My family and I only came here because it was the quickest and closest restaurant while we were moving. Out order was taken and when going up to pay it was repeated back and we stated no the sizes of the meals are wrong and the girl who asked just said "okay" we asked for the receipt and the sizes were still wrong. The guy who gave us our food at the next window didn't even have a uniform but instead a "Santa muerte" t shirt. Our food was so greasy and we didn't get napkins. Not coming here again. read more

This is the absolute WORST mcdonald's location i've ever been to, always inconsistent, and often impolite. The employees are idiots and don't know how to take orders and act like you're inconveniencing them when you ask them to fix it. I was given the wrong order, and kindly brought it back for them to fix and an employee mean mugged me because they got MY order wrong and then proceeded to make it wrong a SECOND time doused it in mayonnaise and put onions on there when i specifically said no onions TWICE do not come to this mcdonald's. Compared to other McD's this location provided quick, correct service. I used curbside pick-up after ordering in the app on my way. I've found that to be the quickest way to receive orders at busy times. I got my order four minutes after arriving. Multiple that typical fast food delivery time to the number of cars in the drive-thru lane and I saved sixteen minutes (with five cars in line). read more

The food was cold the portions suck all my fries were 1/4 full my burger half the meat was missing. My soda was 3/4 full I asked for no onion and pickle and it had it on there. It all sucked got the $5.00 meal never again it was a not to even feed a child meal. You have to eat McDonalds and realize why you stop eating there. read more

It's McDonald's people! Comparing McDonald's to McDonald's this is a five-star McDonald's! The owner is very involved in this location and it shows. The store is consistently clean, service is fast and friendly, and the food is always fresh and hot. They have the drive-through system down to an art form. This is the busiest drive-through in St. Charles County No place is perfect but this place comes pretty close. You can tell that the work environment is great because of all of the long-term employees that work there. Tyler, the drive-through cashier is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet! This MxDonalds is Five Star compared to all McDonald's in the Saint Louis and Saint Charles County areas. I'm baffled anyone would be upset with this location. I use to work here way back in the 1990s, and I can for sure tell you this place has one a long way. The owner is pretty fabulous and really cares about his employees. I've never worked with the owner, and only worked there in the 90s. But he treats every ustomer with the utmost respect. Yes, from time to time they get orders screwed up, but these are kids working. This McDonalds prepares these kids for the future and does an amazing job preparing them for the world. This place is certainly opened 24 hours. Yes, during the shutdown from Covid, it wasn't 24 hours all the time, but its scary times for most people. Out of all the fast food chains in the area this location was 10 stars. The service here is super fast and as accurate as it should be with teenagers. Cut them a break. I can for sure tell you this place is clean too! I've been coming here for 41 years, and I can for sure tell you this is the best McDonalds in a 550 mile radius. read more

Seriously dropped the ball tonight. Just left from there after I waited 30 mins in line and they gave me the wrong food and drink.

Sunday morning 4/28 Sent teen son in to order breakfast, because the drive thru wrapped around the building (both lanes). Obviously they were super busy. I get it. But, after 15 mins, I went in to see what was up. Ended up waiting 38 mins!!! People were standing in line to get refunds, but even that took awhile because one manager was working his butt off in drive through and the other woman,( possibly asst manger?)Devon, would occasionally make her way to the register, mumbling and sighing the whole time. Very unprofessional! The younger gal up front with glasses was rushing around like crazy getting orders together and apologizing to everyone. A few orders disappeared off of the screen and then we had to wait in line with receipts to get those orders out. Craziness! People were so frustrated that they were leaving their bags of food on the counter even after they had paid. I understand things happen, people call in and you're shorthanded, but there was no excuse for the asst managers attitude. read more

It's McDonalds folks. What else can i say? Quick service, if not consistently inaccurate in getting my meals correct. Everyone here is nice, and they are getting better at getting my order right more often, so kudos for the improvements! Let's face it, I've been eating here (at McDonalds) for 30 years, I'm going to have cravings, and I am always going to have this specific store on my radar since I tend to work late shifts and this is one of maybe 3 places open past midnight in my area. I stop by here for breakfast sometimes on the way to work and more times than not they forget my hash brown from the drive thru! Makes me mad! I should check the bag before I leave the drive through but it never fails that, the morning I go through the drive thru, I'm running behind and am rushing and don't realize it till I hit the highway. The drive through workers are normally very nice and wish you a nice day. I enjoy them and their smiles but PLEASE get the order right. Everything else is secondary. My morning's start with McDonald's more often than not. This location has surpassed all expectations of a fast food restaurant! The management and crew here continually amaze me with their upbeat attitudes and fast service. They take great pride in keeping the restaurant spotlessly clean from top to bottom. The quality of food served here is always spot on. It is hot, fresh and of course made to order. It's really no wonder every time I visit the place has a full drive thru and dining room. I was sitting in this McDonald's eating breakfast and the manager came up to the lady sitting behind us. Who apparently works across the street and got dropped off for work early and thought she would kill some time sitting at McDonald's. And so the manager came up to her and told her that if she wasn't going to order something she had to leave. Can you believe that? There is like ten people in the restaurant and they told her to leave or buy something. So my coworker and myself went and bought her something so she could stay. How crazy is that?
