a name badge!) is clearly to blame for the long wait, the terrible service and cold, substandard Sausage McMuffin with Egg that I practically chipped a tooth on when attempting to bite into the very rock hard muffin! Came to this location for 14 days in a row. 14 days in a row their coffee machine was broken. You'd think in two weeks they'd fix it.

I wanted to make sure that you acknowledge your employees, especially ones that work the late shift. I work nights and i frequently stop at the McDonald's on SLW near 95, you have an employee that deserves to be recognized. Her name is Natalia, and she is always polite, courteous, and very friendly. Even with us night owls that hit there at 2am or later, she always has a ready smile. Service like that is what keeps me coming back to this location. I have tried other locations that are closer to job, but will detour to this McDonalds just to see a smiling face. read more
