Eating at McDonald's is somewhat rare as I get older, but my wife and I stopped here a week ago for a quick and easy meal while moving into a new home in the area. We were greeted via the drive-thru speaker by a woman named Latoya, who was quirky, enthusiastic, and very welcoming. I especially appreciated the nicknames she gives customers (sugar, darlin', etc); her friendly, spunky disposition brought smiles to our faces, giving us the best customer service experience during our brief visit. It had been a stressful day up to that point, so Latoya's demeanor was the perfect remedy to bring things back down a couple levels. Oh, yeah... the food was great, blah blah blah... but Latoya was awesome. Thank you so much! read more

Gave this location one more try today since I was next door. Ordered a DOUBLE fish filet. I could see on the screen that it wasn't a double. She told me the cost and I told her it was suppose to be a double. She said she fixed it and I drove around to the window. She gave me the cost again and I told her AGAIN it's a double. I had the worst experience ever here. I ordered through the drive through. They asked me to pull forward and wait for my cheeseburgers. After waiting for 10 minutes. I went inside to ask for my food. They couldn't find it and discovered they had given it to someone else. The person walked in with my food and gave it to the employee. The employee pretended to make my food again but instead gave me the same food they gave the other person. I looked in the bag and the fries were pretty much gone. They were eaten by the person that had the food before me. It's illegal to give me food they gave someone else. I will be making a big case out if this. Stay away from here! Normal business hours are great. However, the restaurant is never open past midnight even though they're supposedly 24 hours... employees are often outside taking what looks like a smoke break instead of serving customers. Very unfortunate since this is the only fast food restaurant in the area open late. read more

I totally understand that we are in a pandemic. But, they have there dining room completely closed. They claim it's because of local guidelines, yet every restaurant in the strip plaza behind them is open. We went to Chick-fil-A yesterday, we ate inside and watched as employees sanitize the tables and chairs after each patron left. Apparently this McDonald's is too lazy to do that. Blaming it on the pandemic instead. What a shame to use a national pandemic in order to cover for your lack of customer service, and your laziness to simply wipe the table down. So, after spending $47 on a family of six, we were forced to eat outside in the grass in the parking lot, next to an ant pile. Way to go McDonald's read more

Staying with my mother this weekend (2022 Thanksgiving weekend) and she wanted McDonald's 2 days in a row, so I went to this McDonald's both times as it is the closest. Both times I went through the drive through and there were 2 different teams working each day and both teams were so nice and accommodating. The way the spoke to me over the speaker and face to face, even when I asked for special order and ketchup packets. I was surprised but pleasantly, it's so nice to see kids that are genuinely kind and helpful, I wished I would have gotten their names, but maybe you'll know who they are by the dates and times. Yesterday was 11/25/2022 around 5:00 or 6:00pm. and today 11/26/2022 around 4:00 or 4:30pm. We ordered the same exact thing both days a #1 medium and instead of a soda ordered a large chocolate shake and a #2 medium and instead of a soda ordered a large strawberry shake and the totals were $21.01. This McDonald's is a very good one. The staff are friendly and accurate with order taking. Yes, at times you might wait. Usually because they want your food hot- not easy to do doing slow periods. Yes, at times there are mistakes. The number one reason though is how management handle any problems. Today I reported to them a problem I had with an order a few days ago. Mike, a manager on shift , was at window waiting for me and quickly made good. Thanks, Mike! No fast food is perfect all the time. But what really counts is attitude and customer care. Five stars! And a note- please be polite to them. When I was a kid I worked at a McD's. You would be surprised how rude and condescending some people are. The lady at the pay window got to know me and was always very sweet. I only had my order wrong once, the younger male manager was very apologetic and quickly corrected the mistake.
