It's a standard McDonald's so you know what you'd expect. There is a lot of good food around the area but even foodies sometimes need McDonald's. It's bigger than a typical one you'd find in the States.

Located close to the Four Points hotel in Richmond, it has plenty of tables to accommodate many groups. There are plenty of parking, and they are opened 24/7. The US app does not work in Canada, so you can't collect points or redeem offers. The menu has some US items you are familiar with, plus Canadian items. They also serve breakfast all day, which is nice.

I have been to this McD many times in the past. Not sure why it took me so long to write a review. So the reason why I came here was that I realized my phone or McD app had some pretty good deals that were about to expire. With any purchases get a medium fries for free. On top to make the deal even better, its free pop day. I mean why would I not take advantage of these offers. So came here and ordered an ice cream cone and also two apple pies. I got the medium fries and a large drink for free. The fries were freshly made. The people here are friendly. On top, this McD is very clean. Free parking is located outside. I like this McD. Looks like it was renovated in the last few years. Definitely will come back to this McD next time I am in the area. Well deserved 4 stars McD.

Came here because of the munchies. Parking is plentiful in the lot in the back. The counter here is nice and big, with lots of space to line up. The seating area is also quite decent, with quite a bit of space.

This Mc donalds, is like the others. But for this Mcdonals I'll give 4 stars. Nothing different, maybe the only thing is the table service I guess. I've never tried but I saw how that's work. That's cool. The service is good, you can see the manager helping people all the time even if you are doing your self order at the machines. I like to go there because it is not so busy and you can have your seat and the place is always clean. And if you notice something wrong on your order, they fixed right away. They are nice people. The food is the same, the difference I had lucky, the meal is always fresh. Some of McDonald's on downtown is not the same. For breakfast I like to order decaf coffee and some cookies and for lunch, I love Big Mac. My advise for you is, try to use your app for order and then you can see that you have some discounts, my last one is Bigmac for $1, not including meal. And sometimes you have some offers. That's really good. Now you know how you can save some money.

Coming from the United States, this McDonalds was an eye-opener. This place is open 24 hours and they have a huge parking lot outside (1 hour max). Be warned that if you park your car here and leave the premise, your car will be towed. Inside, they have many tables for eating in and automatic checkout stations in addition to human cashiers. Their selection is also much bigger as they offer breakfast food during all hours and many specialty items such as the double fillet-o-fish.

I stopped by here occasionally. The restaurant is cleaner usually in the early hours versus later in the day. I alway double check my order as there has been a few errors when ordering take out. Breakfast is my favourite go to meal here.

The teapots were, as is industry standard, a little flimsy, but with enough care they worked well and i had warm tea throughout the meal. I had time to appreciate the freshly painted furniture, the cozy hanging lighting, and the cleanliness of both the table, silverware, and washrooms. The paintings were very nice! The kind of facilities you'd come to expect walking in. The service was excellent, our server was cheerful and kind. While I didn't have silverware intitially, I was still in a yolking mood, it didn't bother me in the slightest, The tables were preset, so really, it isn't a fault of theirs. Our server was attentive and careful, and we felt welcome. It felt easy to come out of my shell. The food was incredible, and made my morning. I ended up finishing my friends' plates! We all got benedict, the avocado, shrimp, and duck. Having tried them all, i would most recommend the duck. It was incredibly tender and the sauce worked well with the holliandaise. The shrimp was delicious, the fish paste took well, though the shrimp were a bit chewy and difficult to cut. I had been craving an eggs benedict, so i came to the professionals. Despite their reputation, they still exceeded my eggspectations! Five Stars.

Friendly staff, tons of parking (as connected to a hotel), close enough to access from the bigger road without a lot of effort, decently priced brunch (which I think is hard to find in any of the greater Vancouver areas) & lots of different table sizes. I especially appreciated the waitress seating me at a place I requested (so my cane wouldn't be an issue for safety to others trying to get to tables or even serve me). Bathroom was large & easy to access, even though it's all the way at the back of the restaurant. Lots of natural light from the big windows & it was nice for those of us seated along the sunnier side to be able to adjust the blinds ourselves. I also was impressed with how the noise didn't bother me on such a large place. I know it wasn't nearly anywhere near full capacity while I was leisurely enjoying my meal there, but still enough people (and families with younger kids) to know how sound would carry.

The walls are decorated with pictures from Europe and the teacups are very "British." Besides scone and tea, you can get regular food here as well such as fries, salt & pepper chicken, and radish cake to name just a few. You can also get cold drinks like juice & bubble tea, and bubble tea drinks here too. So...not your typical British style Afternoon Tea joint. Kind of half restaurant, half tea place. My friend had a pot of Leisure Fresh Fruit tea and a scone. We'd already had lunch a bit earlier and while my friend had room for a scone, I had zero room in my stomach for any food so I just had a pot of Longan Red Date tea. It was a cold day so a pot of hot tea really hit the spot. I thought it a bit pricy at first, but when the tea came, I saw that the teabags were Fortnum & Mason teabags. That is a very a prestigious company from all the way over in England. When I realized we were drinking Fortnum & Mason tea, all of a sudden $10.25 didn't seem so extravagant any more. My friend said her scone seemed like more of a biscuit than a scone. It came with butter and jam. I think she wished there had been some clotted cream to go with it. I can't say too much about the food as I only had one pot of tea but I was impressed that it was Fortnum & Mason tea, and I very much enjoyed the flavor of the Longan & Red Dates in my tea.

It was fun to eat on the tatami mats in the back - we got the whole space to ourselves since we came on a weekday. Note that the sets come in 2 and whatever tea you choose is for both people. The set was unique and very filling - it came with a mini unagi rice bowl, matcha yogurt with berries, sweet corn custard, 2xnigiri, and hojicha cake, etc. Their menu changes every few months though so best to check their Instagram to see what's new. Warning: Parking on the lot is 1.5hrs only for the whole day and they are strict and will ticket you - this includes if you are running errands earlier in the day in the same lot and had left and returned. Safer to park in the farther lot for 3hrs of free parking.

The matcha drinks and desserts were beautifully presented and tasted rich and authentic, with that deep, fragrant matcha flavor that's never too sweet. We have today: Hojicha shaved ice, replaced with matcha ice cream. This location in Richmond had ran out of Hojicha ice cream for a long time. We asked every time when they will have hojicha ice cream back and staff doesn't know either. Hojicha Chestnut Shortcake, Cake is soft and fluffy, and very too sweet. It is always my favorite. This time i gave a 4 stars is because they discontinue serving Onigiri ( rice ball) and savory item. That's too bad! I love their Onigiri and ramen! Staff said the one inside the open road Toyota still has savory item. Maybe next time I will try that location
