That took 50 minutes, 4 corrections, and after I payed I took a drink of my tea to find out it's unsweet, my Big Mac somehow turned into a fillet o fish, and my large fry was medium. This location has lost touch with what it means to serve the customer. They only take your order on one side of the drive thru after a certain time of night often skipping cars that are on the outside lane. And if you think you can go inside to skip the drive thru line, think again. Even though the hours posted on the outside of the door say that the dining room is open until 11, when I tried going in at 10:30 it was already locked. The ice cream machine shuts down at a certain time every night so if you're there after like 9 p.m. you can't get ice cream. I guess that's okay if they want to do business that way but it would be nice if you could post something somewhere to let us know. I came here around 9:30 pm on a Sunday and ordered two cheeseburgers, plain, and a large fry. I waited for about 15 minutes and received two cheeseburgers with everything on them. That's fine, took a little while and was wrong but nothing terrible. I sent the cheeseburgers back and politely asked for them plain. The lady asked me if I wanted to keep them, and I hope to God she didn't intend to reuse the cheeseburgers instead of making new ones, but I told her I already took one bite out of one. I then waited for another 25 minutes at least, at around 25 minutes I could hear and obviously see the cooks in the back being loudly astounded that someone would order a plain cheeseburger with just cheese, and even suggested that they rang it up wrong. The ladies from the front insisted that it's what I wanted, and exasperated, they made me the two cheeseburgers. Ended up staying an hour before I got the food I wanted, heard about how absurd my order was, and as I waited my fries got totally cold because I usually prefer to eat them with my cheeseburgers, not 30 minutes before as an appetizer. read more

One night after work I went to this McDonalds. I went through the drive thru & waited for someone to take my order. I saw her take hella orders before me when I was sitting there this whole time waiting for her to take my order. I drove around thinking maybe this side is broken & this is after I asked if anyone was there & saying hello repeatedly so she can take my order. I finally go around to the other lane & she finally answered to the lane I was just In to another customer so I wait again. Finally she got to me & when I asked here why she took like 5 cars before me she said because she doesn't know who or which side got there first. Very poorly managed. I came in here with two grandchildren to get ice cream. When we entered there were two young ladies ahead of us but they told us we could go ahead of them. There were quite a few people behind the counter but none of them were at the register. After a few minutes, we were ready to order. Still unsure as to which register to go to, we approached the counter. The three young men behind the counter continued to ignore us. Finally a young lady came out from drive thru to take our order. She asked one of the young men to hold her headset while she helped us and they refused, stating that they were off the clock. One finally relented. While she took our order, I asked her if she was the only one working both counter and drive thru. She said she thought so. While she filled our order, the three off duty, still in uniform, employees finally left. Later, when sitting in the dining area, I saw the door to the custodial closet, with the mop bucket and other supplies, standing wide open, even though no one was cleaning at the time. This McDonald's used to be run quite well. I understand an occasional wrong order. I'm not sure what happened, but in the last year or so, you're more likely to have your order ruined than to get what you ordered. That's not even why I'm writing a review about a McDonald's. I went through the drive-thru the other day and ordered a large #4 - the same thing I order from virtually every single McDonald's. I received a large drink, but only medium fries - not a horrendous mistake in and of itself. But this specific miss has happened MULTIPLE times in the last year. It makes it difficult not to wonder if it's on purpose... I rarely go back into an establishment if my drive-thru order is wrong, much less even look at my order before I drive off, but because this one had begun to have the reputation of messed up orders, I looked and went inside to get the order I paid for. They took my medium fries and threw them away (!). Then, they proceeded to serve 2-3 more cars from the drive-thru window, all of which had apparently ordered large fries. I figured they probably had some more to give me, but the manager said "we just put down some fresh ones for you," as though I wanted to wait an additional 5 minutes after I should've already been gone. Maybe I'm wrong, but I'd think the person who'd already gone through the drive-thru window should be served first. No huge deal, though. It should be noted, too, that at this time, another drive-thru patron came in with the incorrect order... Again, par for the course. After waiting for fries I should've had long ago, I watched as they portion them out into the large fry container, place them in the warmer, and then proceed to serve 2 more drive-thru orders using the same fries... I'm standing there looking at my fries in the warming area while she serves other people (all about that drive-time, right?). THEN, she brings them over and says "here you are, sorry about that". I wasn't in a great mood at this point, and figured merely giving her a nod would be better than telling her how poorly I perceived the job she was doing to be (those are the only actual words that would've stumbled from my mouth - certainly a thank you wasn't in order). So I take the bag and start to walk out, at which point she feels entitled to say "You're welcome" condescendingly not once, but twice (the second sounding even more asinine than the first) between when I grabbed the bag and the very short jaunt from there to the door. She then leaves from behind the counter and stares me down as I got into my car through the front window, as though she's owed any sort of praise for the terrible job she just performed... I guess, in her mind, I should be grateful I got the correct order at all... This McDonald's blows, and it isn't the only one I've noticed. The quality of work is deteriorating rapidly at other McDonald's I've been to. This one, though, is the only one that was so s****y, I actually wrote a yelp review about it. read more

Flies are a huge problem. Don't sit by the windows if you don't like flies while you are eating. I come here a lot and it is usually a problem. I come here a lot because of the location and cheap food and have no other complaints. Right now I have 4 flies that will NOT leave me alone. read more
