I got the regular slider, good for the munchies but maybe not restaurant quality because of the employees that usually just slap every ingredient without love onto the buns lol. Worth eating here for a quick meal. Sliders are made to order. I could tell the meat was fresh. Many different types of sliders to choose from. These are not pre-fabbed sliders. After seeing the comedy show we were hungry and looked for a place that was close to the venue but was open at a later hour. We went through the drive thru and it was a decent line which gave us a second to look at the menu. The menu is kind of big but because it was late, I didn't want to put anything heavy on my stomach. I settled for the Chicken Fingers, House Seasoned Fries, Texas Toast with Savvy Sauce, Ranch and Barbecue Sauce. The chicken finger were average chicken fingers. The fries were seasoned good and tasted amazing and the Texas Toast was amazing. Overall, a great late-night snack. It does remind me of Raising Canes but I would love to try other menu items next time I'm in town. read more

Yes, the line for the drive-thru can be unbelievably long, but it's absolutely worth it. The food at Savvy Sliders is among the best I've ever had in terms of fast food, which says quite a bit, as most fast food places are rather...deficient in many areas of service, especially when it comes to vegetarian options (which-while I wish they had more than just the falafel slider-it is a better option than many other places, and good lord it is a tasty slider! I can't speak to the ambiance of the restaurant, as I've never ate inside, but the staff has always been friendly when I have ordered, and they go out of their way to ensure good service. read more

The drive-thru is literally steps away from my office building on Woodward in midtown. The menu is simple, but interesting enough to meet the needs of most fast food junkies. The concept of a lunchbox is two sliders of different variations and fries. They offer a classic burger, grilled chicken, fried chicken, fried fish and falafel among a few other types of mini sandwiches. I order the chopped steak with cheese, mushrooms, onion and a-1 steak sauce. Philly steaks or steak sandwiches in general are my fav. These steak sliders were gooey, greasy and definitely hit the mark. The bun was fresh, and the bun-to-stuffing ratio was spot on. The fries, also greasy, are crinkle cut. I believe that you can have them plain or seasoned. To add a drink, there is an extra cost. I ordered sweet tea. It was fairly good. I paid $14 for my meal of two sliders, fries and drink. I noticed that a few of the combos are a few dollars cheaper. You could have lunch here for $10. I visited dead in the middle of lunch hour. I was in line no more than 15 minutes, if that. I order food last night and when we received our boxes my Boom chicken slider was cold and my burger looked and tasted dry I was only able to take one bite of the burger. and my fries were cold. Now my uncle said he was to hungry to return the boxes and wait after we have been waiting for food. He said let's try to eat what we can..., however, the only thing I was able to eat was the cold fries. Swung by savvy sliders late night after an event and was pleasantly surprised! This was my first time trying this place and I ordered Box 2 with two chicken tenders and one slider of my choice which I went with the chicken sandwich slider. We went through the drive thru so we didn't get to go inside but the workers were so sweet and gave us silverware upon request. I drive past this place for work and have never stopped, until I saw they had breakfast. Bad idea and should have kept driving. Veggie breakfast sliders bottom bun was filled with undercooked hash brown bits. Unmelted cheese, egg, and topped off with onions and an unknown mystery white sauce... which was god awful. Today Monday, February 24, 2025, I purchased a #2 with two chicken sliders, house seasoning on the fries and a Mountain Dew. The French fries were overcooked, and the sandwiches were barely warm. Back in January I ordered some food to be delivered thru the Savvy sliders app (fulfilled with DoorDash) to my sister who is deafblind. I always have disclosed that so others understand. Due to her condition she cannot safely retrieve and carry back items; it's dangerous. The last and final order made was atrocious. The driver dilly dallied and was quite demanding and rude. She tried to explain she can't and was under the impression they'd being to her door ( how she gets all of these delivered). Finally she tried to get down. She literally bumped into the currier walking off the elevator. They made a rude ableist comment and placed the stuff down and left. They didn't even offer to help her back now seeing she struggled to walk. When finally back in her apt she tried to eat and was upset her food was cold. l tried to call the location for help and told to call DoorDash. DoorDash was great and took a complaint and said she (my siste should see a refund. Waited some time and there was no refund. So I called back DoorDash. They told me they can't refund me as I paid Savvy Slicers but assed my latest concern to the firm. No, Yelp, I don't want to write reviews for the dozen or so businesses that I've posted pictures for but not reviews. I'd rather review a fast food restaurant that I've posted zero photos for. Savvy Sliders is seriously on the come up in these parts; they seem to be sprouting up everywhere, including this prime Midtown real estate where Checkers and Church's Chicken have previously failed. Maybe the third time is the charm as the SS drive thru stays stacked up and I often see patrons inside, too. I've haven't been inside since the spot has gone Savvy but I've hit up the drive thru numerous times and I'm impressed with how they keep it moving. Service is always professional to a T, almost too polished! I almost wanna be like "c'mon you have to hate this job and the pains in the ass that roll through here sometimes, right?" but I'm not sure how that would go over. At any rate, compared to a lot of places around here it is a breath of fresh air but it seems too good to be genuine and I guess that makes me a little uneasy! As for the menu I feel like it's almost like a Culversization of sliders. Yes, that's a word now, cause I just made it one. Savvy's is a bit more spendy for what you get than a lot of fast food but it definitely seems more quality and a bunch of the usual purveyors have hiked up their prices recently, anyway. The sliders are shaped differently than what I'm used to, tall with little width as opposed to the other way around. They're like Luigi to the usual Mario sliders. The Simple Savvy and the Angus beef sliders hit the spot and so does the ribeye steakhouse. The falafel is a solid vegetarian option, bringing some heat in the spice department. Speaking of spice, the Cajun dusted fries are the way to go if you ask me though the lemon pepper sometimes tickles my taste buds more if I'm in the mood. The chicken is respectable but nothing stand out and the chicken fingers beat what they have at a lot of places. The Savvy switch up is a brilliant option if you can't decide what you want or want to sample two different sliders. I'd have to say the cod sliders are the only real dud on the menu. I'm a seafood guy and they're just not cutting it. Seems like it's a lot of breading and air pocket for what little fish meat you get in there, too. Combos don't come with a drink but they always ask if you want one. And I like that they come in a cardboard box shaped like a little pizza box. It's neater and easier to get in and out of in your ride than the usual greasy fast food paper loaded up with stuff you gotta dig blindly for. I was excited to come across a location in the city and wanted to support. The staff was very friendly and engaging during the ordering process. They advised promptly of the delay in receiving the order and asked that we pull up. A short time later, a staff member came out with the order apologizing again for the delay. Everything was brought out hot, fresh and DELICIOUS! I was impressed by the quality of service that tends to be lacking in the city. This location will continue to get my business. read more

The Savvy Sliders in Midtown is THE worst of the Savvy Sliders around metro Detroit. I ordered the chicken tender combo that came with one slider. I'm attaching the picture because this is the THIRD time I've went to them and the tenders are so small, they are not even the size of your pinky! Cute concept bc who doesn't like sliders!?! They even have a Mediterranean one with good spices and a falafel one (weirdly on a bun instead of a wrap, but I digress). Fries are nicely seasoned if you can have salt. Not the kind of food I leave heavenly veggie burger island for, and in fact I'd say my two stars are for Incredibly Meh. I called the store yesterdayI still have not recieved a refund. a young man puts me on hold as soon as he answered then hung up after 7 minutes on hold I called back he told me to call back the next day in the morning when the manager is there..... How is it that no cashiers understand how to process a refund but I called in the morning the next day the same boy answers the phone and says call back in a hour when the manager is here .... I call back the guy says r "uhh call this number for the corporate office when I call its the IT department. Who tells me I HAVE TO CALL the store and have the manager call them . So I call the store back and now the same guy tells me the manager will call me. 4 hours pass I decided to call back , they hung up on me a woman " Shaquita" picked up and said Hi Sasha whats the problem ? Ummm before i could speak to her she hung up and now when i call from my number I get a busy tone but called from a ffriends phone and it rings LOL but I will dispute the charge with my bank since sneaky sliders is playing highschool games. I had the Cod fish sliders no cheese and they were really good not dry or to hard and the batter on the fish was perfectly fried. I also had the onion rings that were not very oily at all which I really appreciate and tasty too! I went thru the drive thru to place my order and service was great! Let me assure you, the sliders taste delicious! The first order fries I received was cold, so I had to ask for another. The young lady at the counter is very polite, but very nonchalant and soft-spoken. The restaurant is pretty clean and there's nice music playing great location!
