Absolutely HORRIBLE location. Waited in line 25 mins. To get my child a happy meal.. they give me this half filled sprite with no ice, no sauce, no toy, burnt nuggets so hard they couldn't be eaten. Just absolutely disgusting! Rude employee at the window just shoves the food out and slams the window.. this was at 8:30pm on a Sunday night... will not be back EVER! This place needs serious help. I placed an order through the McDonald's app and waited for over 10 minutes when they told me they'd be out in two minutes. There were only two people in the drive-through and no one inside the restaurant. I continued to wait but finally I had to get to work so I went inside and asked for my order. It was sitting there as there were two employees talking to each other. The female employee who helped me was not very pleasant, but not rude however, you would've thought they would have responded better knowing that I had been out there waiting. The order was for eight sausage McMuffins and eight hashbrowns. The sausage and muffins were not toasted as they're supposed to be. Disappointing. I placed an order at the kiosk at 06:52 for 2 beverages. I had to flag down a worker at 07:10 to get my drinks. They were only assisting the drive thru. The counter had a canned sprite on it and the m&m's for desserts were open. Someone's jacket was flung on the counter. Trash was on the floor. After leaving a local indoor child playground, I stopped by here to get lunch for my son and I around 4:35pm. I ordered via the app. The drive thru long was long and wasn't moving. So I decided to go inside. The food was ready when I went inside. I needed to ask for a cup and the chocolate milk that came with the kids meal though. While getting my beverage, I noticed that the floor was sticky even though there a wet floor sign. I also observed the staff looking like they did not want to be there. I asked one staff for BBQ sauce, she gave it to me but didn't say a work at all... her face was so flat and yeah. It was evident she wanted to be elsewhere. The staff was not working together too. One staff was treating new employee poorly :( On another note, our food was correct. There were no issues with it and we enjoyed it. read more

Absolutely horrible experience. We waited over an hour for our food, and when it finally came, several items were missing. We weren't the only ones--people were walking out without their orders because the wait was so outrageous. While we stood there, we saw the manager yelling at the staff in front of everyone at the counter. It was uncomfortable and totally unprofessional. On top of that, the place was filthy--trash was overflowing out of the bins, and there were flies buzzing around the dining area. It looked and felt completely neglected. We received our coffees quick and with a smile and a little humor. I feel like that's the way McDonald's expect their guest to be treated. I went through the drive thru around 10pm and waited for 15 mins to go through. When I was ordering, I was rudely told I couldn't get a McFlurry as a drink for a meal. Ok, just got a Dr Pepper and the McFlurry. Once I got my food, I realized they forgot to hand me the McFlurry entirely, so I parked and was going to walk and just ask to grab it, but an employee was locking the door and shaking her head. Luckily I brought my receipt so I was able to explain I already waited a long time in the drive thru, for a while she was just mumbling and shaking her head still, I guess trying to get me to go away, but eventually she listened and she asked what kind of McFlurry I got, I told her and she literally said "ew" and made a face. She went inside, door locked while I wait outside, but I never saw her again. Look I work in retail, I get having a busy night, but this was handled so poorly, hope they actually hire people who can handle a fast paced working environment. read more

I'll agree with Scott. It's a McDonald's. This one is not far from the Interstate. They got my "Number One with a Diet Coke, no ice" order correct. On 3 different occasions i have had a terrible experience. 1st one i see a manager and employee arguing with each other as the manager is packaging my food, and results in THE MANAGER throwing the food on the next counter. 2nd A different manager gives me attitude when both of my drinks are supposed to be medium and she insists they are when i have two different sizes in hand. 3rd one was today when i noticed my order didn't have fries, when i clearly ordered at the drive thru and the worker didnt not note them. instead of fixing it at the window and charging me she rudely said " you didnt pay for fries" and just closes the window and proceeds to stare at me. I went to McDonald's on October 16th I went through the drive-through where I had to wait for 10 minutes it was 2 minutes before 11 AM they refused to serve me the fries that I was able to order on the mobile app they forced me to go inside stand in line again and they were already serving Lunch inside. When I went inside it was nasty there is not anybody that I know that would want to eat in a restaurant that looked as if it had not been claimed in a month. If I could negative five stars, I would. Y'all literally hire anyone. The majority of the cashiers are completely incompetent. They are rude and argue with you over simple things. They use bad tones and attitudes. We have never once received an order that was correct at this location. The food is old and there are hairs in it. My wife got a breakfast order that was missing two sandwiches. We called and spoke to the manager who said he would be able to fix it. We told him we would not be able to drive across town until later, but he said that was ok. I was able to go to the restaurant to correct the situation at 5pm. When I got there the new manager on duty was unwilling to make things right. She said that she "could not sit down to help me because there is only one manager on duty". I tried to interject but she cut me off stating I should come back tomorrow. She was dismissive, rude, and unwilling to help. This needs to be corrected, and I am flatly unwilling to drive across town again at the stores convenience to correct a mistake that they, and not I, made. Over the years my family has frequented McDonalds less and less, this situation is a good example of why this is the case. A loss of four dollars over two chicken biscuits certainly is not the end of the world, but it gives an excellent example of this particular stores unwillingness to engage in service recovery or be anything more than just another grubby fast food joint on the strip. read more

First of all there were two employees and only one of them was working and the other one was new, now don't get me wrong I am not upset with the new employee, I am upset with the management. I ordered a kids meal as well with a pick 2 for 3 and I only received my 2 for 3. I told the manager and he said I had to get back in line and re-order my order. I usually would get a tea and a sausage biscuit for $2.14. A justifiable fast food purchase price-wise. Then recently they upped both the prices. Now it is $2.55. This morning I got the usual but the biscuit was terrible. Could not even finish it. I decided no more M D's. Their tea is consistent so maybe i will get just the tea. I also got a fish filet and it had half a slice of cheese in the recent past. Cheese shortage I didn't know about? And just a dab of sauce. This makes the sandwich for me. Not only did I get horrible customer service when I was told to hold on and then had to wait while the car that pulled-up after me ordered, they got my order wrong. So I ended up paying for a large fry not the small, I ordered. Then when I called the number to complain, the person who answered said she couldn't tell me what happened nor could she have the supervisor call me back to insure the problem would be fixed. She did not even offer to compensate me for the mistake in the order where I paid for a large fry. I asked for a side of honey mustard as part of my order. The honey mustard was added to the order with a $0 charge; yet when I asked for it when my receipt number was called because it was not in the bag, I was told I had to pay .30 cents for the honey mustard. I was then directed to a manager who I showed my receipt, which reflected a honey mustard with a $0 charge. She even made the comment I had to pay for the honey mustard.
