Even when picking up two of the exact same drinks, same size, no modifications, one drink may be much lower, like today, at least 3 inches lower on one grande. Listening skills here are non-existent! Today there was an issue where in the app, it was not giving the option for applying a coupon available in the offers section "Friday 50% off coupon. Apply in app or ask a barista to add it..." It's supposed to give 50% off on one drink. We had a drink on each phone to get 50% off each of their drinks. Young barista had it in her head that I was trying to get the bogo drink offer that came out a few days ago and so both drinks needed to be on a single order I kept telling her I never mentioned that deal. It today's Friday 50% off a single drink deal. Brick wall. Finally another guy came over that had started listening in and said he would take care of it for me. Problem was he put both on a single transaction so only one drink was 50% off.

I definitely called corporate to complain because it's is no signage stating a limit etc. Why and how can you give something to an animal for free but not a paying customer?! The service was even worse the order taker ask me if I would be using my mobile app. I stated that I would. she disappeared from the mic for at least three to four minutes before she came back and asked me what my code was again. I gave her the code and place my order finally. I was the only one in the Drive-Thru so I was expecting better service. The ambience of the restaurant was not good. I was not given a receipt. When I finally got my food and checked it for accuracy she looked at me as if I should move on out of her driveway so she can proceed with the other customer's behind me as if I was holding up her line but she held me at the order box for at least three to four minutes. !
