Firstly, let me add that we were hungry!!! I'm not very familiar with Culver but my teen niece told me that it was good but expensive. Now I'm not sure if this place would be considered FAST FOOD or something a little better. They don't have a "drive-thru" per se but they have a drive up order window but then you can either park in one of the designated spots and wait for them to bring you your food or you can pull up against the curve and wait as well. They will give you a numbered sticky note to place on your car. When we got to the order board, and the voice came over the speaker, she asked "what can we prepare fresh for you?" As a part of her welcome spiel. Lots of places boast freshness but we will see about that. I ordered the cod dinner (1 piece) which comes with fries, a dinner roll, and coleslaw. My husband ordered the Shrimp dinner and the kid ordered chicken tenders and fries. I was expecting a frozen piece of low quality fish with little flavor but this was actually pretty tasty! Again...I was very hungry but it actually did taste fresh! No hint of fishy-ness and it was piping hot and crispy and I thought it was really yummy. I ordered the 1 piece thinking I was just ordering something to hold me over until dinner but that one piece of fish was pretty big. I'm Glad I opted for one. My hubby and I could split a 3 piece because I felt the piece was large and thick and filling. The breading wasn't soggy either. It was nice and crunchy (I ate right away) and the fries were decent. The fries remind me of the fries they serve at Portillo's. A crisp crinkle cut with the perfect amount of salt. I truly enjoyed my food. I will add that a one piece is $10.99. My husband loved his shrimp dinner and my kid, who only eats tenders if we go to Chick-fil-a, even said hers was good. I expected her to complain but she liked them. So I guess it was a win across the board with my family. We relocated to PSL where they have Culver's so I guess I'll be eating here more often. No pics...sorry. Definitely this is more of a burger joint with luxury prices. I got the chicken sandwich--while the chicken itself was good, the portion was not very big and, to be honest, the flavor just wasn't there. My husband got the hamburger and thought it was okay, but it didn't have those wow flavors either. We went because we had a gift card and wanted to see if it could become our new go-to burger place when we're craving one. We had to wait for our order to be delivered to the car, and there was quite a long line of cars waiting for their food. Overall, I like Culver's. For some reason this location just can't get get it together. Almost every single time I go there my order is wrong. Today, ordered a burger with everything and a Diet Coke. I get the burger and it's missing the lettuce and I get a regular Coke instead of a Diet Coke. This isn't an isolated incident. How hard is it to get an order that simple right? I really can't understand this. These are very simplistic words burger with everything, Diet Coke a young child could figure this out. It's every single time, though my order is incorrect. Last time, the girl was so incompetent. I had to keep repeating it and repeating my order she could not get the fact that I wanted a single burger and a diet soda. She kept asking me oh, do you want a medium fries? No, I just want a single burger and a soda. No fries I don't want a basket. She just couldn't get it. Even after several times, repeating it, she charged me for a double. I had a reminder once again when I got to the window. I only want a single burger. Then once again instead of a diet Coke, I get a regular Coke. It is so frustrating that something so simplistic a five-year-old could figure out but yet they just can't seem to get it here at this location. I had a hamburger, french fries, and one of the rare occurrences - a soft drink. I have to win. Culver's has some pretty good hamburgers for a fast food place. I would have to rate it as one of the better places. The burgers taste fresh. The buns are delicious, although they seem to lack condiments and it was tough to find salt and pepper. That doesn't stop me from going back to this place. I do recommend you try their cheese curds. I didn't have any this time, but they are delicious. You couldn't hear the employee from the drive-thru, there was nobody behind me in line but they had me pull into a parking space to wait for my burger, then after 5+ mins of waiting they gave me a fish sandwich instead of the burger I ordered and paid for. For a fast food place Culver's is at the top of my list. This was my first time visiting and honestly it was hot, fresh, fast, and really tasty! I split a meal (butter burger, side of pretzel bites w cheese, and a drink) as well as a spicy chicken sandwich with my friend for lunch so we could try both, and we were happy & full! The chicken sandwich was delicious and had the perfect amount of heat. The burger was hot, the patty had good flavor, and I enjoyed all the toppings/condiments that came with it. The pretzel bites were awesome and loved dipping them in the cheese sauce. I will definitely be using Culver's as my fast food first choice from now on! read more

This is the second time that I have been here. My granddaughter and I went for lunch and of course kids eat almost any hamburger. I had a burger with grilled onions, lettuce, mayo, and ketchup. Culver's is a clean place that serves fish or hamburger sandwiches. Their Alaskan Cod tastes good even though I don't love Cod fish. Their hamburgers good too! If you like Cheese bites which are call Cheese Curds they taste good. They are fried. They have a soda machine that you can refill your drinks. Prices are good 2 can eat for $20. read more

Cold, cold fries. Asked for well done and they were limp little Frenchie fries. Not very many either. Forgot our flatware and tarter sauce. Had to wait in line to get them. This was a perfect place for a late lunch after watching our 3 year old grandson's T-Ball game. Employees were very friendly. We didn't wait long for our food or desserts.Food is ordered at the counter then delivered to your table. Especially nice is that the children's meals include a scoop of ice cream with one topping. The restaurant is bright and airy inside with room for large groups. Our grandson dropped his burger on the floor before he even took a bite. The employee at the counter had another burger made with no charge plus offered our son a custard while he waited for the replacement burger.The Concrete Mixer, Milk Shakes, and ice cream were tasty but our meals were just average. Nothing awful but nothing memorable. Besides burgers and ice cream which are Culver's specialty, other offerings available are salads, appetizers, chili, and several dinner plate selections like pot roast. Should have know better coming to a Culver's after the one off Gatlin had a hair in their food, but I didn't learn. My bf ordered drive thru and they forgot the fries and he forgot to check. If your order 4 things, how do you miss 2?! Well we went to the drive thru again and they handed us our food and was like bye. We didn't get the 2 concrete mixers we had ordered. Wtf, can these people here not read a ticket? Is it really that hard to double check what is on the ticket vs what is in your hand?!! Then when she brings out the concrete mixers, one of them is dripping all down the sides. She just handed me a cup dripping chocolate ice cream and ran away. There was not a single napkin wrapped around the cup or not a single napkin in the bag they handed me either. It was a disaster. Now all I can do is hold the fucking thing so it doesn't ruin my interior. Fuck the idiots at this place. Only at Culver's does 2+2=2 or 4+2=4. I would suggest giving employees assessments before hiring them, that way you do not have a collective IQ of 86, like you do now. I'm pretty sure even McDonald's wouldn't hire your staff.
