The aura of this Culver's on our Sunday afternoon visit was warm and friendly! My fiancé and I stopped in while on a roadtrip and had a good experience here. We had mobile-ordered our food to-go, then ended up sitting in the outdoor patio area to eat some before getting back on the road. The bathrooms here were clean enough (and not noteworthy, which is a good thing), as was the restaurant's interior and exterior. Despite it being an off-time between lunch and dinner, there was a steady stream of guests in and out! Our food tasted great and met our expectations, as fans of Culver's kid meals. The only issues with our order was that we were missing a sauce (but we didn't care enough to go back in and ask for it) and that we were accidentally given a larger size of one of the fountain drinks (never a problem!). The workers being personable are what made this visit more memorable than just a pit stop - like how one of the employees sat down outside and chatted with us, in the name of customer relations. If I find myself near this Culver's again, I would certainly consider stopping in. read more

The food is great for fast food, the fries are crispy and consistently good. If you are diabetic or otherwise tracking sugar: steer clear of the diet sodas here. Photo below, but I ordered a Diet Coke and when I tested it at home, it turned out to be regular soda. Not a big deal for most people, and somebody may have just misunderstood or loaded the machine wrong, but either way my order as confirmed on my receipt was not what I actually received. Next time, I will be testing the drink in the drive thru so that I can actually get what I ordered instead of driving home and being out the money. read more

Just got a double cheeseburger, fries & ice cold Coke. Fries were hot fresh BUT too salty & so was the doubly cheeseburger. Management took care of me fixed. properly. The place was really clean. Had a floor fan at each entrance to dry the floor. To me which was a great idea I saw someone with a cane wasn't slippery for him to walk in. Now I got my fresh food it wasn't salty at all. I munched on it s so quick I didn't even realize that I was so hungry. The burger was just juicy. I would recommend this place to anyone. I enjoyed my lunch at Culver's. It was my first time here and The order taker was patient and helpful. My butter burger was very good-I added all the toppings-but quite heavy. I'm a good eater lol, but with the crinkle cut fries, I was done for the day. I wish the fries had been a bit crispier, but they were tasty. I went through the drivethru and there was a bit of a wait for our food. I didn't love the minor chaos of the employees coming out looking for your number which they placed on your mirror. I was on the outside lane but I would have been irritated if I had gotten stuck on the inside lane. I did not go inside, but the parking lot was full and it was clean and very large. Was in today 4-25-26 ordered off the $1 menu . Me and my daughter and mom went in visiting my mom. I order of the dollar menu so usually buy one get one for a dollar. I guess they are no longer doing this. Supervisor said we lowered prices so no longer doing the buy one get one for $1. really you lowered prices by like 20 cents does not make up for the 1.50 usually off the second menu item you get. So instead of making it easier to go out to eat you now said trying to make it more resonable by charging more. So instead of the 1.50 off the 2 nd fry or mc chicken i get .20 cents off bunch of bull shit. read more

The mushroom & cheese double burger was the best burger I've had in a long time. The sear was perfect. I'm dropping one star because the onion rings were really thin. I've had them before and they were thick cut, making them also among the best ever. They should think about sacrificing those skinny rings to keep the overall quality high. Visited Culver's recently as I was in a hurry for a meal. I went through the drive-thru and requested a fish sandwich meal with fries and lemonade. I pulled up, paid, and pulled around to await my food. A few minutes later, the food was delivered. I drove home and at my fish sandwich. It was hot, right out of the fryer. But the actual fish was fairly minimal. I didn't taste fish, I just tasted the frying oil. So it was bread, tartar sauce, lettuce, and a piece of deep fried fish. There butter burgers are wonderful! You can tell they use good quality ingredients. The service is good and the prices are fair.

Although it usually takes a little while for the wait, the food is very good. The butter burger is huge (especially if you get a deluxe with two patty's) most of the staff here are pretty friendly as well! We have done carry out and the drive through and our food order is always right. read more

Great custard! Very happy there's a location in Medina. It's right off of 18 and easy to get in and out. Didn't have to wait too long in the drive thru either for my custard order. I had higher hopes for the burger joint. I'd say it's a step above Steak and Shake and Burger King. The food took longer to make, but wasn't as flavorful as I'd hope. The concrete I ordered was way too thick and should've included a spoon to eat it with. My friend hyped it up and I was eager to try it. Overall, it's average. The burger wasn't juicy and the edges were dry. I'd be open to trying more shakes from them. The one redeeming quality of this place was the order of cheese curds I received was very generous. If you're in Northeast Ohio, seek out a Swenson's- that's by far the superior burger joint in the area. read more

I don't understand the low scores for Culver's. A lot of them popped up when they first opened and it seems like ordering issues and item availability are some of the complaints... what do you expect during the first week or two of a new business? Culver's has a great spicy chicken sandwich. The spicy chicken, fries, and a Mountain Dew is my go-to meal here. They are different from a typical fast food restaurant because of the variety of their menu. They have the usual burgers and chicken tenders, but they also have things like soups, chili, pot roasts, reubens, and a chopped steak salad. Culver's also has quite a few seafood options. I've heard it's good, but I don't eat seafood unless I can see the waters that it is coming out of! After the meal, if you have room, they have great custard options. You are going to wait a bit longer for your food than at a typical McDonalds or Burger King, especially during the opening weeks, so just understand that. It is well worth it though. Although it is more expensive it is much better than most other fast food style chains. Kids loved it. Beefy burger that they say "it's better than your regular fast food burger". The shrimp basket was a big hit "crispy but juicy". They had milkshakes - one chocolate marshmallow, one butterfinger - "five star mom". This is a nice option to have nearby and way better than BK. OK so I thought I would try Culver on rt 18 in Medina OH. The young man at the window was super friendly and polite. I ordered shrimp, a burger and two fish sandwiches. The shrimp was good and as expected. The burger I tried a little piece of and it was really good. The issue I have is that the two sandwiches that were supposed to be the same, were not. One sandwich at 6+ dollars had a very small piece of fish and the other seemed normal. If you are making something for the same order it should be uniform. We ordered our drive through order and upon arriving home we were missing our French fries that were supposed to be included with our "basket" order. We called the restaurant and the girl who answered the phone couldn't understand why we cared about $2.00 worth of French fries. Didn't get the fact we were disappointed about not having our food.
