Came on 6-29-2023 with my 94yr old mom. McDonald's is one of her favorites, but service has really plummeted. No one was at the counter when we walked in and then the person who finally came out seemed a little put out. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! I walked in and waited for 15 minutes at the register, and not a single person would come to take my order. It was nowhere near clean inside. I decided to go into the drive thru (big mistake). We got caught in a frenzy of cars both in front and behind us. There was zero movement and an employee said she would take our food order, but we got no follow-up response. We sat in line for 30 minutes because we couldn't move due to the cars, and finally left without placing an order, and the same cars in line were still in the same position. Yesterday I rode up to the drive thru. There were no other cars in either lane, I chose the inner lane. 3 cars who pulled up after me were able to give their orders and receive their food after I did. Imagine how I felt. No one ever apologized or acknowledged how 3 people who drove up after I did were serviced before me despite me having drove up first. For me today this was an average McDonald's experience. Service was OK but a little slow. My order came up quickly and was hot and had a familiar taste. I ordered the two breakfast burritos meal and upsized the coffee to large. I used the McD App to get credit for the large coffee purchase; three more to go for a freebie! This location has a smaller dining area than most McD's I have been in and may get crowded during lunch time but was more than adequate while I was here. When I had placed my order they were unable to find my receipt (needed for business expense purpose) and I finally gave up. While I was eating the person who had taken my order came over with my receipt that she had located. The follow up is appreciated. I saw that other reviews were pretty bad and I can't really comment on what they experienced. But for me this was an OK, average McD experience. I would come back if in this area again. read more

An unusually bad McDonalds. Outdated compared to most McDonald's nowadays. Very slow drive-through and in-restaurant experience, consistently. Disappointing food quality either way, so it doesn't matter how you get your food, it's still not very good. The staff, unfortunately, is just the icing on the bad experience cake. Even if you use their app to order ahead or a kiosk, it's probable that your order will still be wrong. Don't worry, though, the staff will be more than happy to get upset with you over their mistakes, especially if they remake it twice in a row wrong. The plus is that their dining room is now open post covid and so, I can wash my hands before I eat. The minus is that their floors are much more slippery than a skating rink with grease that you better walk around carefully if you don't want to break your neck. Drive through was fine and I was able to place my order without difficulty. My Egg White Delight was put together properly, the hash brown was cooked okay and there were enough napkins in the bag. This is the single worst fast food place I have ever been to. I came in for lunch. The staff is very rude to black customers (black themselves), which is uncomfortable. It took a long time to get my food, which allowed me to see them screw up orders and verbally jerk a woman around who pointed out the mistakes in her order. So my food was cold, and they implied I was lying when I pointed out they forgot to give me my drink cup. I sent in a report to McDonalds, and they had the manager email me with standard brush off, along with an offer of free food. Service - quick and efficient, nothing you wouldn't expect from a global chain. There are two drive thru order stations and plexiglass sliders to take your money, similar to a bank. Food - Lets be clear, McDonald's for me is for convenience and not taste. I ordered the big breakfast as I needed to get some cheap calories. As the picture suggest this is anything but big. They are ALWAYS slow , not open, out of basic foods and only being able to accept cash or debit - hardly ever both at the same time.
