What the actual hell is wrong with this location. This is the 3rd strike with this place. We've attempted to contact the owner/manager the first two times with no success. Trip 1: my husband walks in for a pick up order, it's not ready after ordering almost 20 minutes prior. While waiting an additional 20 minutes, the young workers were loudly cussing like crazy with families and young kids packed in the place. Totally inappropriate. Our sandwiches had barely any meat on them, both hot sandwiches, no sauce. Trip 2: we both got sick immediately after eating our sandwiches. Sandwiches were fine but we asked for extra sauce and they left it out and the sandwiches didn't have much on there. My bread was wrong. Trip 3: keeping theme, we both ordered hot sandwiches. My husband was a beef cheesesteak and they left off the sauce and peppers. Mine was a chicken cheesesteak and asked for NO peppers which surprise, I had peppers. They also left the sauce off mine. We asked for an extra side of sauce and it was left out again. It seems these workers are simply just not paying attention but it doesn't bode well. We will make sure we never return to this location even though it's the most convenient. read more

I typically visit this location late in the day, today I went at prime-time lunch. It was amazing how quick I got in and out. They took my order put it together quickly. Of course I asked for extra meat and extra cheese, no issue. I did it Mike's way without tomato and vinegar, and they had me out the door literally about three minutes after I walked in. Ordered from this store via DoorDash for an easy Friday night dinner. My husband got the Big Kahuna. When he unwrapped it to get a big bite, he noticed something plastic sticking out. Pulled the offending bit out. Looks like it was a the plastic from a glove finger. GROSS! I called the store and the lady who answered seemed very chill with the situation. Didn't apologize or say she would look into it. Offered to make a new sandwich or refund. When I reminded her that it was a DoorDash order she just said to let DoorDash know. I have received a refund from DoorDash but am really bothered by the blasé attitude regarding contaminated food my family was going to eat. Thought I'd leave a follow-up review. I've been coming in regularly since these folks opened, at least twice a week. The level of customer service is always top-notch with smiling faces and conversation. The food is consistently delicious regardless of what I order. Lately, I've been digging the Chipotle Cheesesteak since this location doesn't do the meatball sub or the reuben (bring them back, please!). But regardless of what I order, it's delicious. Can't rave enough about this place. Wish more restaurants in Trophy Club employed the same caliber of staff. It really does make all the difference in the world. read more

Frequently, what makes or breaks an establishment is the management. I'm here on a trip and I've been to this Jersey Mike's three days in a row. The manager there is so friendly that the rest of the employees can't help but reflect that same enthusiasm. it's really inviting and makes a customer want to come back. The sandwich-making process lacks consistency, and the area where it's prepared is dirty. Despite no customers being present, there's a lack of concern for maintaining cleanliness in both the store and the work area. The handling of food is questionable. If the storefront is not maintained, one can only imagine the condition of the back or the kitchen area. You can do better than this. I tried to give them another chance. I started coming back for weeks but tonight?! I'm disgusted. The boy behind the counter sneezed on extra veggies and lettuce he cut up for tomorrow. I said something to the girl walking bye. She assured me she would say something. She walked by and said nothing. I really wanted to like this Jersey Mikes location, but sadly they fell short. I entered the store on a Tuesday evening, and the place was grave yard dead. I approached the counter to place an order, and found 2 young ladies chatting it up among themselves as if there were no customers present. Finally, one of the ladies asked if she could help me. When I told her what I needed, she jotted down my order and walked away. I was no where near my complete order, but I guess it didn't matter, she was done with my order and done with me as a customer. Total disrespect for customers. Just wanted to shout out the new Jersey Mikes! I've always been a subway and Jimmy John's fan BUT the last few trips I've been more and more disappointed at the lack of actual meat on their sandwiches. Seriously- the last turkey sub I got at Jimmy John's had 4 measly slices on it. ‍ I went to Jersey Mikes today and it was like 12 slices of turkey, plus everyone was so kind and welcoming! Very disappointed. Jersey Mike is usually spot on and makes a great sandwich. Ordered two sandwiches for my wife and I to share on the app. Both sandwiches were made incorrectly.
