Greasy floors, gnats and non-functioning blow dryers in the women's restroom. There was so much grease on the floors that the concrete is black outside the restaurant. The grease build up on the floors inside, when topped with some mop water, it was as slick as ice. It is particularly obvious to older people, and two other patrons were talking about the danger of falling. Kids and personal injury attorneys will love these slick floors. There was a kid enjoying sliding on the floor like an ice rink. Unless they use a degreaser on these floors, the owners are going to are get sued. The self-service drink area had swarms of gnats. Hard to photograph when they are flying, I did manage to take a photo of one on the drink trash. There were two blow dyers in the ladies restroom, but neither is working and there are no hand towels. AVOID THIS MCDONALDS AT ALL COSTS!!!! This had to be the most worst McDonalds my wife and I have ever ate at. We are military and have enjoyed MD from NYC to being stationed in Germany and this is the first time we received old / cold fries, meat on burgers that seem like it was cook at 0900 this morning/cold, and the bread on the sandwiches was so hard it would cut your gums. The only reason we didnt turn around becuase we are traveling from Camp Shelby, MS back up to Fort McCoy, WI and was too far up the highway before we started eating on the go/while riding. When coming into the restaurant there were a couple of cars waiting in line and you had staff member lolly gagging in the lobby, laughing and joking. One female was sweeping in circles so she could be a part of the conversation. Seemed like a hangout spot rather than a place of work. When she came to the counter and i ordered my food i asked for coffee and she could not locate the cream, proceeded to ask a co-worker who came over to help how many does he want instead of just turning around and asking me. Very unprofessional, the manager of this restaurant either needs to put better workers or do popup visits, there were several familes there, check the camera. I would have given it one star had it not been for elderly gentleman handing out mints and being kind. The food was slow and lackluster. The hot fudge sundae was the tiniest one ever, which is my "go to" road trip dessert. It was not filled to the top, hollow in the center, and about a tablespoon of hot fudge drizzled carelessly on the top. How hard is it to make a hot fudge sundae? Seriously, no nuts? It will forever be known to me as the Nutless McDonalds not to be revisited. read more

Stopped here on our way home from vacation. Girls working the drive through were both polite and nice, but I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers with no pickle no onion, I'm allergic. both of them had pickles on them and were cold. The hamburger patties were warm but the rest of the sandwich was not. We have a 200 mile trip home so looks like I'll be eating something out of the fridge before going to bed! We don't have time to stop again. Definitely won't stop here when we're passing through again! when someone asks for something to be left off there sandwich it's important to leave it off. You never know if the person is just being picky, just doesn't like them, or in my case is allergic. I ordered a double filet of fish. The bun was toasted, not steamed and only 1 fish on it. When I took it back, a woman holding the door said they got her order wrong too. When I was waiting to get it remade (and asked to have the buns steamed. Another patron got her order and it was wrong. I opened mine and there were two fish and it wasn't toasted, but it wasn't until I started to eat it I realized that they hadn't steamed it but microwaved it to the point of being inedible. Coming back from cape Girardeau early in the morning and finding a McDonalds going back home was great. I think this location had one of the most respectful cashier I've experienced in the Midwest. This location is nasty. As we walked up to the door you could smell the trash that was overflowing from the can. When we entered it was hot, real hot inside. The bathroom was gross with trash everywhere and only one toilet working. The workers had sweat pouring off of them. I love McDonald's but I had to leave this one... read more

I've been to this McDonald's multiple times and I don't think they've gotten my order right once. I'm allergic to wheat and despite asking for no bun/biscuit you better believe I still got one. They will act like they understand but after you've already driven off you discover you've been given something you can't even eat. This morning in particular I was also served bitter coffee even though I asked for multiple sweeteners. I wish I could give this place zero stars. read more
