Me and my boyfriend went to this McDonald's before we left to go to my parents house for Easter. We ordered two breakfast burritos with our meal. When we got to the second window we were told that they don't have breakfast burritos and asked what we would like to replace it with. I said that I just wanted a refund and not to worry about replacing it with anything because I really didn't want anything else. They told us to pull forward and then proceeded to come out with two burritos when apparently they didn't have any. On top of all this the service was extremely rude. Definitely do not recommend this McDonald's especially having worked for one myself. Not only this but when we actually started to eat the burritos they were not well-made. My husband ordered a coffee at the drive thru window. When they didn't ask him what type of milk he wanted in it, he inquired. The "woman" at the window replies "I can give you some Breast milk in it, is that what kind you want?" Why would someone think that's okay to even say/joke about when you're handling someone else's food. I called the manager, Lori, who just said she apologized If it offended anyone. It's a little bit more than offending. If she really did it, she would be spreading her bodily fluids which could contain lord knows what! Ordered a simple order through Uber Eats. The one drink I ordered was wrong: got sweet tea instead of sprite. 2 orders of fries were thrown into the bag with the bottom sides up. No, it didn't more during delivery - everything was tightly packed in 1 bag even though there wasn't enough space for it so it was obvious that someone deliberately flipped the fries so they would spill all over the bag and other items that we ordered. Lastly, we found a hair in the fries. Bottom line: I understand things happen but it is very obvious that people who work in this McDonald's location clearly don't care about their customers and even do spiteful things to make orders worse. If you don't like your job, quit and let other people who need to find employment to serve the customers the way a paying customer should be served. read more

Terrible. Mess up order every time, disorganized, usually have to walk in after drive thru or mobile order.

This location by far showed the worst customer service that I have experienced in a real long time. We ordered on the app to pick up and when we arrived we waited twenty minutes to only receive our drinks and be asked if we got our food already. We then waited another 10 to find out our order was incomplete. The whole the staff had horrible attitudes like it wasn't them who were doing their jobs poorly. read more

I order over $40 in food first I was in the line for about 30 mins or more waiting for food. If I could give a review with 0 stars I would. Will not return. most employees are rude and care ZERO about customer service or accuracy of orders. The person working the front was nice but I assume new because she kept asking if I wanted to add espresso into my drinks, espresso already comes in the drinks I wanted so I didnt want to pay extra for what should already be in the drink. She asked several people and none were sure until she got to the another manager. The female manager was extremely rude while confirming espresso is already in the drink so there was no need to charge extra. After waiting 15 minutes for 2 coffees, with no one else in the store, i was asked if I needed anything. I said I was waiting on coffee..... they grabbed the cup sitting under the machine which was now cold and started adding the wrong ingredients without even checking what the drink should have been. At the end our drinks were cold, made wrong, tasted like watered down chocolate milk (assume they didnt want to add the espresso) and our large cups were left a few inches short of full. This is a great McDonald's location for kids. The manager on duty (I wish I had gotten her name) was so incredibly nice, coming over to our table to talk to my 3 year old son. Then indoor play-place is huge, constructed all indoors. There were 5 or so other kids there and my son had a blast playing inside with them. Parents are allowed to play inside the set with their children, but speaking from experience once you get inside it can be difficult to get back out again. For example, an adult could walk upright all the way to the top of the slide, but then needs to slide underneath these rollers to actually get down via the slide. The rollers are so close to the ground, let's just say it would be difficult for a woman to slide underneath. read more

This McDonald's is hit and miss. Sometimes they get you through the line quickly and get the order right. Other times you may be waiting in the drive through for upwards of 20 min and you might have to deal with an accidental Diet Coke or something you didn't even order. I never go to McDonald's but decided to take my son here for a little lunch and ice cream. I was immediately greeted which was a surprise and 3 registers were open and no wait during lunch hours. The employee that helped me was very kind and seemed like she actually was happy to be at work which was refreshing. The facility was clean and they have a huge play area for children. I have never seen so much idiocracy in one establishment. This morning as I was in the Drive-Thru trying to place my order for a medium caramel hazelnut iced coffee I was surpassed by four cars in the adjacent Lane because the drive-thru worker could not comprehend my order of one medium coffee finally when they get the order put in after they charged me two extra dollars for Squirts that I've never been charged for before, I proceed to checkout, but when I proceeded to the checkout window they once again do not have my order correct and have to answer questions about my order. I answer their questions about my order and when I pull up to receive my product it is STILL not what I ordered, I send my product back and it is given back to me in the same condition that it was given to me the first time and I was told to have a good day... so I did not receive the correct order and I paid $2 extra so I am very unhappy with the service at this establishment at this time. I would have stayed to return the drink as it is not even drinkable, but after having to wait so long in the first place there was no way I would make it to work (as a high school teacher) if I stayed there for the return of my $3 like I should have. read more

This is my first time coming to this McDonalds and I must say I am very satisfied with my service. I came in the morning and of course the drive thru is full with all of the soldiers heading to work. I went inside because I wasn't in any hurry. It was almost empty inside. I received my food very fast... a lot faster if I than if I waited in drive thru. Impressed with the staff inside I can hear their dedication to serving the drive thru in a timely order. My order was correct and the food was hot and coffee tasted great. Previous reviewers already noted that the quickness of service depends upon which crew is working, which is a reflection on the managers. Drive-thru is hit or miss in regard to speed and correctness of order. Unfortunately, I have to be at work on time or I lose pay, so I often have to forego stopping here because I just cannot take the chance that the "slow" team will be working. I have had to break out of line a few times due to slower than expected service. In addition, about every 3rd or 4th visit I am told they are not accepting credit or debit cards and you need cash. The franchiser just does not seem to care about this location any longer. read more

Hello, I went to this McDonald's and ordered three big breakfasts. One for myself and two other people. I give it to them the first thing they say is where is the hashbrowns. We are ready to eat our breakfast I laughted and said it must be an innocent mistake. I called the number for the store and then I spoke to a manager. I said that someone forgot to give us our hashbrowns for all three of our breakfasts. The manager said that if I come back she would give me three hashbrowns. I told her that it is not the same to eat hashbrowns just by itself. That i didn't want to go all the way there just for three hashbrowns. Then she said she would give me one big breakfast and three hashbrowns. I then told her that the other two people still are not satisfied they had to pay money to and they are not satisfied with just one hashbrown. She then said that she can do no more.
