They gave me and my gf cold fries and messed up on my gf food and this was not the first time they do this to us

Got a quarter pounder...looked like a dried out leather smash burger..they suck..not going back to try to get them to fix it

1 Star Absolutely ridiculous wait times at the Silsbee McDonald's. I sat in the drive-thru for 15 minutes just to place my order, with a car full of kids getting restless in the back, and then had to wait another 10-15 minutes to actually get the food. While waiting to order, I watched two cars give up and drive off. This isn't just a one-time problem -- it's been happening for 2-3 weeks now. There is nothing "fast" about this fast food place anymore, and it's beyond frustrating, especially when you've got hungry kids stuck in the car. Something needs to change immediately. read more

This has got to be the slowest McDonald's in the entire State of Texas. Slow, orders not right. Do yourself a favor and drive a few miles down the road to the one in Lumberton. You can be back in Silsbee by the time the person in front of you gets to the pickup window!!! read more

Employees have terrible attitudes. Manager does nothing to correct them. Food is also prepared terribly.

I went threw drive thru orderd food and paid amd then was ask to pull to the side door so i went to the hwy 326 side door and parked were my truck wouldnt be a hazard and waited foid never came finally went in and told them to refund my money the employee just waked off . as i have a job to do i ended up leaving no foid and they have my money . ill never spend another dollar with mcdonalds . Drove into the drive up at 1025am waiting at the outside speaker to order. I wait an wait , finally after she waits on two cars in the inner drive threw she changes the signs to lunch and asks me. Can i help you?. I said yes i want to order breakfast. She says no we are serving lunch now....I said you were not when i pulled up to this speaker. She says sorry only lunch.. WTF! KMA. read more

So much to say but I'll just keep this brief. Everytime we have went here they have continually messed up our orders. We even double checked the order with them at the pay window the times we have went. Yet every time we get to the window, we get our food, there is always something missing or our food is messed up. Just today, we waved at someone through the food window to ask them to fix our order, and the women we got the attention of was very rude and threw her finger up at us like a mom would to a disobedient child. I don't know what she said through the window but the look on her face tells me whatever she muttered was bad which completely p****d me off. Worst location in Southeast Texas. Today I stopped here for breakfast and, for the 5th time in a row, they were out of product. Today it was all sodas. Over the last few weeks it has been BBQ sauce, Sweet and Sour, sausage, and BURGERS. Staff is always rude or too busy chatting with each other to offer any real customer service. Finally, the prices at this location are significantly higher than any other location nearby. At least $2 more per combo. read more

All I can say is wow, and not in a good way. Gross and filthy location with workers who don't give a crap about food quality or customer service. They didn't look short handed, were not busy at all, so I am not sure why it took almost 20 minutes to get me number 2 combo meal. Food is decent customer service is not. Once sat in curbside for 2 hours waiting on a large Fry and shake. I suffer from a few severe mental illnesses that make it very hard to interact with others so curbside helps by keeping the interactions short. I can understand being busy but the drive thru was empty on several occasions with no luck. Ended up having a mental breakdown and going through the drive thru after drugged up on my panic meds so I could function. Not the only time either, went again on a seperate occasion with a smaller order, drive thru was empty for nearly the whole time. Sat there for an hour until I couldn't take it anymore and had a panic attack, ended up leaving and picking up a friend early so they could help me get my order because I wasn't able to. read more

I had to review this McDonald's because of the customers. Yeah, McDonald's is McDonald's- same food, same prices, same service. But while my coworker and I were ordering our coffee and Egg Mcmuffin at the counter, a little old lady asked us what we were up to that day. We told her we were in town for work, coming from Austin, and asked her what she was up to. She told us that she has been coming to the McDonald's every day since it opened, and she has breakfast every day with all her boyfriends (and her husband doesn't mind)! She was hilarious, and a real cool lady. And sure enough, she sat down with a group of older men after getting her food (which she didn't even have to order, because they knew exactly what she orders every day). I want to be like that when I'm old! read more

This particular McDonald's seems to have a constant problem with equipment! It makes me wonder if this is the "location" that McDonald's uses to send old equipment to die. They have a continuing problem with the ice cream and/or Smoothie equipment. Right now, once again, the Smoothie equipment has been broken for 3 weeks, and management has no idea when it will be repaired!! The other locations in the area seem to have their equipment fixed quickly when they have a piece of equipment down!!! read more
