I usually go in as the line at the drive-through is generally pretty long... and the people behind the counter have all been really nice. I've never had a messed up order, or a grouchy counter person. The restaurant has always seemed clean when I was there, and it's always been fairly busy. That, to me, is kinda impressive! Both Madison and Main Street locations are a joke and should be shut down. If you go thru the drive thru, they will forget your order, or make you wait 10-15 minutes to get your food, which is cold and the employees will be both rude and disrespectful to you. They don't care about service, they don't care about the customer. The food is mediocre at best and extremely overpriced for the quality or lack there of. Avoid them at all costs. They are anything but fast food. Spend your money wisely somewhere else. If I could give a negative rating I would in a heartbeat. read more

The newly remodeled McDonald's a lot nicer on the inside from a decor standpoint. The food was good. The issue is the restaurant seems content to let the junkies hang out at the restaurant all day and allow the drug deals to deal their product out of the bathroom. It was very apparent what was going on in the restaurant yet none of the staff seemed to care (or afraid?) to do anything about it. Please folks do NOT go here with your children and definitely stay out of the restaurant. At a minimum go through the drive through and eat in the safety of your own home. Pretty disappointing in the management at this location and considering the number of security cameras it's kind of joke that goes on inside the restaurant on a regular basis. read more

Good is good. Service is sometimes slow especially in the morning. Sometimes you can wait up to 20 minutes. Walking in is usually faster.

Bland burgers, unsalted fries, messed up orders, TERRIBLE drink machine. Tastes like orange, diet Coke, mellow yellow, dr. Pepper everytime.

I have tried several times since they reopened, first couple times weren't great but thought given them a chance because they just reopened and are very busy. Went today only 2 cars in the drive thru. Placed my order, payed and was ask to pull into waiting spot. After 15 minutes I was brought my food. After paying $9 for chicken tenders and fries , the fries weren't in the bag. I go inside to get them and had to wait a few minutes with several employees staring before anyone talked to me. Get my fries and rush to work. Was very mad when I sat down to eat and the chicken was burnt and fries were so under cooked they were still cold in the middle . I get that several young people work here but the language and the topics talked about while up front is uncalled for. We were traveling thru last night and saw this McDonalds. We ordered burgers, fries and a yogurt parfait. Immediately dug in the bag and discovered the fries were gross. Not only were they not hot and fresh but they were like rubber and toasted as bad. Got to the motel room and discover they forgot my parfait. Next morning as we were heading out, hubby wanted to grab something fast. Again the fries not only were the exact same as last night but also had a curly black hair in them!! My parfait had a top that was broken with the pieces of plastic in the yogurt. We don't plan on returning to this location but I dont even think I could bring myself to go to any McDonalds.......I can only imagine what might not be seen, yuk!! read more

This place is terrible! Every time I go, the food is either cold or old. The customer service is horrible. The workers are rude. The manager sits on her phone at the drive thru window and talks to the other employees like they are more important than the customer. I've had to wait for thirty minutes just to get a burger and nuggets, and didn't even get an apology. The store is nasty. Everything about this place is absolutely revolting!
