I came here two days ago for lunch on my way to the Chattahoochee River. I ordered via the mobile app while parked in their free parking lot that had lots of spaces all around the restaurant. Right after completing the app transaction, I walked into the restaurant through the front door. When walking through the front door, it appears that all there is in this McDonald's location is an area where the self serve beverage dispensers are, the queue area that includes some self order kiosks, the order/pickup counter, two small tables with chairs and bench seating, and a high top table top with several tall stationary stools. I walked into the queue area, and I was the only customer in the front area. The employee at the order counter smiled and welcomed me, asking if I was picking up an order. I said yes and showed him my order number. He disappeared into the back kitchen area, and, within 30 seconds, returned back to the front with my bagged order. I decided to eat inside. Nearing the table in the front area, I looked toward the back of the restaurant, where I could now see that there were booths to sit in next to the window. I sat in one of them, and noticed there were still even more tables in the dining area that I could clearly see now that I was physically in that area. All of the tables and the floor were clean. My meal was as I had ordered and accurate; my food was hot, my drink was cold with not too much ice. This was a great experience! read more

The service is terrible at this location. My order has been incorrect several times. My most recent order from the drive through left me with a bad experience and I really considering to give up McDonald's for good. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and added tomatoes, no pickles or onions on my way to work. When I opened the bag I see 4 beef patties, no cheese or tomatoes. I've had several subpar experiences at this McDonalds but on busy days it's right across the street from my apartment complex so the location is convenient enough for me to return and get burned again. Wrong orders are common, attitude can be lacking at the service window (haven't had issues with other staff tbf). Rudest experience I've ever had at a McDonald's! I explained to the girl at the drive-thru window this evening about my severe allergies to chocolate. I already have issues with people not taking me seriously when I bring up my allergy, but it's a real thing and has sent me to the ER multiple times. I had just seen her hand someone a fudge sundae and kindly asked if she had any chocolate on her hands or anything, in consideration for my safety. She responded in the rudest tone saying that "she didn't make my food" and "okay?" with this distasteful look on her face. She needs to be fired. What is wrong with this McDonald's? Idk how many managers they've been through and how many times they've had to train their staff, but this McDonald's has always sucked! Every employee is this overly privileged, ratchet worker with no tact and no level of professionalism. There never an apology and they ALWAYS get your order wrong! ALWAYS! You can order a small fry and they'll give you a diet coke. The drive thru takes forever! It took them 45 minutes to make 1 meal. Is there a lack of oxygen in the building? If I could give a quarter star review I would. I ate breakfast this morning and paid with cash. When I got my change back it was 30 cents short. I asked for the 30 cents and the cashier told me she had no change in the register. So I kindly asked for the change anyway and said I would wait and she replied that there is no change in the store. You got to be kidding me right? So if that's the case why not round it down instead of making me pay more for my meal. Frustrated, hungry and now committed to not come back I said fine. The food was good and while I was eating I overheard the conversation at the register and she did the same thing to the person behind me, only this time it was 70 cents! I can only imagine how that adds up in a day. If they really don't have change they should round down or offer a free item, or do something! They chose to do nothing so because of that I won't come back. I literally hope this location burns to the ground. Countless times orders screwed up I forgave them. One time tried to take a bad order inside with the receipt because we received the completely wrong food - did not see a manager after waiting 20 MINUTES. Every customer before and after you in line is ignored so trust me, it's not you honey. It's them. And when they know you've been waiting they won't make eye contact. That's how you know you've arrived at the WORST MCDONALDS ON GEORGIA. This is the worst McDonald's in the country. I travel to this area, quite a bit, to visit my mom and sister. Over the last few years, I can truly say that I have rarely received an order that was correct. 90% of the time, I order a hamburger with no onions, a small fry and a large coke. Did the same thing today and ended up with a double cheeseburger WITH onions. Never go through the drive through unless you have a half hour. Construction going on now adds more time. read more

Rating a McDonalds seems somewhat pointless but I only do it when I see something out of the ordinary. This covered up plug so you could NOT use it prompted me to take a picture of it and post it! LOTS of people go there to use the internet, and you buy something to patronize them, look for outlets that are extremely scarce, and go down to plug in and find out THEY BLOCKED it from you with a plastic block inside the faceplate so you CANT plug in! This is so annoying!! Plus when I walked in there was nobody at any of the ordering stations at all for 2 to 3 minutes! Some employees sitting and eating, some going outside, some wanting to go home. The line was so long at 11pm this is the worst Mcdonalds on Roswell rd in the nights. I guess they was short staff but when it comes with the wait for being short staff I would hope to get hot fries. When asked to wait in the parking space, we had already waited 20 minutes In the line with 2 cars in front of us. After another 20 minutes, the manager ignored our request to speak with him/her regarding the wait. A refund was provided by the cashier, and the manager hid. Quite possibly the worst McDonald's in the world! I've only been here twice since moving to the area and both times I've had to pull up and wait and my food was cold. Also both times the fries were a weird hard texture. They were not good at all. If anything you should be able to count on McDonald's fries being good. Corporate really needs to look into this location and I will be contacting them. No reason for the service and food to be consistently bad for YEARS. I'm never eating here again. On Wednesday, May 29, 2019, at 10:30 am, I placed my order for one breakfast sandwich at the drive thru window after a 5 minute wait to place the order. I drove around, paid $3.45, went to the pick up window, was asked to pull into a parking space to await the order. All spaces were taken by other customers waiting for their take out order. I drove around, parked in a space. After 8 to 10 minutes, still no food. So I drove away having paid but not received my food. I would just think it was a fluke, but this is the second time I had to wait in a parking space to get my food and then, finally went into the Mcdonalds to retreive it myself.
