The fish sandwich looked liked and tasted like it had been made 2 hrs before I got it . The bun was hard and the fish was dry and hard . I got the whole meal . The fries were okay . I also bought an apple pie. I wish I had taken a pic of it . The whole inside middle part was missing without Apple pieces in it . I should've taken the whole meal back . But I hate being out late . The service was great, a little mix up (that was on me) I did a mobile order and may have pushed the wrong button, but customer service accommodated me well. Friendly crew. My food on the other hand was not edible. I know they choose different additives for free food; my cheeseburger was free ( I had earned through McDonald's mobile ordering). I had earned it. Just throw the whole building away! This McDonald's was one of the freshest, cleanest, and people-friendly fast food restaurant nearby. I do not know what has happened in the past year or so. Tonight I craved a #7 meal - two cheeseburgers with fries and a soda. I should have left when I did not see not a nary car in the drive through, with the exception of the workers congregating in the parking lot. When I pulled up to speaker to order, I was greeted with "we ain't taking no cash, card only and we don't have ice.". Why didn't I just go home? The craving! It was the craving I tell you! Fast-forward to me paying for my food, and the young girl with one eyelash takes my card, swipe then handed both my card and receipt through the window and walked away. But the kicker is/was the young girl at the second window handed me my Coke with no ice. Can we say flat and warm? When she returned with my food, I politely asked to trash the soda and I should have asked for a refund because the cheeseburgers were warm as if they were sitting under a heat lamp but the fries were halfway fresh. Then when I asked them to remake the shake all they did was wipe the bug off and hand me the same shake back. This restaurant must go out of it's way to hire losers, which is reflected in the operation. Middle class neighborhood is diversified, but not reflected in the staffing at this franchise. Service at the front counter is ALWAYS problematic and you seldom see the same employee twice. General Managers don't seem to last more than a few months. The good ones never stay. Seem to only see District/Regional managers when a GM is going to be fired or for some kind of Home Office Inspection. Earlier this week, we arrived for breakfast at 7am, but the manager locked the front door and let only a few customers inside and then locked the doors again. Last week, they had separate registers for "cash only" customers. Told us that if we wanted to use a credit card we needed to be a drive-thru customer. We left both days. Last night, no one was at the front counter to take our order so we left again. We've lived in the area for 15 years. Love hate relationship with this restaurant. We love McDonalds, but lots of problems here. If you need good customer service, this is not your kind of McDonalds. read more

My husband asked if there was a 20 piece meal when ordering and the manager on duty said no, but he could turn it into a meal by adding a drink and fries separately. Rude! Employees apparently run this store and only work when they want to and only when they are good and ready. I went there to pick up the family's breakfast yesterday and saw a couple of employees talking with the driver of a stopped car in the parking lot. No cars in the line, I drove straight to the speaker and found the drive-thru unattended. After a few minutes, I drove to the first window to find that it was unattended, as well. I sat for a few minutes, in plain view of an employee who was standing just beyond the order-taker's station. He arrogantly ignored me. I drove on over to the County Line Road McDonald's location and spent $20 on a decent breakfast, just because McDonald's is the only drive-thru option in that area on Sunday mornings. My experience today at this McDonald's is very similar to my usual experience at this McDonald's. Pull up, place order, drive to have my money taken. Money is taken and no thank you's or pleasantries, just an overheard curse or two from another employee somewhere behind the lady at the window and a quickly closed door, but that's the usual. When I get to the next window, I receive a medium Diet Dr. Pepper and a medium Dr. Pepper; unfortunately I ordered a large Diet Coke (and yes, I checked the screen when I ordered and it was correct at that time.) After I inconvenienced the server terribly by asking that she provide me with what I ordered, I am then asked to pull into the reserved spot to wait for my fries. 8-10 minutes later, my bag is delivered with my chicken nuggets but no fries. When I go inside to tell them about my lack of fries, they then fix me an order of fries (warm but certainly not fresh). Again, no pleasantries or apologies, just a bag with fries and a quick turn away. My presence and insistence on getting what I paid for seems to be a tremendous inconvenience. Upon returning to the car, I check my original bag again for my Quarter Pounder, only to find that I received two orders of chicken nuggets instead of my correct order of one order of chicken nuggets and a Quarter Pounder. I again return to the store to be told that I got the wrong order and that was the problem. Based upon their attitudes, I guess it was my fault they brought out the wrong one. Given past service at this location, I never would have returned tonight; however, my wife loves McDonald's Diet Cokes and my son loves the fries, so I went for them. I have since told them both that if they love me, they will never again ask me to grace this establishment with my presence or my money.
