I sat in the drive through for over 20 minutes. The person bringing out the orders gave my order to the car in front of me. (Only confirmed after going inside). The same worker just continued to deliver orders to cars without even acknowledging the fact she misplaced my order. No apology, nothing. I went inside, spoke with the black female manager, who went to the back, confirmed that my order was made, and then she finally issued a refund. Once all that was said and done, she said, have a nice day. No apology or anything for wasting my time. What pisses me off the most is the worker that gave my food away went inside and didnt even tell her supervisor that a customer was outside waiting for their food. Avoid this place at all costs. After reading the other past reviews I have to agree with most it them. Curbside order - after 25 minutes I went in there to just get it. Soggy cold food - and the place was a mess. Lots of people. Drove thru is priority over curbside for sure as I watched. I didn't wait to get noticed or asked - just walked up like I was going to the kitchen and started telling them what my order was. I try to be fair in my reviews and hope others are as well - fries were bland from being old. Burger and nuggets fine. Ice coffee was fine but wrong (caramel received but not ordered). Oh my! This was a horrible experience! The restaurant is just nasty - filth on the peeling wallpaper around the windows, tables, chairs and counters are covered in sticky mess and not cleaned. We ordered, and got no napkins or ketchup. The guy standing at the yucky soda counter couldn't understand me, so I had to ask for both at the counter. The lady had a hard time hearing me over the workers in back yelling at one another. They obviously haven't filtered their french fry grease in a while, as the fries were covered in old fryer sediment! If they had enough $$ to install automated ordering computers, they shold have spent it cleaning up the place first! read more

Probably not an earth-shattering review but like others before me, this McDonald's location takes FOR-EV-ER to complete any kind of order. Ordered on the app and whether it's drive-thru or walk-in, you will pay for it waiting, and waiting, and (you guessed it) waiting. This is how bad the wait is: you could drive up to Whataburger, place your order at drive-thru, and still get your meal before this specific McDonald's can fulfill an equal order. On a separate topic now: this is the first McDonald's I have ever ordered from that charges for a cup of water. You read that correctly. When I asked the lady at the counter for a cup of water after giving me my online order, she deadpanned and said "we charge for water." As I write this review, google 'McDonald's' and 'affordability' and numerous results show why McDonald's clearly is losing their low-income customers. While I may not struggle today, clearly this franchise-owner sees otherwise and chooses to counter the affordability McDonald's corporate is trying to push for through their "McValue" menu to keep their customers. This McDonald's is one of the worst and most incompetent run, managed and set up McDonald's I've ever been to. They will cancel complete orders on the app with no notification. If you order something that they don't have in stock you'll wait 20 minutes. Do you have to go inside to be informed that they canceled your order your order something at the drive-through window it'll be on the screen you go to pay for it. It's not on the invoice when you question it they tell you they're the manager because they're all managers. The average weight is about 15 minutes for a drive-through order that might as well be food roulette because you're not getting what you order. I hope corporate reads this and they send someone down to inspect an audit. read more

You just stayed at the McDonald's in Seguin Texas on Court street. I think it was some of the worst Food I've ever eaten in my life. The staff was rude and the food is overpriced. The quality is zero. I would not recommend eating here. We spent almost $40 on a meal and then the employee wanted to charge my 6-year-old, extra for a cup of water. What a joke. This is the only McDonalds that doesn't hand you your food at the window. You have to wait in a line the order then wait to pay then wait to get your drink then pull around the corner and wait to get your food by this time the food is already cold or soggy. Then to top it off you have to drive around the building if you can get through the line that cars are waiting to order from to get back to where you left with your food. 20 to 30 minutes later you have your food and frustrated. If it only happened once or twice it would fine I understand being backed up I believe the system in place doesn't work and makes it a worse experience for the customer. I was told that they can't find enough help but they have just as many people working there as the other McDonald's and the others are really quick. I feel like I'm being punished like a child because I'm trying to do business with them. I'm not the only one who complains about this location. I said I was never coming back after the last time. But I made the mistake of actually coming back. So I order a double fillet of fish. The drive up lines are really long and I go around the building. Then I'm being honked at because no one's bringing me my food and I'm holding up the line. I go inside and they say just wait it'll be out. Another six or seven minutes goes by and they come out they send the poor girl out to tell me that their fish fry vat is down for fish and "noone told us" there will be no fish. The worst McDonald's in U.S.A. Ordered lemonade for $1.20, but they don't have lemonade, the stuff (the very rude boy) told us go get the soda at soda mashine, they are same. But the soda mashine is 0.20 cents. So I asked him for refund, he said that you aren't gonna get money back, you have to order something else. After we called the manager a waiter brought two cups of lemonade to us, I asked her why your guys said there was no lemonade, she said we have now. This McDonald's was remodeled a few months ago. I haven't gone inside but my co-workers say that it looks really modern now so that's a plus. As far as the drive through, it's gotten a little faster but it is still one of the slowest that I've been to. However, Seguin doesn't have many fast food restaurants in this area for the number of workers so it gets pretty busy everywhere. The food taste just like any other McDonalds. read more

Had a online order to pick up in the drive through, friend orders and we are told that you can only pick up one order at a time. Mind you this is at lunch so there is quite a bit of people. We are told that we can either go inside to get the order or drive back around to pick the mobile order up. The food is mostly good here but sometimes things are over cooked like the Egg McMuffin's. And the staff drive me crazy. I see why the ratings are so low. I think I'm being nice at three stars. Today's drive up exchange was me trying to get a breakfast meal and asking for coffee and the girl said what size and I said "what size comes with the meal... medium?" She repeated "yes medium" and then proceeded to charge me $.70 extra because small is what comes with the meal and she didn't seem to know that, But was glad to explain why I had an upcharge because it wasn't a standard item!
