The McDonald's in Lander is much better. The McDonald's on Yellowstone in Cheyenne is the best. The other three in Cheyenne are not. The one in Riverton is the worst of all of them. The food is never hot. The service is average. The whole experience is brought down by the food quality. It's like they just don't care. It doesn't matter if they are busy or dead. I went in to pick up my order and Tiffany is very unprofessional and rude. This has happened on multiple occasions. She thinks she has the right so tell me where to park when other people are parking the same way and when I do park her and her staff looks out side and makes sure my car is parked in a space they approve before giving me my order. Not great. Not terrible. Cant complain too much. It is McDonald's after all. We were driving from Yellowstone and this was the only place open after 10pm. The chicken and fries tasted like they were fried in week old oil. If you're looking for hot food, keep driving. If you're looking for warm food, keep driving. Terrible! Just terrible! I went to eat here with my family and almost no one there's wearing a mask so I'm already scared. They took like an hour to bring me my food and even as I was waiting other kids were running by my table. I when into the play place with my brothers and immediately got creeped out, almost everything is red and my brother actually cried. What restaurant has a CLOWN as a mascot, do you know how many kids are terrified of clowns. If I could leave no stars I would. Our wrestling team called ahead to see if the team could come in with a school voucher. This is a common thing, and were told they could come. They drove 3 hours to get there after their Regional championship tournament. They were then turned away, and told they wouldn't be served as the employee couldn't find the proper form. Coach said he would be contacting the manager, to which they employee yelled do you want the number. Horrible customer service, and extremely unprofessional behavior. Total lack of quality control on orders. They got the order wrong even though I repeated it three times and had them repeat it back to me. The floor of the entire place was super sticky. The cashier was pleasant at first but she took our order wrong, the the clerk at the drive through told us that we were wrong when he handed us a bag of food that we didn't order. How hard is it to figure out the difference between a mcdoubles and a hot and spicy? If you are going to work in the customer service industry you should probably learn how to treat your customer with respect, not the way we were treated tonight. I'm at work today the only one here so I can't leave my daughter brought me a couple hash browns this morning there were totally inedible overcooked and hard as a rock then my wife brings me what was supposed to be a regular hamburger however they put cheese on it and the french fries were nasty either they're using old oil or whoever is cooking the stuff is over cooking it, this is just one of the many issues we have had with this particular McDonald's absolutely no quality control and I just pump the food out whether it's wrong or nasty, this will be my last visit to this particular McDonald's read more
