I used the app to place an order this morning. I gave the girl in the Drive-Thru my code and she told me to pull forward. The last two times that I've done this they told me to pull to the second window. I stopped at the first window to get a receipt for taxes this time, but she never came to the window so I thought I was supposed to pull up to the second window as they made me do previously. When I got to the second window, the manager asked me if the drink she was making was mine and I said no. She asked what I ordered and I told her. She said she didn't have my order and that if I didn't get my receipt from the first window I needed to go completely around and get in line again. I was stunned and said but I used the app and ordered this 20 minutes ago. Again she told me the same thing but then stopped in mid sentence and went and fixed my coffee and handed it to me. When she wished me a good day, I said but I have three breakfasts that I ordered. She said she didn't have my order. I said I put it on the app and I've already paid for it. She said that I should have stopped at the first window and I said I did but they never came to the window so I thought I was at the wrong window, since the last time they told me I was supposed to pull up to the 2nd window (her window). Again I said I used the app almost 30 minutes ago now. She got frustrated and told me to pull in the first parking lot and that she would get the food. I asked her if she could please make sure that they hurried to do so because I only had a few minutes left before I had to be at work. She told me she was wasting time talking to me. I was again stunned. I pulled into the parking she told me to go to and she brought my food out speaking in Spanish and waving a receipt. I told her I didn't understand Spanish so she proceeded to repeat it in English and again informed me basically that this was my fault. I said to her this is not my fault and she said well it's certainly not my fault. I said no it isn't your fault. It's the girl who took the order who didn't give you a heads up on the order. This lady was extremely rude to me. It's not the first time that the same person has been rude to us. I pretty much ignored all the rest of the times and I don't go there very often even though it's down the street from my house, but once a year I have to go there for several weeks in a row or drive 20-30 minutes further to order from another store. If you check my reviews, I don't usually give bad reviews but this is a consistent problem at this store and the unprofessionalism and rudeness has been discussed by multiple people that I know, so how many more are out there that have the same issue? Odds are, quite a bit. This is why I'm writing this review. I will say they do have two cashiers that are very nice. They are professional and personable. Perhaps that store should look at making them a manager. In addition, when I got to work two of the breakfasts weren't even what I ordered and my coffee was small and not medium. Ordered on the app. Had coupon for 30% off. Order came to $13.16 and it was paid online. Proof in bank. Son went to pick up order and they refused to give it to him until he paid them $7.52 more. That isn't how much my order was. This is fraud and I am not letting this go. This McDonalds is horrible especially on the weekends. My son paid the money they wanted. The meal was wrong even though the receipt was correct. I called and the manager said to come in and they would replace the happy meal. I came back 4/15 6 pm. He was not there. Cashier said she would get it, but came back and said female manager would not honor the promise of the other manager and would not do anything. I ordered a sugar free vanilla iced coffee and as a diabetic I'm incredibly sensitive to sugar. The woman who made it was very nice however could have killed me only because the order wasn't read. Unfortunately they have an abundance of homeless ppl that are quite beyond harassment to a threatening level. Hopefully a manager or someone could help in any manner at all in the future. read more

Went to McDonald this morning I wanted a beacon egg and cheese meal with an orange juice but they didn't have that so I just got the sandwich also the drive thru operator was completely rude and rush I said my first order then imminently cut off she didn't even ask if I had anymore request or a code then I got my food the receipt is correct but order absolutely wrong. I've been to this McDonald's several times. They always make you pull forward to a parking spot to wait for your food. 1-28-23 at 8:17 pm. I've now been waiting for a #1 meal with no onion for almost 15 minutes. This is bull shit and they need to do something with the people running this place. This is no way to run a fast food place. A good visit My visit was fine. I stopped in this morning for some hotcakes and sausage. When I have breakfast at a McDonald's, which is seldom, that is my usual fare. It was a good and expected breakfast, the pancakes a little rubbery, the sausage flavorful. My order taker was quick and polite, someone who seemed more in charge than someone who was uninterested. He remembered I had requested two syrups. The dining room appeared to be clean, as did the men's room. There were other customers inside but it wasn't busy at all, not like the drive thru which had a line of cars. As far as McDonald's go, this one was fine. read more

I did a mobile order and had my boyfriend go pick it up with the code. The "GM" said that's not allowed and refused to give him the coffee (even though we do this nearly everyday) and another employee stepped in and got the coffee. The same GM I watched two days ago stand on his phone for 7+ min while I stood there staring at him to help me at the front. The food was good - meaning the people in the back knew what they were doing - they get 4-stars. The rest was 2-stars all the way. There was one person on register (6-people in line, and a 10-minute wait at 8pm??). Add to that the girl at that register had a blank expression on her face - no hello - no smile - no anything to everyone in line, myself included. The place was a mess; the Manager was on her cell phone while working for literally over 15-minutes while handling food at the same time (drive thru window); no ketchup in dispensers or packets; lots of spilled soda around machines and floor; more than a 1/2 dozen tables were disgusting with dried food stains, dried soda and trash on them; trash on floors and employees were all standing around doing nothing. Had to call and scream hello in the drive thru to get someone's attention. She took my order but never answered my question if she had gotten the extra hash brown I ordered... I get my food and i was charged for 3 hash browns and i only got 2. My large orange juice wasn't filled.. i don't know what i did for that... and the worst part was my mc muffin wasn't even wrapped more so just smushed on the wrapping. Unbelievable!! I paid at the 1st window, told 'Toni' to round it up.. she dropped a couple of coins and became exasperated, huffing and puffing, I spoke louder to round it up. She began yelling at me, telling me not to yell at her (which I didn't do, I spoke louder so she could hear me). She became more rude, and started to speak unkindly again, holding my dollar hostage so I started honking my horn and finally she gave me my money! When I went to the pick up window, I told the gentleman that the first lady at the cash window, was extremely rude and who shows up? Evidently her name is Toni, and she grabbed my drink from his hands and continued to bitch me out, I haven't a clue as to what she was saying because once again, I was over talking her and telling her to give me my drink! I picked up my phone and was getting ready to record her and finally she gave me my drink and I drove off. I called the first time and was told that Ashley, the manager was not available but evidently I was speaking to another person that was in some kind of management position and I asked for the District Manager's name, I was hung up on, I called again and asked not only for the direct manager's name but also the name of the cashier. I was never given a Mgr name and was told that the cashier was Toni! I will continue to find out as far as I have to go who this awful woman was and why a customer should be treated this way. They'll usually get you through the line faster than any other and that sounds like a good thing but they push you through so fast they make constant errors. This is a newer McDonald's. It has a double drive-through and on the inside it has the self ordering menu boards which are really convenient. The staff here are very friendly and this location is extremely clean. The parking lot is designed with parking in mine and easy in an easy out. The drive-through is very convenient and open 24 hours a day. read more

Went to this "establishment" at midnight and pulled up through the drive thru. Immediately I was met with a giggling voice saying "We're closed." Mind you, I have been to this location many a time and had my fair share of cold fries at midnight, so it is a FALSEHOOD that they are closed. There is a very large banner stating that they have a 24 hour drive thru, and it is posted on their online profile. The young lady who took my order through the drive in, was running to get the money from the first window and then running to prepare and give the food to the cars in front of me. If there were negative stars I would have given this location a negative 3 stars. This McDonalds is the slowest and most inefficient location around. I waited for 30 minutes for two breakfast burritos before I went inside, from the drive through waiting spots, to find out what could possibly be taking so long. The manager had no answers for the wait and the lobby was packed with customers who had also been waiting extended amounts of time for "fast food".
