This is the worst McDonalds location in the city. It doesn't matter what time you come here, they're not going to have something, they're going to forget something out of your order. First impression walking in, 3-4 flies above order sign. Order 6 pc chicken tenders with BBQ sauce, large fry and large drink. All items should have came with trick, treat and win stickers. Stickers only on large fry for app games. Wrong drink cup given, when the correct one was there. Chicken tenders cook way too long. Hard to eat. A ok experience not the greatest. It seems quite a few McDonalds I go to have problems one way or another. Maybe I should boycott McDonald's all together. read more

Waited 20 minutes in drive thru and then when I finally got to the window it took another several minutes before i left because they never took my order. If someone in line has multiple orders don't tell them "You're supposed to go inside but I got you" you can't handle the 12 cars in line there's no way you got anyone fool. read more

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. This has to be the worst McDonald's on the planet. Horrible customer service every time and order is never correct. They make it very clear that I am interrupting their day. My most recent visit (and last one ever), the diet coke I order tastes disgusting. I make 2 Michigan-lefts on Telegraph to pull back into the drive-thru. The woman just shrugs her shoulders, as to say "What do you want me to do about it?" She stares at me (through the bullet-proof glass) for at least 30 seconds, saying nothing. I finally ask her if she will change out the syrup. She responds "I just did." Again, just staring at me, offering no help. I ask for another diet coke. It's disgusting. I tell her...more staring. I ask for a Dr Pepper instead. Even that is disgusting. I'm so fed up at this point that I drive off. I have 3 large pops sitting in my car and am forced to eat my now cold meal without a drink. Nothing but attitude every single time. Please teach your staff manners. I travel this route several times a day and now I gladly pass this place up. Tip: About a mile in each direction there is another McDonald's. Service was so slow and they messed up a majority of my order. Asked for a 10 piece chicken nugget meal with chocolate milk and never received the milk or the fries. Asked for 2 large unsweet teas, got 2 medium teas. Employee was rude and short with me. Never coming back here again. My 1 star review is me being generous. read more

I've never had the urge to write a review for an establishment....until now. I went there and clearly ordered bacon egg and cheese biscuit and they subbed it with a muffin. Very poor showing at the McDonald's. I went in there to use my McDonald's reward offer through the app. They DO NOT have the reader to process the QR code from the app effectively and easily. I ordered my buy one get one free Quarter Pounders with only cheese and ketchup. I get both of them after a long time waiting. They are cold in the center. I should have simply took them home and microwaved them because after that...everything got worse. While standing around with my pop, noticing the horribly messy area near the dispenser, I got my order redone. The burgers now had everything on them. Incorrect. Sent them back and they clarified again what my order was and I heard her shout it out to the back room to make them correctly. Got my order again, they still have everything on them. As I was about to lose my cool, someone else did for me. They were waiting 45 minutes for a kid's meal. 45 minutes. They waved their order fee and the gentleman left the food behind. I also asked for mine waved and I did the same. Absolute joke to the McDonald's corporation. This location needs a staff restructuring badly. read more

Ok - yes I get it...I'm reviewing a fast food restaurant - but I saw something yesterday that I just can't get out of my head. My husband and I hit the drive thru after a long day. He large sized his meal and before pulling away, he checked the bag. Of course, we had 2 small fries instead of the large that he ordered. I pulled over and took the fries back inside to exchange them...they asked for my receipt and I explained that I was the only car in the drive-thru and I truly did not get out of my car, after going thru the drive-thru, to scam them out of a .10 cent upgrade! They smiled, took my small fries, handed me a large fry...then...placed my small fry back in the warming rack - to be given to the next guy!!! WHAT???? Who does this??? And can they do this??? This place was terrible. We needed socks so our kid could play on the jungle gym and they said they didn't have any. I ordered a frappe and it wasn't filled up all the way. We also needed ketchup and they didn't have the pumps and they only had 4 ketchup packets for 6 people. I'm not from here but most McDonald's aren't this cheap. I wouldn't recommend coming here. Go to another one. They are all cheap but this is bad. read more

Newly remodeled. It looks nice and clean on the inside. Now, if you are going to the drive-thru, be aware that they will probably mess up your order. If I am in a rush and need to go to the drive thru, I go to the BK across the street. read more

So I was going to the bathroom and I find a dead rat in the corner. This was clearly unacceptable for this reason I told the employee and he said "if it makes u that uncomfortable how about you leave" so I left and went to a better McDonald's and the food at the other one was delicious read more

Negative stars is unfortunately not an option. I am in the service industry, I understand things like wait times and that things close or "aren't available" at certain times. What I don't get, is the, not only incredibly rude, but obviously trying to belittle my intelligence. Every excuse they had, I was willing to wait for and they kept making more excuses. At that point I was worried about them spitting in my food. It ended with them telling me it would be a 10 min wait for ANY egg ( on top of already being told that it was only breakfast, but only like 4 breakfast items were available, I asked if I could get a mcchicken,since they were "just switching over to breakfast" but they denied me.) Every thing I tried to order to abide by their rules, wete evaded by them in every attempt to order something to eat. As I said before, I work in the service industry and had just gotten off of a long shift. I hadn't eaten anything all day, so I decided to grab some food otw home. What a problem that was!!!!!! Terrible service! Refused to ring me in until it was closer to the time of the "egg being done" unless they are boiling it, it should take 2 minutes. I understand things like wait times, if they ring me in and I wait 15 min on their account, they look bad, and the manager looks bad, and they yell at their crew. It's a whole thing. My anger comes from their complete lack of customer service, I felt like I was fighting to buy something from your business, your multi million dollar business, and I left empty handed cuz the manager and crew literally fought me, and did not allow me to order. 5 mile rd.
