Very slow service. We ordered online 25 minutes before arriving and still had to wait 25 minutes for our order.

Terrible customer service. The employee complained the whole time about another employee not being there and was rude to the customers asking for regular items. They were out of a ton of ingredients because as she rudely told us, she doesn't have time to prep. The bathrooms were out of paper towels, several drinks were out on the soda machine and more than half the ingredients were missing for the sandwiches. Worst subway I've ever been to. read more

I don't review fast food chain restaurants on food quality, because, let's face it, it is quite unreasonable to expect haute cuisine. Or anything close. But, you do walk in with expectations of quick service, cleanliness, and courteous interaction with the staff. Those expectations are reasonable. This location fails on all three. The place is dirty. Trash can in the bathroom was full, with toilet tissue and paper towels stuck on the floor. trash receptacles in the dining area were overflowing on to the floor, tables strewn with trash and half-eaten food, etc. No social distancing in effect, and the place was filthy, anyway. The line proceeded at a glacial pace. The cashier was not only dull-witted, but obviously resentful that her life had turned out differently than what she wanted, and she was taking that out on the customers. Stopped by on our way through town because it was closer than Quiznos. Should have went the extra mile. It was 4:30 pm and the turkey was frozen. None of the other options looked very good either but settled on tuna because staff said it was good. Was told by sandwich maker I could only put veggies on salad in a certain order then proceeded to tell me the order I could put them on (so weird?!). He also put all of the veggies right in the middle of my sandwich so I had to take apart and remake my sandwich after. Tuna was super runny and entire sandwich ended up being a sloppy gross mess. Under staffed, Rude employees, tried to argue with me about serving breakfast when menu said breakfast served all day. When the employee decided to make the meal with breakfast items it only took an extra minute literally. But I don't feel like it justified rolling eyes being passive aggressive with the materials the employee was using slamming them around. Honestly I don't blame the employees I blame the management for not having enough coverage during a busy time of day. We stopped on our way thru Rock Springs. My wife ordered a salad. I ordered a sandwich. the food was good, but they were out of all but one style of chips, they were out of napkins, they were out of forks to eat the salad with, but not one single employee mentioned that to my wife when she ordered, nor did they mention they were out of napkins. Out of several drinks also. Wife went to the bathroom, they were out of toilet paper. This is a poor excuse for any kind of restaurant! We are going to skip this location from now on! read more

I asked for a chopped salad. At the end of the assembly line, the server poured my salad into the plastic bowl. The amount of food barely filled up half the bowl. There's something terribly wrong with the serving size of that salad. An older gentleman apologized and asked me what additional veggies I wanted. At the end, my salad was decent sized. I believe it was the manager sent from corporate that later apologized again and said that it was their first day open. My friends' sandwiches were also extremely thin and light on the veggies. This place looked pretty clean and the staff was very friendly. We stopped on our way through town from Yellowstone heading to Dinosaur National Monument and it was fast and taste like the "Normal" Subway sandwich you'd get anywhere. Good for a quick drive-by!!! read more

My coworkers and I went to the Subway in Walmart . Only one person working (during lunch hour) the poor guy was by himself. It took us 20 minutes to get our food, my pretzel was over cooked. Finally got my nacho sauce around 10 minutes later. It came straight out of the can, so it was cold, by then my pretzel was hard aa a rock!!! Were told when we walked in that they were out of almost everything. Trash was piled up by the bathrooms next to the pop machine. Will not be going again!!! P. S.
