Oh my god! I wish every McDonald's was exactly like what I just had. Drive through and both window employees asked me about my day with a smile. You just never get that any more. They were busy and had it on point! If there was ever a fish fil a connoisseur it would be me! I have eaten a McDonald's fish sandwich no tartar sauce extra cheese at least twice a week for the last 35 years and when I tell you this was the best one I HAVE EVER EATEN I mean it!!! This place does an amazing volume of drive through business, especially in the morning. they actually do a very good job of getting you through in a reasonable amount of time. But here is the secret. Go inside. It is faster! There is almost never a line. I do this quite often to save time and it works. The coffee is great. I actually prefer it to uhm.... other coffee from Seattle.... I go here for the coffee. I have found that McDonald's coffee is priced reasonably (right now, it's a dollar for any size) and tastes pretty good. Mickey D's now puts your cream and sugar in the coffee. I will say that you can tell them how many creams and sugars you want in your coffee all you want and they're gonna put how ever many they want in it. Mine is never right. In order to be happy, I have to taste the coffee and ask for more sugar most times. Service is friendly here and swift and I appreciate that. read more

Ok this is my second review...the first one was inquiring about whether or not there's an actual real manager that knows how to run a restaurant. I guess this review comes after I am now convinced that they don't know what the hell they're doing. The triple cheeseburger at EVERY McDonald's has three patties. This is an old menu item and I'm happy to see most McDonald's bring it back. However...this McDonald's puts two patties and when I asked why they say it has three pieces of cheese and that makes it triple. I could barely contain myself and not laugh my ass off as I was told this. I mean, if they can't even produce a menu item correctly, then that guarantees that not one employee there knows what's really going on or how to do their job. They should just shut it down. If I were the owner I would burn the whole restaurant down. I've given several chances and this by far is hands down THE WORST McDonald's in the country. You can't tell me that the owner and management don't read these reviews. They have to see that there is not one positive review. Many of us keep going hoping that it gets better but it only gets worse. From incorrect orders to horrible customer service and rock hard hamburger buns, like hockey pucks sometimes, and the finale of course is they can't even get an old school menu item to be up to spec. Whoever owns this place need to revamp everything unless he burns the place down to the ground as I mentioned earlier. And as for the Owner, if you do read this, the damn triple cheeseburger gets three freaking patties!! JUST THE WORST. I just sat at this McDonald's drive-through for 25 minutes and watched 11 cars leave. No one ever said I'll be right with you. Instead when I asked... Someone replied "we are really busy." Eventually drove off. Sometimes you get food that tastes great and sometimes you get and old smushed burger that looks inedible and kills your appetite. The only reason I go to this McDonalds is because its the closest to my house. Its consistently the worst McDonalds franchise I have eaten at. Out of all the times I have been, they have probably gotten my order right once or twice. Tonight it was the wrong soda (dr pepper, not coke as ordered) and last time their credit card machine wasn't working so the drivethru was cash only. So yesterday, I walk next door to the this establishment ordered a quarter pounder Deluxe add bacon combo cost me about $8.59 I think. I walk back to my store which is about three hundred yards, I take one bite of my hamburger and I realize there was no bacon on there . I then took my hamburger put it back in the Box walk back into McDonald's took it to the young lady that I purchased it from. Told her, there's no bacon on my burger, she then hands it to the manager. who then looks opens it looks at it takes three pieces of bacon and hand it to me in a box. Horrible customer service. Every time we go someone has an attitude, and they don't care to please their customers. This time we ordered a falcons box. There is a sign posted stating and picturing the contents. The girl who takes our money tells us the sign doesn't have cheeseburgers but it has filet of fish only. If I could give negative stars for this location I would only for headquarters, franchisee and management can work in either making this locations better with improvements all or around or simply just shutting this place down.
