This location is pretty consistent. Busy intersection off I495, so usually the drive thru gets backed up. They have two order stations but usually don't use both of the drive through. Wait times are a little longer than average Dining area is always clean with high tables and booths. Staff is always helpful. Parking area is well maintained. Always a good place to stop. Brought my two grandchildren went through the drive-through asked for two happy meals with ketchup only.one was fully loaded ,also ordered a big Mac combo meal with extra ketchups I got zero ketchups. I'm not a fast food eater, but late at night when I get hungry and my boyfriend also is in the mood for some burgers and fries, he wants to come to McDonald's. I'm not going to lie I eat it when he gets it, but I always try and not eat too much. Luckily for him he has an amazing metabolism so he can eat as much as he wants and won't get fat. I've come here many of times- because of the bf. And I have to say first and foremost, it's McDonald's. It's not going to be the best quality food- and you can't expect it to be. The first few times it wasn't that bad, but the worst part of this chain in particular is that the customer service sucks. It's awful and deplorable. We literally waited at the window for twenty minutes and had to shut the car off because it was wasting gas while the employees were outside smoking cigarettes. Also, there is a specific employee that is just plain rude. He's an older man, looks in his late 50's. The times he was rude to me I was a complete bitch right back to him. I don't take crap from people especially when they're undeserving of respect. The other night was when I finally had it with him. Another night, another bad mood for him. Number one rule of a business: the customer is always right and you never let personal emotions get in your way of being professional. I drove up to the second window where the manager was ready to hand us our food and I said to him "I just want to let you know that your employee at the first window is absolutely rude and arrogant." He replied by saying "Okay." I see where the staff gets their training. Lack of a proper manager. I mean seriously what kind of "qualified" manager responds to a customer complaint like that?! Got to the drive through and first they forgot a fork and knife like always cuz I asked them to make sure it was there ... it wasn't. Started to drive away. Was missing three straws. Didn't have my mask cuz we were doing drive thru. Went to the door and asked the MANAGER to hand me three straws and he told me he couldn't cuz they were on the other side of the counter. I came in the night of July 3rd. Both dinning room doors were closed so I called to see if they were closed because the sign says open until midnight. I spoke to the rudest employee who told me I should try opening the doors, when I told her they were both locked she would not open them as I was outside. Another patron let me in. When we went to the counter to order all they did was point to the screen- they did not offer help or show us how to use the kiosk. I then overheard employees saying they locked the doors because they can’t have enough staff to take orders although they did not take my order or offer help.... I have never felt with such rude customer expierence in my life. read more

If I can give less stars I would I order the breakfast all the time. If I can't make it to them by the time breakfast ends which by they way makes no sense why does this McDonald's end breakfast at a certain time . Anyways I would door dash it I was very disappointed with my breakfast . The way they package their to go bags when you order out I knew the door dash guy didn't do this because the bag still sealed tightly with the mc Donald's tape so it had to be an employee. I can't lie, the only times we've come out to this McDonald's is for late night/after the bar eats. They've expanded it in recent years, and the drive-thru is larger in order to accommodate afternoon and evening traffic I suppose. Would give zero stars if I could, my family and I have come here on multiple occasions in hopes that our experience here would be better than the last. It's definitely quite the opposite, I hate this place more and more every time I come here. Cashier tells you how much something is so you agree to it only for them to ring it up and be almost double if what they said the item costs, never ONCE have we had an order for (family of 4) and had the order be correct, then you get attitude when you ask them to correct it. They ask you the same question 3 times in a row due to not paying attention etc. I just watched a guy stand in line for almost 15 minutes for a single hot coffee! I wish there was a negative rating. My husband purchased an Egg McMuffin and a Quarter Pounder with cheese around midnight on a Sunday night. He went thru the drive thru and in the immortal words of Leo Getz from Lethal Weapon 2... "They f%&k you at the drive thru." He brought them home and they were worse than rubber. Completely inedible!! I called to tell them and asked for a manager. She ended up hanging up on me TWICE. Then refused to answer the phone the 3rd time. THEN had another employee answer the 4th time and both she an he refused to give me their names. I finally had my husband call them on his cell phone and she was just as rude to my husband as she was to me and also refused to give him her name. I never thought that a manager from a major corporation would act like a spoiled child and refuse to give someone basic information they were asking for. It's not like she can avoid accountability once I call the corporate office. I would only hope that the corporation AND the franchise would strive to learn from their mistakes and try to act like adults. Unfortunately my family and I will not be going back to this branch and give them the chance to over charge us for inedible food with a side order of rudeness. No thank you Sir, I will not take another. How hard is it to make an english muffin with a slice of cheese, egg and sausage patty? It's one of their iconic products along with a Big Mac. If McDonald's can't make a good Egg McMuffin what can they do? They are desperate for more business but they accept rudeness and inferior service from their managers. So PATHETIC.
