I've stopped here twice while on my way to Ohio, mostly as the location is great for food and cheap gas. The staff at this McDonalds is very friendly and food is served promptly. A McDonalds is a McDonalds, their service is much better than the McDonalds in my state, and I don't get why their ratings are so low. read more

This location was fine. It's at an easy mid point on my trip from Cleveland to Columbus, so I am sure I"ll be back. The drive thru was efficient, my food was warm (but not really hot). They weren't very generous with the sauce and ketchup (1 packet of each?!). but we were back on the road quickly. My dog enjoyed her French fry, and was probably glad that she didn't have to wait for it to cool down. read more

Convenient location by the highway exit. Was unimpressed with the distracted, service. they gave me my food, said "have a good day", expecting me to leave, not even realizing they forgot half my order. A few minutes later, the scene was repeated and they forgot 2 more items. Next time, I'll just go across the street to burger king or KFC, and I hate them both. read more

One of the most generous and kind managers I ever met. The lady in charge was sweet and eager to tell me about the new holiday pies back in town! She absolutely made my day! Drive thru was fast and friendly. My food came out hot, my coffee was not overwhelming strong.

The only time I'll eat at a McDonald's is if I'm on a road trip and need to grab something quick, and that's exactly what brought me to this location. It was surprisingly super busy at 6:00 on a Friday night. The drive through line wrapped around the building and our wait was definitely longer than average. We ordered two burgers, two small fries, and two small drinks. When we finally got our food, it was colder than I would have expected given the fact that they were busy...you'd think lots of customers would mean hotter food, but I guess not. The teenager in the drive through window did apologize for the wait and was very polite to us. His service was probably the highlight of the experience! Nothing to write home about, but I don't go to McDonald's expecting anything stellar! read more

so so so very S-L-O-W S-L-O-W S-L-O-W. I ordered online using their app so they really didn't have to do anything. Just one cheeseburger, nothing special. Didn't need to take my order, didn't have to take any payment. Only one car in front of me. It literally took over 15 minutes. They even told the car in front of me to pull over so their order had to take even longer. If I hadn't already paid for it using the app I would have driven away in disgust. And, after waiting 15 minutes, the burger was COLD. Just pathetic. No excuse for such terrible service. Stay away! read more

This has got to be the slowest restaurant ever to claim fast food. I waited 20 min for a bacon egg and cheese bagel. And it's like this all the time. I stop in every once in a while, it's on the way to my job. And everytime I hope and pray they speed up and are nicer. Nope that's not the case. Not happy with this location after telling girl when I ordered food to give me extra salt and pepper. When I picked up food at window I asked girl if she put extras in bag and she replied yes. Well when I got on freeway only to discover that she lied to us and I also was given the wrong breakfast bagel. After a few bites, I pitched sandwich in garbage. And these people want $15 a hour. I stopped by the Burbank McDonald's for dinner on 5/13/2022. I could hear several employees talking about getting the AC fixed that day. Someone poked their head around the corner when I walked in and immediately told me they were running a bit behind, but they would be with me shortly. Rachael (one of the managers) waited on me soon after that and was very pleasant, even though I could tell she was overheated from the AC outage. My food came up shortly, and as I ate, I listened to light-hearted conversation in the back, and Rachael reminded the line workers that until the AC was fixed, they could easily become overheated - so to be sure to keep drinking plenty of water. I listened as she waited on others, and her conversation was always upbeat and pleasant. I don't know why this struck me so much, but it did. In a world where people seem to use any excuse to lose their temper and get rude with others, it was nice to be in an atmosphere that was obviously so expertly managed. Oh, and the food was hot and tasty too! I will stop in again next time I'm in the area. read more

This location now has self serve kiosks. My order was correct however this location does not know how to transition to this automated process. It took quite a while to get orders finished. In the middle of waiting a customer became angered at the worker bc she was doing "less" but being told by her manager to tell customers to use the machines..clearly a push from corporate....#YangGang automation is here... Customer service was above average for McDonald's at this location, but it has an odd layout for the seating area, which makes for a very cramped counter. Too many customers in line and things get more crowded than the men's room in any football stadium at halftime. read more

So every burger including the one I ate tonight is always bone dry and stale. Customer service and serving are on par, but the quality of food is not standard with other franchises. Also, cash only during late hours is beyond inconvenient and I have went to Wendy's many times due to this decision. read more

Very rude employees and the food is usaly really shitty compared to other McDonalds. Tea usaly taste old and masty. Buggers are cold.half the time. Hardly ever "fast food" very slow. Employees are never friendly or smiling. Just hand you the food and that's it. Never and have a nice day or thank you or anything. Dirty place on the inside as well. read more
