I ordered the CEO and an order of loaded truffle fries. They are a bit pricey, but they use quality ingredients. The food came out pretty quickly. The burger looked amazing, and the fries were completely covered in sauce. The burger was really good, the candied bacon jam was the best part of the burger. The fries were kinda hard to enjoy due to how much sauce was slathered on the top. My wife and I found ourselves playing Jenga with the fries. Even pre-ordering online I commonly have to wait 15+ for food which isn't ideal when I'm trying to grab a quick bite. Visited this place last Friday evening at 7:45pm. All 6 of their advertised "craft beer" kegs were empty. This meant this was a problem building up for hours that was not addressed. They charged me $6 for a luke cold Bud Light can. I asked for a cup for some water, but the worker pointed me to a sign written by the owner that said "due to supply issues we cannot provide water cups." There were stacks and stacks of cups. This really translates to "we're too cheap or greedy." The worker then told me the owner said even the workers themselves are not allowed cups for water, and they have to bring theirs from home. The place was filthy, with overflowing trash cans and dirty tables. Both lobby ice containers were empty, as well as all ketchup dispensers. Thankfully there were some cheap plastic packets though, covered in sticky old ketchup. The workers were very nice though. The food was good but ruined by the ambience and lack of essentials a restaurant experience should have. read more

Me and friends chose this place because they have the best of both worlds, they have vegan options and options for the carnivores like myself. This place was close. We ordered online. I loved how seamless and easy it was to order online. They listen to the notes we wanted. I thought the highlight was that the wait time was not bad at all! Inside, this place is gorgeously! We've been to this strip plenty of times and visited all of the stores here but their burgers are by far phenomenal, fries are great. Love the variety of drink options. They even have alcohol too! The burgerfi junior burger was quite good, and is enough for an adult. My wife ordered the patty melt, and said she really liked it. I liked the garlic aioli fries, but my wife thought they were too dry. We both agreed that the churro shake flavor was too strong of a cinnamon taste. I really enjoy the food at BurgerFi. Since I don't live close, I really don't get it often. They have burger options for all, including vegetarian and vegan. I personally think their VeggieFi burger is amazing. It's got some crisp to it, but not to much and it's got quinoa in it. My son had the CEO with Waygu beef and enjoyed that as well. They have sides of onion rings and fries. They also have a bowl of both fries and onion rings which is what we got. It was really good and the onion rings are bartered and not breaded which is my absolute favorite type. You can have different flavors of fries if wanted as well such as Cajun or Parmesan herb. For desert, you can get their custard in a mixer or shake format (possibly more options in store...but limited to that for online ordering). Found my new go-to burger spot in the area! I will be honest, I can't believe they weren't packed, with how good everything was! The scene- the restaurant is set up much like shake shack, or five Guys, in that you wait in line, go up to a counter to order, then they bring the food out to your table. The vibe is kind of a comfortable, relaxed industrial feel. There is a giant fan overhead to keep you cool. What we tried: - The Breakfast All Day Burger: this was actually my least favorite of the three we tried, but still really good. The egg makes it. It was a bit dry though with the potatoes on it. It needed more sauce. - The CEO Burger: Very unique flavor profile! The Swiss was a perfect compliment to the candied bacon tomato jam. It was a new and fun flavor combo. - The Cheeseburger (Double): Such an amazing classic flavor! It's your stereotypical American cheeseburger in the best way possible! I love that the buns are branded as well, it was a cool little touch. - Urban Style Fries: The Parmesan was great on the fries, but the garlic aioli was a bit overbearing if you got too much. I kind of dig from the bottom and dipped into the aioli. - Chili Cheese Fries: Maybe my favorite thing on the menu! The fries themselves are perfectly cut and fried, and their chili has such an AWESOME flavor! Goes perfectly with the nacho cheese sauce. Highly recommended! - Red Velvet and Oreo Milk Shakes: Their milkshakes have to be mixed with crack, because they are ADDICTIVE! Firstly, I didn't realize I needed to specify I wanted lettuce tomato on the burger so when it didn't come with it, and I asked for it after the fact, I was scolded for not having asked for it in the first place, which I didn't know I needed to do. Additionally, you were forced to leave a tip of some denomination as the machine will not allow you to pay without living a tip of some kind now keep in mind there's no one busing your food or table, but you're forced to tip anyway and lastly, as I was leaving, an older lady had asked for a glass of water and was refused thisvery basic request by the same man that scolded me earlier. With tax, I walked away down $17.17 for my troubles. For a fast casual restaurant, that's a lot of money. As far as the food goes: it was pretty good, but not great. The burger was supposedly a "double". If it was, then they have some of the thinnest burgers ever. The bacon was plentiful and crispy. I had lettuce, ketchup and mayo added as well. On the menu board, the buns looked like they were "branded" with their logo, but the bun I got was, while fresh, pretty small and uninspiring. Basically what you'd get at any back yard barbecue. Overall, I'd give the burger a B. Apropos for a burger. The Cajun fries, which I thought were crazy overpriced; were good. Nice crispy finish, with a good seasoning. Not too hot, but a good flavor. On the tray, they were overflowing. Almost looked like two orders. When I ate like what I felt like was a pretty good amount of fries, there were still a bunch left (see picture). Also, they were out of ketchup in their pump, so they had little packets out. If you're curious, it takes nine little packs to fill up a container. Science! Based on the price and the amount given, I think a smaller option would be a good idea. Cause what i got was definitely big enough for two. And while we're on the subject, i feel like having a "combo" price would be helpful. You know, one of those "add a small fries and drink for $3.99" kind of deals. Would bring the price down, and make me more likely to return. The soda was the Coke FreeStyle machine. While kind of neat, i feel like the appeal has worn off. And again for fast casual, $2.77 is on the high end. Overall, not a bad spot for a pretty decent quick burger and fries. The price is certainly up there, so if you're looking to each on the cheap, skip this place. If you don't mind spending the premium price for a semi-premium burger, give these guys a try read more

I walked into BurgerFi today after placing an (easy to maneuver) online order, I walked in to an upbeat and modern looking restaurant were I was nicely greeted. My food was ready and I headed home to enjoy the CEO burger (heavenly and packed with gourmet flavor!) Fries, and Oreo milkshake. Needless to say I WILL BE BACK! Maybe even this week. Update: I went back a couple months ago with my husband, and things seem they have improved here. The first thing I noticed was the music level was so much more manageable. I could hear to place my order at the register. Then I noticed they no longer offer the chicken apple hotdog at all and figured I should update my review. My husband and I both got burgers and they were great. I also got a side of seasoned fries which were perfectly seasoned as well and delicious. I just got a fountain drink and not any of their dessert items so I am not sure what those are like. I would go back again and give it another try. read more

Went here for lunch on 01.23.15. Seems like a cool place. Very busy at lunchtime. I ordered from their "secret menu." I had the Alternative Style burger, and chili cheese fries. I opted not to go for beer or wine, although they serve both here. Instead I used the Coca Cola Freestyle machine to get a vanilla Sprite Zero. The Alternative Style burger is a burger Smothered with a mixture of grilled diced onions, American cheese, mustard, and BurgerFi® sauce. I am a huge fan of California's IN-N-OUT Burger, and their Animal Style Double-Double. Although Burgerfi's Alternative Style burger didn't look like the ASDD, it tasted just like it!. Love, love, loved it! I asked them to make the fries well done, which came out nice and crispy. Chili was just so-so, and the cheese was good. My only complaint is that the fries were a little too salty for my taste. Next time, I'll just ask for "no salt." I really liked the burger. One can tell it's quality beef and fresh-cut potatoes for the fries. I have no problem with the price, as long as the food is good...which it was. I will be back here soon.
