A nice place. Very spacious inside. I love those machines where you can order your self because they take forever to take your order. I got 2 sausage egg & cheese biscuits and 2 hash browns. They also have a cavalier bundle which comes with 2 Big Macs, 2 mc doubles and chicken nuggets and 4 small fries. When I left and opened the sandwiches it had bacon on it which I didn't order. I recommend this McDonald's. Most of the time I come here, there has been no issue. The place is clean, the restrooms are fine, and the food is delicious. The service there is also great. The last time I came here, my little sister ordered a happy meal with a bottle of water. She has a hard time drinking out of a bottle so we asked for a cup to pour the water in. The worker was very kind and gave her a free drink in a cup. The only time I was a little disappointed was when I had placed an order online, got to the place and parked. I waited about 15 minutes then I went inside to ask what the hold up was. Turns out they were understaffed and they forgot about my order. That's the only mistake I've had with them. Twice now in as many months there has been a ridiculously long wait at the drive through. The first time I used the mobile app and still waited nearly 20 min for my order. This time we just left. Traffic was backed up when we pulled in- not a good sign, and it was 8:00 pm. What's going on here? read more

Ordered a bundle box and a kids cheeseburger meal. The person taking the order took the order wrong, and then at their window we were told that they didn't have the beverages available that we had ordered so we had to take something for a lesser value. They had us pull up to bring the food out, which is perfectly fine. After waiting 10 minutes for the food to come out, we were very rudely told that everything would be in the bundle box. When we open the box, several of the burgers weren't in there. So we had to go back through the drive-through to try to have the problem corrected. I even offered to hand the box back over for them to look in it and verify. The girl wearing a light brown ponytail and red sweatshirt was exceedingly rude and condescending, stating that she had made the box herself, and there was no way it could be wrong. However, she refused to team and look in the box to see for herself that from my receipt and even there sticky receipt that was on the box I was missing items. She eventually went and got the missing burgers, but then rudely flung them out the window towards me. I'm sure working drive-through can be challenging, but this was not my mistake and there is absolutely no way that flaming food out of drive-through window should ever be considered acceptable.. read more

The staff is inattentive to their customers, rude, and take no pride in their work or product. I asked for bacon quarter pounder with NO CHEESE! And on the box of the burger it said "NO CHEESE" and it wasn't until I got home and took a bite I realize there was not just cheese on it but there was extra cheese. And on top of all that the fires I received where half cooked and tasted like raw potatoes. The level of Incompetence that it requires to mess something up that bad is mind boggling. A fucking orangutan could get behind a fryer and make a more edible meal then the fuck sticks that work at this McDonald's. And these are the same people that think Minimum wage should be raised. Worst McDonald's in the area for sure. Their coupon scanner has been down forever so they either respect my coupon or turn it down, either way completely inconsistent. I always notice the same issues here, stale buns and fries. One time I got a sausage McMuffin and I chipped the corner of my front tooth because the bun was rock hard, and the sausage smelt rancid. I reported it but they didn't care and refused to give me a new one. This is the McDonald's that gives you smashed sandwiches, condiments and cheese are hanging halfway outside the sandwich, etc. read more

I wish it was possible to give zero stars. By far the worst McDonald's ever. People in charge were completely incompetent. I stopped on Sunday, September 16th and went in for a carry out order. No one was working the registers and you had to use the kiosks. Only 2 of the 4 were open and I was ordering for a family of 6 and thought it was a toy. After 10 minutes of waiting (only 2 people in front me), I enter my order of 3 items. When I tried to use the mobile app coupon, the kiosk placed my order and directed me to the register. When I got there, the incompetent woman said I couldn't cash out at the register (despite being directed to do so). So I asked how was I to get my order? I couldn't go back on the kiosks (the family of 6 was still playing and the other one was full). I would have had to wait again for a kiosk to open. I asked how was I to use the coupon, and was told I couldn't. Also, this person (I'm thinking she was the manager on duty) didn't seem to be trained in any of the basic functions of the restaurant... she didn't know how to use the kiosk, she couldn't process a payment (I don't know why she didn't take my payment to the drive thru) and seem to not have any idea of customer service. Despite being convenient to gas stations, I wouldn't waste my time ... stop at the one a few miles south on I-71 ... it can't be any worse read more

I'm done with this McDonald's. Three times now I've waited in a drive thru line stretching all the way out to the street just to find out they are out of chicken tenders. I never have this problem at other McDonald's restaurants. Also, I'm pretty sure I'm not the only person who goes there in search of tenders. I know I have never worked in fast food (or any kind of food service) but I would think I would eventually say "Gee. I keep running out of chicken tenders. Maybe I should order some more." Unfortunately, I will never know if they take my advice for I am NEVER returning. read more
