We stopped at this Chick-fil-A for an early dinner passing through on our road trip. We went before the dinner rush. We went inside and were able to order right away. The person taking the order was patient as we decided what we wanted. The bathrooms were clean. They had a lighting issue but posted that information on the door so it wasn't surprising. They had foaming soap and an auto paper towel dispenser. Once we got our food we were back on the road. I ordered a frosted lemonade and a Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich. The frosted lemonade was really good and it wasn't overly sweet. The chicken sandwich was hot which meant it was freshly made. The chicken was tender on the inside but not as crispy as I would have liked on the outside but despite that it was a good sandwich. Overall Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite stops when traveling as I know what to expect. read more

Chick-fil-A - Fast Food Near Me - Orange, Texas

I've tried to give the Chick-fil-A in Orange chance after chance, hoping things would improve--but I'm officially done. Every time I go, the food tastes like chemicals and never feels fresh. It's honestly disgusting at this point. The worst part? The management. The guys in the nice shirts--the so-called leaders--treat their employees terribly. I've seen firsthand how they talk down to them and make them feel small. For a company that claims to be rooted in Christian values, there is absolutely nothing kind or respectful about the way management acts here. Basic food safety also seems like an afterthought. I've noticed workers not wearing hair nets or hats, and I seriously question if anyone is actually washing their hands back there. It's gross and unacceptable. What's sad is that the team members themselves are not the problem. Most of them are doing their best and are actually polite and hardworking. But with the toxic management and food quality being so low, it's just not worth it anymore. Avoid this location until they get serious about leadership, cleanliness, and actually serving food that's safe to eat. read more

Order marked ready in app and still didn't receive food for another 10 mins. there was a breakfast time rush, but the staff purposely ignored all waiting for mobile orders--a simple "we're running behind, it will be a minute and we'll get it out asap" would have gone a long way; yet, they purposely didn't make eye contact. once order received, an item was missing. we informed staff and waited another few minutes and still didn't receive our item. we ended up leaving without our whole order because we had somewhere to be. read more

Worst chick fil A ever. Avoid. I thought chick fil A was better than this, this is no doubt the worst location I have ever been to. They shut ice cream machine down early to clean it, meanwhile we sat in drive thru to pick up milk shake order only to be told at window they were canceling our online order. JULIA waved us down after going through the drive through and switched our bag with the wrong one (we had the right bag with our name and ticket on the bag with us). She repeated what we had ordered and we agreed that's what we had and she switched them. (Also to add we live 30 minutes away from the location we got it from and had to wait over 15 minutes for our original order and didn't offer anything for the wait or mishap). read more

Horrible drive-thru service and chicken sandwhich. Went to drive-thru today and two employees were standing with their headsets. I was the only one in the drive-thru and waited for them to take my order. After several minutes and them looking at me, they both walk off. So I thought maybe they will take my order through the speaker and sat there waiting for ten minutes. At that point I decided to go in to see what was going on. I explained what happened and they didn't have any explanation so took my order to go. While I was explaining, the manager came out so I thought good, he is concerned. Nope, he just kept walking like he didn't care. The chicken sandwhich was unedible. The chicken was old and and had a rank taste. Had to throw it away. I would have gone back and said something but knew no one there would have cared. I have been to hundreds of Chick-fil-a's all over the country as they are my only fast food choice. This is THE ONLY CHICK-FIL-A that aggravates my SOUL! The staff needs to be RETRAINED by the restaurant on Dowlen in Beaumont,Tx! Just slow & unorganized!
