So, I've only tried this place twice so I don't know if it's normal to have the bread toasted only on one side but it seems odd to me. It was tasty anyway. I made a little open- faced sandwich with bread topped by Cane's sauce, then coleslaw then a chicken finger. It was delicious! The chicken was piping hot and I had to wait a bit for it to cool down. Crunchy and tasty. I get the hype. Not 5 Star worthy due to customer service. The drive-through guy says "chicken chicken chicken what combo you picking?" I said just a moment while I look at the menu and he kept rushing me. I know there is a long line, because I waited in it. Patiently. I even made sure I didn't block the pedestrian crossing like everyone else did. I don't think waiting 20 seconds for me to look at the menu really quick is too much to ask. The chicken is excellent, the fries are usually over-salted (so ask for a no-salt ones and salt your own), the coleslaw is good, and those little containers of special sauce should be free! It's bullcrap for them to charge for that because it's their signature accoutrement to their chicken! I come to this location at least once if not twice a month. Raising Cane's is my FAVORITE fast food fried chicken restaurant. The employees are very kind and accommodating. There is always a long line in the drive through, but if you are willing to go inside to place a to go order, it is fairly quick. Pro tip: if you get one of their combos that comes with coleslaw, but you don't like coleslaw, you can ask them to swap it out for another piece of Texas Toast instead! read more

Drive thru was quick, got to the window and had us pull forward to a waiting spot. 5 mins, no one comes out, the drive starts to fill up with cars, another 5 minutes & the line isn't moving.. 15 min wait now and line is moving, people behind us we're getting their orders and leaving while we're still pulled forward waiting for our (2 person) meal. 20 mins, a worker comes out and asks "are you guys waiting on food" ....!?!?! WHAT!? Duh! We waited a total of 25 minutes and watched many people go thru the line perfectly. Its a great deal and a lot of food. I think that their Fries are the best and much better than most fast food choices. They server bread and Coleslaw with the meals and both are really tasty and my favorite sides from almost anywhere. The Caine's sauce OMG the sauce its amazing and they honestly need to sell it by the bottle cause I would by that stuff. I will not pay for Chicken tenders from any other place because there is no other restaurant that makes tenders this damn good! I just discovered Raising Cane's and I am so happy I did. First I have to get out of the way that sweet tea done right makes me ridiculously happy, and Cane's sweet tea does just that. Not syrupy not flat tasting, pretty much perfect. The chicken has been hot, fresh and juicy the three times I have had it and the fries have been hot and fresh as well. Cold soggy fries are definitely a pet peeve of mine so that scores points with me. The deal sealer is Cane's dipping sauce. Not complicated, just a tasty, zesty sauce that compliments the chicken tenders very nicely. There is a piece of Texas toast that comes with your meal and who can say anything bad about toasty, buttery bread. The staff have always been friendly, energetic and very helpful. So it is safe to say we will be returning to Cane's frequently. read more

Limited menu but amazing food! I've just started coming here, and to be honest, I'm a Popeye's guy. I feel like I'm cheating on Popeye's but Cane's just makes it so easy to do! You can get fries, chicken, sauce, bread, and slaw in a number of different combinations but that's it. You want potato wedges or dirty rice? Not here. I LOVE the tea as well.
