I'm so sick of these places claiming they're opened 24/7 then when you get there they're closed. I already knew they closed for half an hour sometime between 4am and 5am for day change. Why they need to close to do this when casinos don't is beyond me. If a casino can manage it surely a McDonald's can. How hard is it to make 2 of your most popular items? Big Mac and a cheeseburger. Big Mac had 1 patty, hardly any lettuce, sauce must have been running low. Cheeseburger actually had more lettuce than the Big Mac. If you can't hire people to follow a simple process, you are doomed. read more

First time I have bought from McDonalds in years and this is the last time I ever will buy from them again. Terrible food. Quarter pounder & large fries with one Dr. Pepper. Got 2 bergers, 2 fries and 1 Dr. P. She asked what does the second person want. I said he will just have water at the house. Picking up food I realized they charged me for 2 drinks. One being water which I did not order. OK, just took it. Went home, 4 blocks. Put sack on table. Warm burgers, cool fries. Dry bun. Dry burger. Limp, tasteless fries. Dr. P. was ok. $20 for our meal and not hot or good. No tomato or mayo on the burger. Just dry & tasteless. Cheese was ok. Will never go back. Done and done. read more

Oh, I've been to some bad ones in my day, but this was a joke! Went here to grab fast dinner while moving into our new house right down the road, this was the closest one so... We waited in line for 15 minutes, and for McDonalds that's a pretty long time. My order was pretty simple, 4 McDoubles no onions, 2 add mayo. 1 lg coke, 1 lg sweet tea, and a happy meal. Well I had to repeat every other item twice, and all I could hear was the woman mumbling under her breath, and saying "Ugh, seriously!" Then after paying and I go to grab the bag from the lady and she quickly jerked it back as another one yelled that it was the wrong order, then persisted to listen to them argue. She finally handed me my food, and closed the window. I was missing straws and dipping sauce when she finally turned around from her obviously important conversation and flung the door open I told her what I was missing and she came back with the straws and told me that there was 2 sauces in, and then tried to argue with me. I finally just offered to pay for them and she "Oh so nicely" got them for me...and to top it all off when I got home, the Coke was Diet and the hamburgers all had onions! read more
