When inaccurate and down right wrong only response dance and don't come here. I just made a Yelp login just to review this place. Not only is this place disgustingly dirty... the service is HORRIBLE. They mess up our order literally every time we eat here. Not just like one thing... every meal has something not right... or things left off. We are here now, my husband had to go back TWICE to get tings they forgot. We have a toddler that loves to eat at McDonalds and play... and this hell hole is the only one close. Ugh. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. They seriously need to get new employees and management in this location. They are SO rude. This McDonalds was horrible because they always give me the wrong thing when I go through the drive through and when I went in to fix the order they were not nice and would laugh at me because I told them I had some of the other things that I did order in the bag that I could keep because they were the right things I just needed to switch out the sandwiches because they were wrong and I needed another fry but they took my bag with the right things I had ordered and gave it to someone at the window and when I told them that was mine he laughed at me and said no I'm doing your order and when he gave me the new bag it was only the stuff that he messed up on not the other right things I had ordered like my hash browns and McMuffin and he even had the receipt with all my food on it!!! read more

Lovely ladies at the window, the best diet Dr Pepper, terrible cheeseburger. Tasted of old grease and the bun was hard on the top. Weird.

The play area was totally a mess. Tables not cleaned off. Floor had food everywhere. My wife cleaned our table so we could have a clean place to eat. This is totally unacceptable. The lady in charge said management did not provide a lobby person on the weekends. Management needs to get it fixed. read more

Employee in the drive thru took my debit card number and cleaned out my bank account. Confronted manager about it and he showed me a video of me going through only when it switched to showing the cashier it wasn't me in the drive thru never go here again!!! When I investigated this with the companies where they used my card. On place said that it was someone local because they used 10 different cards from Roanoke on one computer. I was just there at 5:30 am. It was so slow I was the only one in the lobby and there were 2 cars in the drive thru. It was fully staffed. I walked to a table it had cleat not been wiped down anytime recently. I pulled out the chair room find paper and food stuck in the sides of the cushions. McDonald's is McDonald's. The rare occasions I do come here, I seem to always get my order the way I like it. Not sure where a lot of the bad reviews come from. Highly recommend the McGriddles, they have lots of taste, especially the bun with a syrupy, breakfast taste. read more

I rarely frequent fast food places but popped by there the other day for a McFlurry (my guilty secret). Then realized I did not have my wallet with me. After scrounging around in my car, I came up 50 cents short. The very patient and thoughtful young man Daniel at the drive up window didn't bat an eyelid at my time consuming search and when I came up still 50 cents short, he put it in out of his own money. This Mcdonalds is just the worst. - Grumpy employees - Food orders rarely correct -Food orders in drive thru rarely warm - They don't even wrap the food correctly so it falls apart in the bag and looks like trash. - My neighbor once when through the drive through and brought home a meal for his family. In one of the boxes for a bigmac was a big pile of tartar sauce instead. Yup, this place is crazy bad I too complained and heard from the district manager. It changed nothing. It's the kind of trashy, poorly managed location with employees that don't care that you wonder what kinds of disgusting shortcuts are being taken when it comes to sanitation. Very inconsistent service in the mornings. Got a very stale breakfast sandwich and ordered a frappe and recieved a shitty iced coffee which gigantic chunks of syrup in it instead. Very disappointing considering most McDonald's locations are quite good for breakfast. This isn't the first time this has happened. read more

Unclean location and really rude staff. Don't bother trying to use coupons. We don't usually do because of this exact instance. The staff is rude and impatient and they don't want to ask the manger if they can or not. Currently there is an employee with dark circular glasses working there, don't bother asking him for any help with anything. read more

I never write reviews, just move on however, this place is the worst. I will never understand how you order one meal, its read back, put on the display correctly and its wrong. You correct them and its brought out again wrong. If you manage this location, simply pay for decent workers. Worse McDonald's location in existence! The customer service is terrible. I once ordered a double cheeseburger and large caramel frappe. The guy who repeated the order stated that I ordered a McDouble and a large chocolate chip frappe. Once I told him no that was not correct and repeated back my order he said that he was close enough. Once I pull up to the window the smart-elic guy rudely states the total, hands me my change then walks off. The manager handed me my frappe then walked off. I'm sitting there waiting on my food when the manager comes up and asks the same employee what I was waiting on, the stupid kid then steps up to the window and hands me the bag that had been sitting there the whole time and gives a rude sorry then turns around and laughs with another employee. The food ended up being cold and the frappe tasted terrible. Emailed corporate and they responded a few days later, getting this problem resolved was a joke. I am a manager at a restaurant and had I had an employee who treated guests like I was treated they would be out of a job unless this McDonalds hired them after I'd fire them. So all in all I will never visit this location again. I'd much rather spend my money at the location off of FM 1709 and Rufe Snow Drive, North Tarrant and Rufe Snow Drive, or NE Loop 820 and Rufe Snow Drive. read more

Great customer service and I typically just go through the drive thru and they're always impressively friendly and my order is accurate. Today I went inside and I was just as impressed, everyone was friendly and the food was ready quickly and correct. Also, I called to see if they had a special happy meal toy for my son and they went to the extra effort of holding one for me while we drove there, and they were so willing to help me find the toy; very accommodating!!
