This is a solid hamburger joint! And to make it even better it's incredibly family and kid friendly. I met a friend and her toddler son for dinner on a Wednesday evening and we sat outside on the patio/playground. We read the reviews, and looked at the pics but couldn't verify if they had indoor seating. They do, and it's nice. They have $1 hot dogs all summer long! Nice fat sausage on a toasted bun, condiments are by the cokes... can't miss! You should add one! The loaded tots were okay, nice and crispy, lots of cheese and bacon! They do have a vegan menu! We got the pretzel jack, which was average. Nothing special about the "pretzel bun" and it was soft. The patties were soft. The cheese was soft. The burger was soft. We also go the chicken sandwich which was the big winner! Crispy chicken, toasted bun, pickles and mayo. Simple, and they nailed it! Can't go wrong here either! I came in as soon as they opened. Ordered a Southwest burger combo with a shake. Total is 17.08. Which they had to add 2.50 for the shake. Which a regular is 4.50. The cashier was nice but she had put no jalapeños on my burger when I didn't ask for them to take it off. Also I couldn't order my meat medium rare. She said only well done was available. I asked her about it and she said that it'll com with my burger and it didn't. Had to ask for them to give me some on the side. My milk shake came 5 minutes after I received my food. The "Milkshake" was just a cup of crushed Oreos with ice cream on top. The Oreos weren't even blended in the ice cream. It was hard to drink it, even through their big straw. I had to mix the Oreos myself and crush em up to drink it. Overall subpar My burger and fries were decent. The fries were in a small paper bag with very little fries and for them being fresh, they were very cold. The burger was okay and the sauce that came with it had no flavor. Today I decided to try them out and order through Ubereats. The 50/50 family pack caught my eye which is 2 cheeseburgers, 2 sides, and then 12 chicken bites ($25). I couldn't pass up $5 fried pickles so add that to my cravings party. The only gripe I have is there are only 4 options for sides and the only one that isn't extra money are the regular French fries. So everything arrived nice and hot!! It's def hard to keep fries from getting soggy but the sweet potato fries were still crunchy and amazing!! Soooooo much food!! But, nobody was there and it took a very long time to get 2 bowls. Finally I had to ask and they started to make it then and the bowl came out in literally a minute. They don't use fresh cracked eggs either though since when I asked how many eggs come in a bowl she told me she didn't know since it's ladled in.
