When I entered to grab a Diet Coke, I was greeted by a really foul odor. It turned out to be the piles of trash located near the exits, which posed a fire hazard due to the smell. I understand this is a busy hub for families, but the staff needs to address the unpleasant odor and the unhealthy environment. You know, can't claim this was anything other than what I needed at 9 AM on a Saturday after the start time of my shift got delayed by an hour and I really needed to pee and took a chance on this having a public restroom. Honestly, boosting this a half-star because the restroom is just open to the public and doesn't require a key or an employee buzz-in. So many fast food restaurants in this city spit in the face of our humanity by not offering an opportunity to answer nature's call, and this McDonald's made me feel like my needs were valued. Respect. As for the food, the Sausage, Egg,and Cheese McGriddle remains a culinary force that society is too scared to admit is pretty good. The maple-flavored bun thing. It's good, folks! It's a little spongy and has some odd air pockets that bring to mind medical scans of diseased brains but the flavor is that artificial, almost-savory breakfast syrup goodness that is the perfect partner to that classic Mickey D's sausage sensation. A partner that caters to your emotional needs and gets your engines revving. A partner that does the dishes and walks the dog. A partner that brings you home a Limon-Pepino Gatorade from the bodega without you asking. That said, I can't say the egg brings anything to the table other than a vague suggestion of egg flavor, like someone was screaming the word "egg" from the other room. The cheese is also legitimately nightmarish and exemplary of the decline of the experiment known as America. However, the day was saved by that HASHBROWN. Just like mama used to make. Not really. A few things I will admit, this place is a nice place to eat and chat with friends. The food can be vary from great to passable. However, I want to bring light to the fact they messed up my order, that only had 3 things in it: 2 McChickens and one small fries. How can one mess up this order? The food is great on a good day, average on a bad day. Never really bad. I enjoy their nuggets a lot. The day staff is really nice but the nice staff is pretty hostile. Barely responsive and kind of rude. The restaurant itself is pretty clean and it has the electronic ordering system too which is nice. It's really your less-than-average McDonalds, fairly underwhelming but it has a lot of potential if they would be consistent in their good-food days and hired a better night staff or monitored them more. Always order my Uber eats from this location. Service is so fast, the burgers and fries are always just the right temperature. Never had any problems with wrong orders, and absolutely no complaints about the quality of the food. 5 stars. I love this McDonald's. In comparison to most McD's the staff seem to be mostly in good spirits. Whenever I go there my food is served promptly and it's always hot. Nothing worse than cold McDs but that's never happened to me here and the fries are always crispy. It's 24 hours which is fantastic. I don't know what it is about this particular place that makes it consistently good but it seems the management care that little bit more. I will be back for many late night gorges. read more

Even going as far as beating an older woman... she was inappropriate but these two thugs enjoyed beating her, should have called police to have her removed instead. I live in Ridgewood and I come to this Mcdonalds quite often with my son and it's always crowded espeically on the weekends. The food is ok sometimes the fries are burnt and I will send them back. The bathrooms here are disgusting and smell bad. I do not think restaurants should have co-ed bathrooms and provide changing tables for small children. I think if they do for lack of space at least make sure they are properly clean sanitary and maintained. I don't like the fact they allow homeless and other undesirables in there. The previous weekend a woman's purse was stolen and the police showed up to the restaurant. read more
