So I'm not going to take a picture of this unsightly sandwich, but just be sure it is not Presentable to pass off to a customer which I am a customer. So not that I worked in restaurants for twenty years before I started truck driving.But I did There are two rules in the restaurant business first.Rule the customers always right.Even when they're wrong The second rule is never present something in a to go box or on a plate to a customer that you would not give to your mother.The meaning behind that is that everything that you fix should be presentable.As if it was going to the person that you respect most in life Why did I order a double quarter pounder with no cheese?No, ketchup, no pickles, wait for fifteen minutes only to get a double quarter.Pounder with extra cheese ketchup and pickles, so I then had to give the sandwich back.So they could remake it when I got the sandwich back fifteen minutes later.It looked as if one of the burgers they just threw down on the counter after they made it.And then scooped it up and put it on top of the other burger and put it in a box, extremely unprofessional and unpresentable I had to bring that to the manager's attention, and she did not see anything wrong with that sandwich at all as a matter of fact. She drew to my attention that that's how the burger came. So that's how I was put on the between the buns. It's not her fault that it's a crappy burger that came in the box. She just cooks and sells what she gets. So then she offered to refund my money. I had to explain to her that it takes me two weeks of work to get one paycheck and when I spend my money, like many other people, we would like to get whatever it is that we ask for slash paid. For not whatever the hell you feel like giving us. So I don't want my money back because I don't want anything for free. I am just bringing this to your attention so that you can talk to your employees and share with them. That it's not okay to have AI. Don't care attitude and to be More professionalAnd if you wouldn't eat it or give it to your mother, then don't give it to a customer The customer should not have to take a loss on food that they paid for because your restaurant doesn't care. I could go on and on, but I only have a 30 minute break. And I've already used 45 minutes of it, because I had to walk in wait for 30 minutes to get this burger that I'm about to. Eat, but I'm scared to eat it. But I have to eat it anyway. Cuz I'm hungry, and I have a full day of driving left. Too bad so sad for me!!!!! read more

I loved the vibe at this McDonald's. When you walk in, you see Halloween decorations on the counter and a mini Xmas tree. It was a treat to see in the morning. It was pretty busy but they were quick to get your orders out. The manager did a good job leading her crew to stay on top of the orders and at the same time telling them they're doing good in a positive sort of way. Not kiss a$$ like. My order was fresh and it hit the spot on a cold Tuesday morning. It was like low 40s high 30s. I ordered: 1. Biscuits and gravy with a side of sausage - That hit the spot with a hashbrown. I'm not going to lie I took a nap shortly after. Kudos to those that go to work after that. 2. Sausage McMuffin meal - always my husband's go to Not sure if it's just me but the hashbrowns taste different in the East coast. It's like I can really taste the potatoes or something. Quite slow drive thru. They do fill drinks to the top though and not just ice. Food seems fresh.

This McDonald's is in a Love's truck stop but it also has a drive through on the south end of the building. We've stopped here several times and have always used the drive through. The folks working the drive through are pleasant and efficient. The last 2 times we've stopped here, they've taken our order and asked us to pull forward. This helps keep the line moving and our food (especially the fries) were piping hot and fresh when they brought them out to the car. Good, quick service; easy access out of and back on to the interstate. read more

BUGS!!! Filled my cup up from the fountain dispenser and multiple bugs poured out of it and into my cup. I kindly tried to tell the worker and all they replied was "I'll let someone know". No apology or anything just walked away like this was a normal occurrence! If you like bugs have fun!!! read more

Waited 20+ minutes after pulling forward at drive-through. Had to go in or we would never have gotten our food. They completely forgot about us. Line was ridiculous behind us, but no line when we pulled up. Give better service or shut it down. read more

It's a McDonald's in a gas station. Ordered on the app and requested table service, but they called out the number and we had to go get it. If they were short staffed I'd understand, but there were two workers just standing at the register with no customers don't nothing. read more

The food is amazing I honestly love it. The service is also good and the employees are kind. But what I don't like is that it makes you wait longer than any McDonald's the lines aren't even that long . But I went there one morning and the person in front took forever to get their food but I saw on the order board all they ordered was pancakes and drink and a sausage mc muffin. Might literally be the worst McDonald's of all time. Drive Thru is closed every day from 7p-5a, always forcing cars to pay and then pull forward for 15-20 minutes, in a part of town where people are in a hurry to get to work. This isn't a one time deal either, it's EVERY. DAY. Avoid stopping here at all costs. Go 12 minutes up the road to Walton and their McDonald's. read more

This McDonald's was SLAMMED with atleast 8 people infront of me in the lobby the drinks were all seltzer water tasting and I had to wait a bit longer than I've ever had at a McDonald's but I had time and picked a open table and just watched and I watched as all these young people were hustling behind the counter and they looked overwhelmed but they kept cranking out order after order never looking like they were gonna catch up even after I left but they were still just chugging along and I must say the real gem was Peggy I witnessed Peggy wipe down every table sweep the whole lobby and even put in a word about the drinks for me and she fixed the napkins lids condiment area all with a smile if you feel like mcDs go inside too see Peggy she will make ur day! Young men working the counter to take orders used a lot of profanity, talked about "knocking out" or killing the next customer that upset him. He wasn't talking about me but opening discussed it while taking orders. Definitely inappropriate in front of all the kids in there including my 8 year old. read more

This is a 24-hour truck stop McDonald's with an open passageway to a 24-hour Subway that has an open passageway to the truck stop store. It has a single drive-through lane that I believe closes during the late-night hours, so in the middle of the night you have to go inside for your food. It's handy to have in such a rural location. read more
