Service here was fair. Some of the staff seemed a bit preoccupied with visiting friends. They apparently make all food once ordered so it takes a bit. Food was OK, but we both had the cilantro rice bowl and found it not up to par. The rice, of which there was a lot, was clumpy and overcooked. Sparingly dotted with chicken and could have used more sauce on the dry rice. Also had the Nachos and didn't taste like any of the ingredients were actually fresh. read more

We spent $15 on four, TINY burritos... if you want to call them burritos. They were about an inch thick and were tortilla with just enough beans inside to hold the tortilla together. Insulted. read more

Well, the portions are decent. The food is good. The staff is... well, I'm not from around here but I'll just say: Some improvement is needed in the staffing. I'll leave that there and let the management hire a mystery shopper to give them a real professional critique. As for me, I know some mystery shoppers and have been on a few with said shoppers over the years. This place has much potential but will easily be dragged down and put out of business with current practices Being left in place. ATTENTION OWNERS: take this however you want but, you might want to tidy up your business model. I'm nobody, just an observant customer with an opinion and maybe a little experience in this sort of thing, so I'll share this with you. My ratings are as follows. 1. Cleanliness - 3 2. Value -3 3. Staff - 2 4. Taste - 3 5. Marketing - 1 (your menus) good job on being state of the art but, your menus cycle "WAY TOO FAST". Slow the menus down for an additional 3 to 5 seconds. Use static or permanent boards to advertise your target items. I had to spend additional time making sure that what I wanted was displayed on your "flash card" menu. 6. Ambiance - 2 7. Service - 3 Total rating - 17 divided by 7 areas of critique = 2.42 out of 5 so I'll rate this place as a 2. This place was great. We got a kids meal, burritos and crispy burrito. All of it was delish and fresh. The hot sauce is tasty too! Has a pico spicy flavor to it. The staff was super friendly and attentive and it was easily once of the cleanest restaurants we been in. read more

We stopped in here on our way back to Colorado and enjoyed our time here. The food wasn't anything spectacular but the service is worth mentioning. They were training a new employee who was just incredibly kind and the employee training him was equally as nice. We don't live nearby but would go here again just because of how nice the employee were! read more

Your bathroom was everything I needed, your suggestively-named Big Juan burrito was filling enough and, best of all, your 'fries' are actually tater tots! I've been jonesing for some 'tots since middle school! Alas, your Pork Carnitas Street Tacos look like they'd be better than my burrito was. Based on my past experiences with other Taco Time locations in the Pacific NW, this location misses the bar in the food prep department. I ordered two burritos and the ingredients in both were served barely warm and some of the ingredients (beans and rice) weren't fully cooked. read more

The helpings of food is super small compared to Taco Bell. I was not impressed with their sauce not their food. My husband got food there the other day and came home and said the same thing. So we happened to go through the drive through since we were traveling. While we were ordering the man made us re say our order 5 times. And two or three people were taking out order and still couldn't understand us. Also it's called "Taco Time" and the couldn't understand the word taco which is so bizarre. read more
