First time coming here. As I was making my way back to the Houston area, i decided to stop here to see what was offered at this McDonald's especially since it was cashed to the gas station. This McDonald's is quiet and empty especially at evening time. The service here is the worst unfortunately. They take forever to come up to you to take your order and then it takes 10 minutes to make two McChickens even though there's no customers in line. I placed an order and drove about 15 minutes to pick it up. When I got home and took a bite of my Quarter Pounder, I realized the meat was severely undercooked--there was red juice coming out of the patty. Concerned, I drove back to the restaurant and spoke with the manager, Sabrina. Unfortunately, she told me that all they could do was replace the item. She also stated that her general manager would say the same. I expressed that serving undercooked meat could make someone seriously ill, but she seemed unconcerned and dismissive. It's so badly managed/owned it's embarrassing. Of course the food/drinks are good but the environment is really bad. The ice cream machine here has been down for like 6 months already I swear there is something wrong with these people or the owners are cheap and have no accountability. McDonalds on Foster near I-10: Oh McDonalds, I'm so disappointed. Newly opened. They were and still doing well in my eyes. However, today's visit was a Total Miss. Horrible experience at this McDonald's. Ordered food on the app, paid for it and checked in as my girlfriend went to pick it up. After 15m of waiting they never brought it out. They refused to give her the food even though she had a screen shot of the full order, the order # and a copy of the email receipt. Then they refused to refund it even though they wouldn't give her the food. I had to go in person since I placed the order and even then the manager count figure out what to do. She had to call another manager and then the owner to eventually give me the food I had now paid for and been waiting for an hour. Meanwhile the incompetent lady that started the entire issue kept calling me ghetto even though she was the ghetto looking one. We've been here a few times. The staff has always been very friendly and personable with us. 3 stars because the service is usually pretty slow, in comparison to fast food experiences. Ordered a 6 piece nugget happy meal in drive-thru and waited 18 mins. I asked the crew that went outside that was delivering an order for a other patron waiting in drive-thru and I was told mu order is coming. So I thought they were just busy. However after few more minutes, I decided to go inside and inquire. There was one other person waiting and 2-3 tables occupied. As approach the counter, this one male crew member said: "I don't know what he wants, I didn't a ticket" looked at me while walking pass to deliver another order outside in drive-thru. At this point its obvious that my order was lost or forgotten. The other crew member which I assumed the manager was on the phone in the warmer area took my receipt and start bagging the order. The part that was most disturbing was the fact that it seems this is a normal service for this place. I understand this is McDonald's and I should not expect more and I didn't. However, this was a complete lack of customer service from the manager level down to the crew. I've been to this place since its opened since its so close to where I live. This is the second time I've waited in the drive through for me to be next in line and the person in front of me gets their order taken but myself gets turned away because they "close" at 11pm. I would like to say I judge most fast food places on there level of service and cleanliness. I have to say I was pleasantly surprise by how happy and smiling the staff was at 6:15 in the morning. Danny (female) was very nice and met me with a great smile. I always ask for crispy English Muffin which seems to make most stores mad but she said no problem. Lacking in the cheery, energetic vibe you normally get from McDonalds, but the food came out hot and fresh, and everyone was kind.

The food is fine, but there is this one girl that works in the drive through that is super rude. She does not smile or greet, and just hands you your food with a scowl on her face. One time, my friend asked for a half sweet half unsweet tea. When she handed me an all sweet tea, I told her that was wrong and it needed to be half and half. She scowls, throws the cup in the trash, and hands me a new one as if i was bothering her. This has happened more than once with the same employee. Enjoy your job or get a new one. read more

What in the world happened to this McDonald's? So sad. It went from outstanding when it first opened to currently horrible. I will never stop there again. I work for the Air Force and my daily duties often take me from Lackland to Ft Sam to Randolph and back. In the course of the day I usually end up in the drive thru around 2 - 3pm for a lunch break. I typically order one kids burger with a drink. Despite such simple order, I get moved to the waiting lane. There, I witness how other people with large orders get to go ahead of me while I wait. It is ridiculous. Finally after 11 - 13 minutes the order comes out with the usual robotic: "we are sorry for the wait." Customer service has gone from 5 stars to zero in such a short period to time.
