Breakfast [Rock Springs WY] We popped in at this McDonald's at 7:45a for a quick breakfast... I haven't had McDonald's since California raised their menu prices in April this year to offset the minimum wage increase. We walked up to the counter to place our order. The team member was fast, efficient and helpful. I ordered a Bacon Egg Cheese Biscuit Meal... the meal would've cost $3 more in California at almost $10. I was able to use my McDonald's app for another breakfast sandwich (Sausage Egg Cheese Biscuit). Mmm... I love their hashbrowns. In just a short wait we got our food and we went on our merry way. Duh duh duh duh duh...I'm an idiot! (for going here) We all have come to expect messed up orders from fast food restaurants. But, this McDonald's has raised the bar. We were in a hurry and I normally avoid Mc'D at all costs. Order was simple 3 sausage egg McMuffins, 3 hash browns, and 3 sausage burritos. We're down the road and we realize - there's no egg on any of the EGG McMuffins. Turnaround, go in, and hand the bag to them to be corrected. As I said, we come to expect this, that's why we check the order before we get too far down the road. We get home and discover that when they removed the McMuffins they also removed the hash browns but didn't replace them! How?!? Why?!? This place was hopping and they were churning out breakfasts! With two touch screens, folks were popping in their orders and waiting (but not for long). There was a typical register operator if you wanted to give your order to a person (because sometimes you just don't want to go through the online menu!). Hot. Fresh. Fast. read more

Well, I'm not a big fan of fast food, but I do go to McDonald's a lot because my grandson loves it but even he was disappointed in our order we got yesterday. The burgers were good but the fries were ice cold, I couldn't believe they didn't throw those out and have hot ones or even warm ones, I went to the McDonald's on Elk Street because the one on the other side of town always sucks and the one on elk Street is pretty good not this time read more

Employees were absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional. Ordered food took almost 30 minutes on top of that we dined and waited for our food to be delivered to us. Just for them to forget about our food until we went up to the register and asked for it. Once we sat down our food was ice cold plus the burgers were way undercooked and pink.. disgusting.. The large fries only had about 10 in the container... lastly after all of that we asked for our burgers to be cooked right just for them to take it and get a smashed patty that was falling apart with cheese that was cold. Ps they don't stock up lids often. We had to demand some after asking a girl employee 3 times but we got ignored by her. Worst fast food we've been to while traveling. read more

So normally we will go out of our way to find little hole in the wall restaurants or stops but it's more challenging when you trying to burn the miles when the rubber meets the road. Normally fast food isn't my jam but after being 0 for 2 the past two days we opted to one of America's fast food landmarks. Despite the low ratings it was tasty and was exactly what we needed when stopping for gas at the pilot next door. It also enabled us to quickly jump back on I80 afterwards read more

I was just here and we ordered 2 hot and spicys witch took 10 minutes and my fries that I got had no salt on them

I know it looks like just another McDonald's, but it's not. This one is clean and has great service! Each of the bathroom stalls are practically rooms. You have the option of ordering at the counter (classic) or a giant touchscreen! The touchscreen has the benefit of showing you menu items you didn't know were being offered or would have thought to ask for, like the elusive holiday pie (you'd think it would just be offered during the holidays, right?). Huge bonus - they also have little kiddie cones! They're just called "small cones" and all you have to do is ask! (This elusive item is not available on the touchscreen because it's free of charge). We were on our way to see family in Nebraska. I always dread getting food on I-80 anywhere in Wyoming. We could not be more thrilled with our experience. The food came out so fresh it was hot to the touch. Fries were cooked perfectly, not a soggy one in the bunch! We all ordered something different and all came to the same consensus...this was the best McDonald's we've ever had. Ordered a large fry, Dr pepper, and smoothie. Once we got up to pay they then told us the smoothie machine was down being cleaned (it clearly was not), then we got cold frys and the Dr pepper was very weak flavored carbonated water.. quite the disappointment. read more

Okay this is about my service I received today August 8th 2021 I never in my life ever received such bad service at this McDonald's before. This damn teenager stood right there for 20 minutes before giving me my order I mean there's no one in line but me and he stands there looking at me and my drinks and stands there I mean like WTF! Disgusting, had a hair in my chicken sandwich, brought it back and mentioned it, girl who was putting orders together just took it not saying a word and threw it away, turned away from me and kept doing her job. Server was friendly, the food was good - but it was not exactly right. The husband ordered a double bacon steakhouse burger, I had the bacon smokehouse crispy chicken sandwich. Neither one had any bacon. There was the bacon onion sauce but NO bacon slices. That was disappointing. read more

Waited for about 12 minutes for my food to be done and every number before and after mine got called they told me there was a bus and I told them that I was on that bus and they told me they had called my number forever and a day ago. They couldn't have since I was standing right there waiting. Don't lie about forgetting just apologize so the customer can get on with what they need to do. Recently moved to Rock springs. Went through the drive thru ordered my food and went home to eat We were minus 2 cheeseburgers so I went back to get them. Normally back in Craig they make them right there instead they did not. I waited for 25 min and they did everyone ahead of me. So when I got home my food was cold. Next time I will bring back the whole order cold fries I won't eat what a waste of money. read more
