Just awful and employees are horrible. Order my food online. Girl at the window said okay pull to the window, pull up and wait a half hour for the car in front of me and the worker to talk and laugh. Finally get to the window to get my order and she says we dont have that order. I had confirmation for my order and they took the money, but nope that wasn't good enough. She was very rude and said I dont know what to tell you I cant do anything about it. She asked if I was at the right one so I gave her the address, she didn't know it and had to look it up. Told me she dont have the order and "call the app"... HOW? Any McDonald's I have ever been to apologizes and with confirmation will get you your order... Not this one. This is hands down the worst McDonalds that Ive ever been to. I have been to McDonalds in Detroit that had inch thick bulletproof glass and they outshined the Salamanca store. I have not been able to eat eggs for over 2 years now because this McDonalds left egg shells inside of my breakfast sandwich! Every time I order a cheeseburger with ketchup ONLY it ends up being loaded with onions and I just went there and ordered 2 McChickens with NO lettuce and when I got home each sandwich had a half a head of lettuce on them! Severely understaffed. When I say we waited in line for 45 minutes I mean it. I kind of feel bad for even writing this review because of how understaffed they are. When I went there, there was at most 4 people working. It took about 5 minutes or more per car to order because they had to wait for them to make the food for the cars ahead of them. They messed up my food. I understand that they have to keep track of a million peoples' orders, but if they didn't take so long they wouldn't have that many people. One of the employees literally walked outside and talked to a family in front of me while the lone person in the kitchen made my food. I don't know if this messed them up because I asked for a large fry and they gave me 2 large fries and a McChicken. I didn't even bother to check the bag because it was late and I wanted to get home so I pretty much stole someone's food. The food wasn't even that good either, very bland fries and the McChicken wasn't bad. If you go to Salamanca, I recommend Tim Hortons over McDonald's if you can't stand the long wait and below basic food. read more

So, the food was Hot and The Waiting was under a minute. So the service after you order was fast. I think the girl up there was New Or something because she took a while to punch in my order. But that's completely fine. I do think she needs some confidence, especially if she's going to be working in the food service Industry. I couldn't really hear what she was saying and she was kind of mumbling. The food was Fast and Hot, but the Burritos were EXTREMELY SMALL. Service was terrible. Was the only one in the drive-through and the lobby was closed and it took us over five minutes for food to be ready. Didn't have Dr Pepper or root beer so I had to get sprite and even then it was flat. Gave them exact change and it took them more then 2 minutes to give me my change. As they walked away from the window and were gone then finally came back. And my fires were cold. If I could give zero stars I would, but unfortunately, I can only leave one star. read more

So I decided to try to eat here again after the 'big' remodeling. I cannot believe that this McDonald's has actually gotten worse than it was before it got remodeled! Went in for lunch the other day and noticed that the majority of the ceiling panels are all water damaged already! The soda machine was not working properly as it was out of ice and the syrup/carb mix was like a 50/50 mix. The dining area was drab and dirty. My meal was just as awful as its always been from here. Buns not heated properly, both sandwiches I got were just tossed together (both lacking much condiments) and fries were cold. Employees just shooting the breeze and laughing in the back as several customers waited awhile for their food. The employees and management are a complete joke here. I urge people to avoid this poorly managed McDonald's at all costs! If your looking for a quick burger just stop by Burger King down the street. This location is possibly the worst McDonald's in the entire world. I just went there to get a nice lunch for me and my girlfriend and everything was okay and when I looked in the bag they forgot to give me my ranch. In my head I was like it's okay it was just a mistake, but oh boy was I sadly mistaken when I returned to claim my ranch that they forgot, all the workers besides overweight cashier were just staring giving me this devil look the whole time while I was trying to receive my ranch. Don't get me wrong this will not end ranch for me, but this will end my return this this McDonald's. It's McDonald's, so you know what to expect right? Wrong! This has to be the worst McDonald's I have ever encountered. Food is served which should be tossed. Like breakfast at Mickey D's? Biscuits are hockey pucks and the breakfast buritos are so old the cheese on the inside is usually hard. Coffee is served old and burnt, granted I bought coffee in the middle of the night, however someone should pay attention to it. Also, check your bag before you leave the drive thru. Much like every other review has already stated, the service at this McDonald's is notoriously slow to the point of ridiculous. Their were 3 cars in line at the drive through - including my car. We waited 25 minutes to get our order. The food was cold and the order - a whole 3 items - was wrong. They gave a Double Cheeseburger without bacon when we specifically asked for one with bacon. Normally this would t have been a major issue, but when coupled with the insanely long wait and the fact that the food was cold I felt compelled to share my frustration. This occurred during peak dinner rush hours on Saturday evening. The young lady working the drive thru window said they were short staffed. I don't fault her, but am amazed that the franchise owner isn't more concerned with the abomination that is this McDonalds. read more

This is the worst McDonald's ever. The person taking our order was outright rude and racist. The very first thing she did was to ask the lady behind us if she was here before me, to which she said no. No explanation why she accused me of jumping the line. She was being nice to all other customers except for me and my family. Got our order wrong and when I asked her about it she ignored me completely. The only difference was our skin color. We came through the drive thru between I would say 11:30 and 11:50 P.M last night. We ordered a Quarter Pounder meal and a chicken bacon ranch wrap meal. 1. We received no straws with our drinks. 2. One of our fries were fresh. The other tasted like they had been sitting a very long time, and they had so much salt on them they were completely inedible. The ones one top, I swear they must have picked them up off the floor after they sat there for awhile. Seriously, that's how bad they were. 3. The Quarter Pounder was so messy, by boyfriend wound up wearing ketchup. 4. The wrap. As soon as I pulled the tab I knew there was something wrong. The wrap was ripping open and soggy. There was nothing but bread until I got down to the point where the pull tab is, then there was nothing but a blob of lettuce and ranch. There was 2, maybe 3 small pieces of chicken in it, and one tiny piece of bacon. I know this because I pulled the chicken out of the mess so I could eat it. We basically wound up throwing away an entire order of fries and a wrap. 5. Of course, no napkins. Thank god we had a roll of paper towels in the car. 6. No receipt either. Gee, I wonder why. Never, ever, ever, ever, ever again. EDIT 10/11/15: It's almost 3 months later, and after a few emails with the promise of reimbursement of our horrible meal, I still have received nothing. Should of looked at yelp first before stopping here. I agree with the negative comments. Place was filthy from the bathrooms to the dining area. All the workers are rude, they don't care about your food, and by the looks of the place you'd think they've never been taught how to clean. Just because you remodel a place means it's going to get better... for the past month customers have been complaining about getting raw chicken nuggets! The last time I went inside to order the employee had the fry boxes laying all over the floor picking them up to put frys in to serve to people while the manager was making a mc flurry for themself with a line of people in the drive thru waiting for their food.. if I were you I'd save the food poisoning and go to BK down the street. The other reviews suggest this location may have had some issues in the past, but I stopped in with a few friends during a recent road trip and everything went McSmoothly. Seriously one of the worst McDonalds I've been to. In short, I've been to this McDs more times than I care to admit, out of desperation, and now I just skip it. Not worth the disappointment and frustration. They take FOREVER to get your order, almost irregardless of what it is. I was once asked to "pull ahead and wait" when I'd ordered an Orange Juice and apple slices for my daughter. That was it. Just one example of MANY similar experiences I've had there. And that's to say nothing of the ridiculous price hikes they've had this year alone. It also sucks that they took out the play place... Used to take my little ones down there at least a couple times over the summer and let them get happy meals and play. Not only is it too expensive now, there is no play land. McDonalds used to be a convenient, affordable go-to place, especially if our family was short on time and needed a quick meal. Now it's over priced, under-staffed, and just plain over rated.
