Waited 15 minutes for a mobile order. When I went inside to see what was going on the employees started bad mouthing me. They both talked about me like I wasn't there. I was finally given my food after a 22 minute wait. The fries were cold. I went back in and stated I didn't wait 20 minutes for cold ass fries and asked for a manager. One of the employees that was talking about me turned around and got irate with me. She WAS the manager. She stated I could wait and if I cussed again I would be kicked out, understandable, so I continued without cussing. She continued to yell at me threatening to kick me out. I told her to calm down that I was no longer cussing, but to give me my fries. Finally, an employee from the back brought me my large, french fries hot and apologized. My daughter and I were in Redding finishing up some thanksgiving shopping lists and purchasing some gifts for children in need this holiday season so we decided to stop by McDonald's for something to drink and a quick bite to eat for our ride home last night. When we got up to the window to pay the girl who opened the window took our card, then gave it back with the receipt without saying anything to us. She then handed us our drinks and shut the window. I'm a sucker for those fast food coupons some of the chains put out, like 4 items for $4 or 2 for 1 deals. In this case I came in here to use this 2 for the price of one Big Mac. Seemed like a deal at first, but come to find out, when you buy a Big Mac just by itself without a meal deal or something the single price is $4.89! plus tax it's over $5 bucks for just the Big Mac itself. I haven't had a Big Mac in years, so maybe it'll be worth it using a 2 for 1 coupon, making the price around $2.50 each. The cashier has no prob using the coupon and it's $5.00 and change. The food is ready pretty fast. Opening one box, I see the Big Mac .... hmmm not a big as I remember and the cheese is not melted either. First bite, yep, it's that distinctive Big Mac taste, but not the grand flavor I was hoping for. I could get a Double Double at In N Out for less than the price of $4.89! Deciding if this Big Mac is worth the ala carte price of $4.89, I gotta say no, seeing a In N Out Double totally is way better. But using the coupon, well, OK, I guess it's maybe worth $2.50, but not more than that. I'll have to say, use the coupon, skip fries and soda and then it's worth it. Otherwise I go some where else. I would just like to ask management to check the soda cups machine. For the last few weeks when I drive through the drive-through it seems like all of my large soda cups never get filled up all the way. Today I had to soda cups and they were both an inch below the top of the rim. Ordered a cheeseburger with shredded lettuce and onions only, this is not the first time I have placed an order like this with this cashier. She can't figure it out...cheese, lettuce and onions.
