I watched her take many smoke breaks on different occasions with other employees and then berate this woman for not working hard enough in her opinion. Even though this manager, Quay treated this woman so terrible, the woman stayed calm and continued helping customers with a smile. It is really sad in this day that managers feel the need to abuse others to make themselves feel superior. I have gone to this location several times and now I don't want to go back!
